This is a follow up to the order I made on the 21st. to recap, we ordered three quesadillas for $40 and when we returned home, there was barely a tablespoon of meat in the quesadillas. I took pictures of the food, and called them immediately. I asked for the manager, when she got on the phone, she refused to give me her name. I told her I had a complaint about the food and that if she was the manager, it was unprofessional to not give me her name so I could keep a record of who I talked to about the complaint. She still would not give her her name until her told her what the complaint was about. I explained to her the issue and she said we had to come in person to get a refund. I told her it was too late. (around 9 PM.) and she said she would leave a note for the crew the next morning to give us a refund. My wife went in around 11 AM the next morning and asked for the Manager. The manager said that she could not give a refund since it was an online order.... She told my wife to go online and make a complaint on the app. My wife did that, and one week later we received an email asking for an explanation yet again. She also received a phone message Friday afternoon from a lady named Rosie asking to discuss the issue. It feels like a horrible runaround. it was obvious the product we received was not as depicted on any pictures nor the way it is described. Should be an easy fix to replace it or refund it. But now a week later no refund, and now the issue has been explained to three people, an app, and an email. so that's five explanations over a period of a week. For $40... At the beginning of this, as I stated earlier, we normally have no problems here and we were going to just write it off as a fluke and keep enjoying Qdoba once every few weeks... Now this is less than likely. It's one thing when you enjoy the food, even though you consider it overpriced. Happy #NationalBurritoDay, everybody! What a great way to celebrate this day of good food enjoyment but to go to your friendly, local Qdoba restaurant and give them another try, right? And equally so, a great way to use some earned rewards I had sitting on my account. The store was clean and empty inside. This was an order-to-go kind of night because that business was pretty busy. I had used two rewards on mobile orders so it would allow me to use a third in store. There's a bit of an issue with prioritization of orders though. While it's understandable that in-store ready to go people should take precedence, there didn't seem to be enough help minding when the mobile orders came on the printer and I had to remind someone not once but twice that I had orders pending there. When they addressed it they made the second of the two first, forgot about the first one altogether, and I had to say something one more time. So everyone didn't get to eat at the same time. Good thing I bought chips and queso ahead of time or people would have been ready to eat the table! Finally the last order was ready and all was well. Food was amazing. It was correct! I understand this is a form of fast food but there was no excuse for the things I encountered today. We frequent this location because it's close to home and usually pretty good! Today I went to order and the staff of 4 people were messing around, yelling back and forth at each other, and being completely unprofessional. I was the only person in line and still waited more than 5 mins to order because the staff was messing around in the back. The prep stations were a mess, there was rice in the beans, and food in other bins where it shouldn't have been. When making our bowls and burrito, the girl who mentioned she's only a junior in high school had an attitude when I asked in advance for less scoops of items like beans in one of our bowls. She attempted to remove the burnt rice but decided to continue making our bowls and put the burnt rice in all of the items I ordered even though I asked if it was suppose to look the way it did. Another girl with longer hair and was carrying a container of steak and was emphasizing that it was HOT and was trying to blow on it. I asked her not to as she could accidentally spit in it and she had a really bad attitude. Like you don't blow on food other people are eating. Overall the place was messy, tables weren't cleared the staff were awful and the ice dispensers were disgusting. I don't think I will ever be back. read more

It isn't very often that I feel disappointed at eating at a Mexican joint. They don't look at you in the eye when they're talking to you, they don't smile, and they make you feel like you are making their day, miserable by being there. They bombarded us with questions, but they didn't answer any questions hardly about what was that they were serving. They were more interested in how you were paying for your order rather than finishing listening to what you were ordering. Of course they wanted to make sure that you were leaving or not, and all this before you could even finish ordering your food! I had the brisket bowl, but I felt that the food was almost very little. They were out of the iced tea, when I told them they were out, they just nodded and said OK, but they did not put a new canister in. I am not sure that I'm coming back here. Wanted something I didn't have to cook or pickup tonight so ordered Qdoba! Their website is easy to navigate so ordered quickly and easily. Got an immediate confirmation of my order with an expected time of arrival. Sat down to relax and wait for dinner to arrive! Close to delivery time I received a text that Jerry was approaching. Excited dinner almost here! Waited about ten minutes and didn't get a text order was delivered so looked outside and my order was on the porch table ( where I specified to leave it). Well a little disappointed I didn't get a text my order had been delivered as being 20 degrees out it was cold so had to heat it up. It was still very good food though and would order again! I think in the instructions put ring the bell or knock so you know when the order is delivered. Maybe a communication error on delivery so won't ding Qdoba. Loved my protein bowl!! read more

