This place is a joke first of all when I make a online order I give them the code they gave me. When I get there the manager said my card was declined so I call my bank and they said that mac Donald was declining my order so I told her that I will pay with cash she said that they only made half of the order I say what the fuck. Hate to do that .. but I should , that's insane While ordering coffee and other food for kids I asked employee on a speaker TWICE if you do a refill( LARGE COFEE). He said yes, when I received my coffee I start drinking It, when lady brought food for me and my kids I asked for refill. She said we don't do that.i said well your employee just told that you do. I've been coming to this McDonald's for years whenever I'm in the area and they don't have a looooong line both inside and outside in the drive-thru. This McDonald's stays busy there have been a few times where I left because it was just taking too long to order. But overall I haven't had any issues with my food. They redid the inside so it's more modern like the other McDonald's in the surrounding areas. They do have two drive-thru stations when you pull up to order outside. During my last visit the women at the drive-thru windows were both nice and friendly and it didn't take long to get my food (Double Quarter-Pounder w/ Cheese Med Fry & a Large Sweet Tea). The food was also made fresh including the fries, that's always a plus! People who I've gone with have complained about them having cardboard straws now instead of plastic but it doesn't bother me. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to next to the one at Hunter's Point in San Francisco. There are always crackheads and panhandlers in the parking lot. Some try to sell you something or get something from you. I advise you to note dine-in at this location. I do not like coming here even if I just go through the drive-thru because there is no plastic containers here. For the Southwest Salad, you do not get a full size like you would at other McDonald's because of the smaller compostable containers. Thank you City of Richmond. The employees don't care if you receive what you order and speak to each other in their native language. A few days ago, my friends and I went through the drive-thru there and guess what was in my friend's hot fudge sundae? A part of a metal wire scrubber. Every.Single.Time. my husband goes to the drive through, some homeless person hits him up for money or food. They position themselves either next to the kiosk where you place your order, or right next to the window where you pay for your food. Once when I was with my husband while driving through the drive thru, two homeless men walked up to either side of our car and began banging on our windows asking/demanding money. I was truly afraid. Every time we order from there, the people who "work" there get our order wrong. The fries are usually cold, and the food isn't as tasty as, say, the Pinole store. When I got to the order speaker, there was a gaggle of homeless people standing right next to it, begging me to order them some food or to give them some money! It was a very uncomfortable situation. Just stopped for coffee. IMHO McDonald's has the best coffee and the price is right. The service was quick and courteous and the place was clean. The customers and hang arounds can be a little off putting but that's the nature of the neighborhood. The real problem with this McDs is price. I get coffee about 5 days a week from various McDs and always take note of the price of the Egg Mcmuffin. At this location it is $3.89. By comparison I've seen some locations sell it for $2.99 and just the other day it was $3.79 in Frisco. Given the neighborhood they are charging to much. read more

They close at 9 and yet at 8:30 pm the doors are locked. I banged on the door but they ignored me for several minutes. Finally a young black man acknowledged me but said they were closed. I actually made an account on Yelp just to post a one star review for this location. I work graveyard and decided to show up to the spot on my lunch. around 3 am. They close at 4 AM, says so on the website and on the app. I confirm this before leaving. When I got there, I see two of the workers hanging out in the front. Which is pretty typical for grave crew, not so much going on which I understand. Pull to the drive-through and I'm hanging out there for five minutes. They change the menu on me, but they didn't try to inform me anything. I guess they figured I would just go away. I decided to pull up to the window where they're hanging out and tap on it, where I was greeted with Consuelo from family guy " no no no " despite what their hours say. Now after reading the other reviews, I am glad they refused my business! If this is how they do business, I saw the quality of food from other patrons, this place is pathetic. This place has a few staff who are very rude. I understand that working here is hard, they have to go through a lot with the crazy customers. Come into work with a certain mode but does not mean you have to treat all the customers with attitude. I had 3 toddlers with me and it was hot day so they were behaving irritable. So I was trying to get home so that can eat. When I get home there's only the 3 burgers and the fries. I had to drive back over there left the fries at home and brought the bag and receipt. I go inside and the lady working the drive through remembered me and approached me to see what happen I told her I only got the burgers and 1 of the large fries but left the fries at home. So I am not sure if it was I didn't bring the fries back with me but it seemed to be an issue and she had a manager have to help. They look it over and the manager working completes my order and when she gave me the bag. She had attitude and tells me next time to check the bag and make sure the order is correct. Wow! I am a quiet shy person and when she said that it blew me away. I grab the bag and loudly said that's your job to make sure you put what I ordered. It really had me hella angry.
