This is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. I never expect much from the food and service, but they exceed my expectations here. There is a two lane drive thru to compensate for the long lines. My orders are taken accurately and the line moves fairly fast. I've only been parked once and I only waited about 5 minutes, which isn't bad at all. My food is always hot and delicious! Most Mcdonald's have good deals, so look out for them! However today at around 11:30 AM, after walking 15 minutes in the hot sun from my apartment, I was denied service unless I went back home to get my car and use the drive thru. I understand a remodel is happening but when I approached the door was unlocked, and one of the construction guys even held the door for me on his way out. I thought it was gross how I was treated after coming here at least weekly for 4 years. To be denied even a water cup so I could at least walk back comfortably was insane. This place is a joke! Went there during lunch and took a bit since I knew they were busy. I finally get to the second window, when I was asked to wait at their 3rd window for my food. I waited almost 10 minutes at that 3rd window, when I finally decided to go down myself. I walked to the counter and was not acknowledged right away. I order a medium coffee with 4 sugars and a breakfast burrito. When I got my order the burrito was cold and the coffee had cream instead of sugar. They refused to correct my order.