A ton of options, just super inconsistent which makes sense. We eat here once or twice a month and usually get the nachos delivered, and its hot and fresh. The chip bag is large, and salty :) The concern is the overuse of queso, in the bowl and the lack of good toppings like rice etc. I will continue to come here, for the decently cheap meal (its big so I eat it twice) and chips. read more

Mistake happen, but am apology and willingness to fix it go a long way. I paid for my food at the Lemon Valley Qdoba walked off. I was then told I hadn't paid yet so I went back and paid again. My daughter was humiliated because I was holding up the line. I noticed that my card was charged twice and figured one would fall off. Nope they have both posted. The manager told me that I had to bring my bank statement into the restaurant which I have done. Still no refund or apology. Lesson learned. read more

I love Qdoba, but usually just go to the one in Damonte. Came to this one and it was not worth it! Staff seem miserable and I got so grossed out with my food I lost my appetite. I had to split out three pieces of chicken bone from my bowl. After reading the other reviews of the staff blowing on the food when it's hott, I'm not surprised. I want to preface this review with I am only sharing what happened due to the explanation I received when I went in to fix the situation. I understand this is a chain, not an expensive restaurant, but a fast place to grab a bite. A couple nights ago my husband and I decided to order dinner online from Qdoba to pick up so we could have an "at home date night." Ordering online was easy, we paid, tipped, & I headed there to pick it up. They were busy, but there is a table with the online orders ready for pickup. I grabbed our order and headed home. I then noticed my meal was solely rice and chicken. Possibly a little melted cheese, but very little I'm not positive, (not the point. ) Mind you, my order is on the lid itself. I was annoyed and frustrated, but figured maybe they accidentally put the lid on the wrong bowl, accidents happen. Also, we ordered chips and cheese, but instead of getting the normal cup of cheese, we received the hottest one they have. My husbands burrito was missing multiple toppings, one of which we paid an up charge for. I then headed back. While I was driving, my husband called to let them know I was coming. Seeing as I live in Cold Springs, I had to make my way back over the hill which was extremely frustrating. The woman on the phone told my husband multiple times that "she will not make it back here before we close at nine." Spoiler alert- I did. And she offered to refund the order. I made it with 10 minutes to spare. The team was behind the counter standing in front talking about a problem with the grill, and a young girl asked me if I was Shiloh, I said yes. She smiled while laughing & said, "I'm sorry, I was actually the one who made your order." I told her it happens, to not worry about it. But then she proceeds to tell me that she did it on purpose because they were out of the meat I ordered. So instead of waiting, or calling, making a note, literally anything to tell, they INTENTIONALLY changed my order and saw nothing wrong with it. The other guy working even said they did it to keep the line moving. Mind you, I do not agree with changing someone's order like that whatsoever, but on top of it they substituted the item I paid an up-charge for to something a couple dollars cheaper. The manager was there and although I tried smiling at her, I was ignored. My order- Steak/extra steak, white rice, pinto beans, chs, and chilantro I got- Rice, & chicken. I also asked her if the cheese was correct, (I never order it so wanted to be positive) she again laughed and said "no" & gave me the right one. Overall, not a good experience. read more

