If I was the owner I would be proud to have her as my employee. Now on to the food. It's next to canes so it's hard to not compare the tenders and bread. Canes has better bread but that's it. This place has good tenders, hot dogs and burgers. They also have shakes and some other items. I have tried most items on the menu and the only thing I didn't care for was the toast. Everything else has been delicious and fresh tasting. The quality of burger is so much better the a lot I have tried.

They came with red and green sauces and plenty of napkins. When I picked them up I saw they have tamales in their cold fridge case so next time I'll do that instead of getting them hot as we weren't eating them until later. All in all, just another run of the mill Mexican restaurant.

I took pictures of the food, and called them immediately. I asked for the manager, when she got on the phone, she refused to give me her name. I told her I had a complaint about the food and that if she was the manager, it was unprofessional to not give me her name so I could keep a record of who I talked to about the complaint. She still would not give her her name until her told her what the complaint was about. I explained to her the issue and she said we had to come in person to get a refund. I told her it was too late. (around 9 PM.) and she said she would leave a note for the crew the next morning to give us a refund. My wife went in around 11 AM the next morning and asked for the Manager. The manager said that she could not give a refund since it was an online order.... She told my wife to go online and make a complaint on the app. My wife did that, and one week later we received an email asking for an explanation yet again. She also received a phone message Friday afternoon from a lady named Rosie asking to discuss the issue. It feels like a horrible runaround. it was obvious the product we received was not as depicted on any pictures nor the way it is described. Should be an easy fix to replace it or refund it. But now a week later no refund, and now the issue has been explained to three people, an app, and an email. so that's five explanations over a period of a week. For $40... At the beginning of this, as I stated earlier, we normally have no problems here and we were going to just write it off as a fluke and keep enjoying Qdoba once every few weeks... Now this is less than likely. It's one thing when you enjoy the food, even though you consider it overpriced. It's another thing when you have to go through so much just to get the product you actually ordered. Sad all the way around ...
