They gave me a burned cookie. This is really ridiculous. Whoever bagged the cookie clearly saw this cookie and still chose to put it in the bag with the other cookies that were fine. Waste of money and I will not be returning to this location even though it's close to my home. Worst experience at a McDonald's - All the Touch screen order booths were not working without any indication although the staff knew the card machine wasn't working - French fries were stale, room temperature and unsalted - Sprite was flat I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm doing this in hopes that McDonald's improves manage at this location. read more

Not a fan of this McDonald's but unfortunately it's one of the closer ones to me but there's an older Hispanic lady that works nights I'm assuming she's a manager and I feel like she always has an attitude. I asked for a different sauce and she tells me "I didn't see it in the screen because you didn't ask for it" like why does it matter what I asked for on the screen or not. They rather have cars backed up in the drive thru than to let the orders that are ready to be picked up. It's inefficient, a waste of gas, a waste of time not just for me but everyone else. I've never had complaints here. Always had a pleasant experience before. However today at around 11:30 AM, after walking 15 minutes in the hot sun from my apartment, I was denied service unless I went back home to get my car and use the drive thru. I understand a remodel is happening but when I approached the door was unlocked, and one of the construction guys even held the door for me on his way out. I thought it was gross how I was treated after coming here at least weekly for 4 years. To be denied even a water cup so I could at least walk back comfortably was insane. This McDonald really is questionable. Do not be fooled by the nice, modern exterior, hoping for good service. It may look nice, but it's the only McDonald's I've been to that I have a problem with each time I go. 1. I waited at least 20 minutes at the window for a simple order (6 nuggets... one small fry), while other cars were passing by me. 2. They ran out of ketchup. How does a McDonald's run out of ketchup at 2 PM in the afternoon???? 3. I asked for one BBQ sauce and they said they're low so they're only giving it out to chicken McNugget orders... 4. This is one of the better McDonald's I've been to. I never expect much from the food and service, but they exceed my expectations here. There is a two lane drive thru to compensate for the long lines. My orders are taken accurately and the line moves fairly fast. I've only been parked once and I only waited about 5 minutes, which isn't bad at all. My food is always hot and delicious! Most Mcdonald's have good deals, so look out for them! Slowest most poorly run drive through out of the many McDonald's I visit throughout the state. Somehow with two lanes the line often spills out into the street, and on the off chance I do visit they cannot manage which lane they take orders from. Sitting in line now and just counted 5 cars pass by from the other lane while I wait to give my order in mine. Faster to drive across town to another McDonald's than sit through this mess. read more

This place is a joke! Went there during lunch and took a bit since I knew they were busy. I finally get to the second window, when I was asked to wait at their 3rd window for my food. I waited almost 10 minutes at that 3rd window, when I finally decided to go down myself. I walked to the counter and was not acknowledged right away. When they finally noticed me, they said " Are you the curbside?". I nodded yes, and she just pushed my bags in front of me and said " Here you go" and walked away. No apologies or anything. Im one to understand that lunch rush is a thing. But perhaps if you cant manage, customers in a timely and courteous manner. Perhaps you should get your things in order and slow down. Ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches, 1 milk & 1 caramel cappuccino. I walked up 3x's to ask if my food was ready & people were standing around waiting for their food and upset as well. WORST McDonalds experience EVER!! Just moved to the area and the first time I went they forgot my order, had me waiting for my food for 20 min at the stop sign before they realized it, and finally sent some one out to ask me what I ordered... so I waited another say 15 min before I just went inside to get my food... Then the second time I waited in the drive thru for about 2min just to get home and my food is cold.... bread was stale like it had been sitting all day and my fries were cold and old... The worst part is I break my patty up to give it to my dog and its PINK on the inside... such a disappointment. As they had me wait in one of the 2 drive-thru lanes they took the order of 2 cars in the other lane. These 2 cars showed up after I did. I order a medium coffee with 4 sugars and a breakfast burrito. When I got my order the burrito was cold and the coffee had cream instead of sugar. They refused to correct my order. I go to this McDonald's every now and then after I drop my kids off at school. I usually order the same thing a breakfast sandwich and a hot coffee. And my coffee never taste the same. I it all depends on ho makes it. Today I did my usual routine of going there and getting my coffee and breakfast sandwich. And when I get up to the 2nd window the guy hand me my sandwich and told me that we're just waiting on my coffee so can I pull up to the 3rd window. So waited a the 3rd window and after so many cars go by I looked at the time and it had been over 5 minutes so I searched the number and called and of course no answer. So tried to call again and nothing.... Then finally the guy from the 2nd window came with a bag and said "are you waiting on 2 mc griddles" I said "no I'm still waiting on my coffee" turns out they must've giving my coffee to someone else because I heard a girl tell him "I gave it to you". So then he comes with a iced coffee and I'm like that's not what I ordered. At this time it's been 15 minutes already and I'm ready to go. So I told him I just want my money back. He says you're gonna have to come inside. I said I can't come inside! I need to speak to a manager he says you'll have to come inside for that! I said I don't have to come inside where's your manager. So this girl who claims to be the manager walks up and asked her for my money back and she had me wait another 5 minutes or so then brought me my money. The absolute worst McDonalds, that I have ever been to. Customer service is non existent. I live very close to this store and had high hopes. In the beginning it was really great. Excellent cooks, excellent service, and people that worked there, really cared. Fast forward and it's seems like none of them want to be there, and absolutely none of them, from management on down, care about the customers. These are the same employees that seem to think they are worth $20 per hour. Not even the manager of this store is even worth $10 per hour. What a joke all of the employees at this McDonalds are! If you think you deserve more money, then do something that makes you worth more money. read more
