Unfortunately no matter how many times you go they will always get the order wrong and to add insult to injury you will always be told to pull forward and wait and additional 10-15 min only for the order to be wrong and now you have to wait again for them to correct it. I am always given a little side of attitude from the young workers but that is normal considering the age. I ordered 2 Happy Meals for my grandkids and I ordered included drinks for them and they charge me full price for their drinks. Normally this McDonald's gets your order wrong or misses an item but I stopped by McDonald's today and i couldn't order off the technology screen so I was assisted by a young man named Jordan and helped me get my order. I started going to this McDonalds in March of 2021, it's the closest location to me so of course, I'm going to save gas and stick to this one instead of traveling a bit farther. Now, over the months I've been here several times and the quality of food and service has been dwindling. I'm the type of person where I generally only enjoy a few items (mainly breakfast menu and sides) so I tend to only order the same thing every time I go as it's an easy order to make and to remember. I have worked in food service myself and know how fast food kitchens work, not to mention if you search the most recent reviews for this location for at least 2-3 pages it's all 1 star reviews, so I'm not sure if it's staffing issues or lack of training or just collective burnout, but it's frustrating when your orders are consistently wrong or inedible or you have to wait 20 minutes in a parking spot for an iced plain black coffee after you already get your food and they get the coffee order wrong three times still and by this time your food is cold :( (also my favorite is the sweet tea drink-wise and can't get it anymore because 90% of the time I order it, it tastes old or it's like super watered down and not sweet-think like those Hint drinks but musty sweet tea essence instead of fruit) read more

This place is really nice inside and I like the self service but it doesn't make up for the horrible service !! The drive thru is a nightmare we wait every single time !! We waited 25 minutes to get an order of 4 chicken tenders and a burger and on top of that our French fries weren't even hot ! I got breakfast from here at about 7:15 today. I had to Google what is included in a deluxe breakfast and according to McDonald's website i was supposed to get 2 slices of bacon not 1 ripped in half. And my eggs were COLD. I come to this location because it is on my way to work but this may be the last time. Prior to this visit i recieved a half an egg shell in my Sausage McMuffin and the time before that I got a biscuit instead of a McMuffin that I ordered. Honestly now, I've lived in other states and eaten at my fair share of McDonalds locations. This is, by far, the worst McDonald's I've patronized. Your employees need an attitude check as well. Last time I looked into it, if customers don't come to buy food then they dont have a job. Also, since the phone call I made to management was disregarded (I can only assume by the IDGAF attitude that blared through my phone speaker from your member of management) I will also be leaving a negative YELP review and will share this on any other media platform. People there are pretty cool, food is about as decent as it gets most the time, HOWEVER if you're going here anytime at night expect a guaranteed homeless person begging for food or change, normally it's not to big a deal but lately they've been getting aggressive if you don't offer to get them a whole meal and any change you have... told them I don't have change when I was trying to turn onto the street then they stood in front of my car saying I better give them something or they won't move. Store obviously doesn't care about them doing these things as the homeless will stand next to to the drive through window and intercoms asking for food and money to every single car even after they've been given food or money for hours on end. Stopped at this McDonald's for lunch today with my grandkids. I want to give props to a couple of employees, who went above and beyond to make it a really enjoyable experience. The two employees are Jordan and Sharon. We were made to feel like both of them were really glad to have us there. Sharon helped us order from the kiosk, and Jordan delivered our food, and continued to check on us throughout the meal. So I would think, that this brand new McDonalds, having just opened, would strive for excellence out of the gate. But it seems as though I'd be wrong... So I came to the Yelp app, after I was unable to reach anyone at this location over the phone. I was calling to complain after only receiving HALF of the large fries I ordered with my Number 7 combo. How in the world is an order allowed to go out to the customer with only half of the french fry container being full??? (And this is NOT a rhetorical question) When ordering at the drive thru I was asked what size I would like my combo... medium or large. I chose large, feeling a bit hungrier and a bit more thirsty than usual. After arriving home and opening the bag with my food I see the large red french fry container but no french fries! WTH?? I'm still incredulous at how this lack of quality control and attention to detail seems to be an ongoing problem at this McDonald's location. The amount of profit the McDonald's corporation generates, you would think it could at the very least ensure it's employees and managers were fulfilling customers orders and giving customers what they have payed for! The amount of money McDonald's saves by shorting customers orders is large, I'm sure. Just another reason customer loyalty is non existent these days... profits before people. I expect to get what I pay for when I patronize an eating establishment, be it McDonald's or Morton's Steakhouse. Customer service is dead! Went thru drive thru and the first thing the dude tells me is "Go ahead and order", not a "Hello", not a "Thank you for choosing McDonalds", but a "Go ahead and order"....WTH?! Once I place my order, he doesn't even repeat my order, doesn't give me a total, doesn't ask what kind of sauce I want for the McNuggets...."Alright, pull up to the window" is what he tells me!!!! I decided to call right then while at the drive thru to speak to a manager, they pick up the phone and hang it right up! I dialed again and got thru to a manager, only to have him sound flustered and not even offer any type of explanation or resolution. I pay, get to the 2nd window to get my food & I see that they have BBQ sauce notated on the receipt, when I didn't even get asked what kind of sauce I wanted!!!! I know I went thru a drive thru fast food restaurant, so I'm not expecting 1st class treatment, but come on people of this McDonalds location!!
