Place is trash. If you order more than 3 items make sure you check everything in the bag before you leave the drive thru. 8 out of 10 times my order is wrong. Literally. This place is a terrible mess. Do not use the app here, do not curbside pickup, just walk in and use a machine because the staff is virtually incompetent. 20 minutes to get a coffee order and you have to go get it yourself regardless of curbside selection. I'm not sure which story to start with, the one time I waited over 20+ minutes with a group of people because the eggs were not ready or today when I watched my order number get wiped from the screen by one person and another order number called out a few minutes later. They brought out my bag and this guy sneakily accepted my extra sandwich with his single combo? That's a call out bro, you suck. Even told you that the cheddar sauce that I ordered was not available. I had to ask the staff whom apologized and admitted there was a mistake and my order just walked out the door; really wish I got an extra hash brown like that guy did when he asked where his was. He even asked about his orange juice, and no red flags were raised. Not sure what's going on at this McDonald's but at least it's nice inside and the staff are friendly, hence two stars. I hate leaving bad reviews but I'm just so upset at my experience here. I ordered a McFlurry through the drive-thru, paid successfully and once I get to the window to receive my order, the worker tells me that they just started cleaning the ice cream machine and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked how long it was going to take and all he said was, "well they just started cleaning it." Couldn't they have told me this before I was ready to get my order? Jeez. The service here was terrible, I ordered food through the mobile app and the middle aged hispanic man at the counter told me, "the order did not go though" even when clearly on my phone it was confirmed as received! I offered to show him my phone as well as the charges on my checking account but he replied with "I don't want to see your phone, i just need the code from the app" (the code automatically clears when the food is delivered).I then asked him, "how am I going to get my food? because the app says I already received my order when I waited inside the store for ten minutes." Closest McDonald's to me. This place takes forever to get ur food usually eating past the window to get food even when there is not a long line or a line at all. I try to use my McDonald's reward codes but they never work here. It would be fine that they never work but in most cases they say the codes work when they don't and actually charge you full price for the things I buy which makes me feel like they are scamming everyone who comes here. The only reason I'm rating so low from my experience today is the following: 1. When I was about to pay for my order they wanted to give me a small fry after I requested a medium and I had to explain that three times in order for her to adjust it and then i have so request my receipt. What's up with them not giving it to you automatically???? 2. They give me my drinks and have me pull up to the second window and I advise ok but please make sure they put ketchup in the bag, of course they don't because they swear they pay for it, but when the provide me my bag they just run off so I have to wait at the window until someone sees I'm still there and I advise that I was not provided ketchup even after I requested it. 3. Today I witnessed the manager Jeffery go from a interview in the FOH, strait to the BOH line and start working the fryers without washing his hands, then Eric the manager told him they were caught up and fine with drive thru to go to his meeting. He said; "peace" then he ran to the back grabbed his binder and paperwork and sat it down at the manager meeting table in the FOH and went strait to the expo line and started touching food AGAIN without washing his hands: from there he went to the point of sale and started helping guest then back to the expo line to help and then went into his meeting, once again without washing his hands. How do you sit in a meeting with kitchen grease on your hands? Anyways I brought it up and the kind gentleman got his boss Eric why started to explain to me what procedures he should have/ and would have done after I told him he didn't. These managers don't take accountability or follow safe proper sanitation procedures, so what makes you think they hold their staff to that expectation? This is why I have not been back since the last time I watched them cross contaminated fresh food with raw food on the line (it's visible from the front of house) I refuse to go through delivery because of these reasons! Worst service ever. I was in the drive through for over 10 minutes. The only time I received a response was when I asked "excuse me" only to be told "one second".Meanwhile the other drive thru lane was cruising. It got to the point that I pulled out completely of the drive through to go inside. What is the point of using two lanes for drive through if you're only going to use one of them while 100% disregarding the other. Worst part is no apology was given. If you're that busy tell the customer that you're sorry at the very beginning and to pull out and use the other lane instead of giving me radio silence until I ask if the receiver is even working after 5 minutes.