First time at Qdoba. Had pulled pork corn tortilla tacos and a cauliflower chicken bowl. The quite large pieces of pork were very wet coming out of the pan. This doesn't work well with a single corn tortilla. Ended up eating with a spork. Not easy to cut the pork with a pliable plastic spork. The pork was next to tasteless. Needed salt and spices and to have the fat cut off of it. Finding a way to heat up the pork and dry it out a bit would have helped. Not one to eat a cauliflower bowl I'm trusting that it was as good as she said it was. Had lots of flavor and just the right amount of everything. All that being said the add ons were good. Went to grab loaded tortilla soup for my family. The guy was really rude. I wish that he was wearing a name tag or I would name him here, but he wasn't. There were two guys and two girls working, one guy was cleaning the grill and doing his own thing. The other guy was just rude. First, he wouldn't talk loud enough that we could hear, and it's naturally loud in there because of all the equipment, so he needs to be louder. Second, I was telling him all the things that I wanted in my soup, and he comes back with, "can I put the soup in yet?" What I wanted to say was, "well, no, because I'm not done putting my order together!" When somebody's trying to build their order, you don't do that! It's rude, and it's poor customer service! The girls were really nice! They were exemplary! That guy needs to go, or he's going to push customers away! If I hadn't had to take a FlexRide all the way there and then needed to wait to take one back home, I would've walked out right then. Nobody has to put up with that. Fortunately, the girls finished up our order and our soup was really good! If you want good food with a side of whiny sarcasm, this is the place to go, as long as he's working! Typical fast food style restaurant that you walk the line as they make your food. Food Dinner - I ordered a burrito, my Mexican go to food. Ground beef was flavorful. Sure they put a lot of fillers in the burrito like rice and beans, but they have choices for the style you would prefer. Service - Like I said super-fast. The best thing I noticed was how they built the burrito. Normally most places lay each item in the direction the burrito going to built. This Qdoba is great. Always generous with their portions and they don't drown the food in cilantro as some other Qdoba establishments do. I usually get the nachos with added grilled veggies, corn salsa, black beans, the 3-cheese queso, and lately the smoked brisket. For fast food, the nachos always hit the spot. read more

This is the worst place I've ever been to. 1. The girls and the manager were bullying the cashier while he was trying to help customers, give them money, give them chips, and running around the store all at the same time. 2. An employee was wiping where the food is, with a dirty rag, touching all of the food surfaces WITH NO GLOVES, dripping the dirty water onto the food. 3. Neither the manager or the employees could answer if there is gluten in the meat seasoning (we have gluten allergies in the family and needed to know). The manager did not care to look and see if there was or wasn't. 4. The attitude of ALL of the female employees was DESPICABLE. I have loved Qdoba for years! This was my first time at this particular location and it was definitely positive. I was TOTALLY craving their Surf N Turf Burrito Bowl (or pretty much anything with the special for the summer of shrimp entrees), but when I got to the beginning of the line... I was told that they were totally out of shrimp. It was only about 12:30. :( I then had to quickly figure out what to get since there wasn't any notation of it being out and shrimp was the ONLY thing on my mind. We had stood in line long enough, though, so I decided not to drive closer to home and go to our usual location in Spanish Springs. I ended up getting a burrito bowl with pulled pork. It was definitely tasty, just not what I was craving. One of my favorite dishes at any Qdoba though is their Cilantro and Lime Rice. It is totally the best! I obviously chose this rice for my bowl. Yummo. My son had a trio of tacos: 2 Mad Ranchers and 1 Triple Threat (or something similar to those names). He liked them well enough except that the Mad Ranchers were difficult to pick up without spilling everywhere, so he ate most of those with a fork and then ate his tortillas with just a little bit of the filling in them. He will very likely pick something else next time. He often gets some type of burrito at Qdoba. We will surely return since it is literally on our way home from our church and it was pleasant. I'm just hoping that I get a chance to try their summer special before they are gone. read more

This qdoba is a big hit or miss. I came here tonight and I didn't have many options left but I didn't mind I understand but the food I got for 22$ wasn't worth it at all. The rice was hard, my veggies were mushy, my chicken was cold and the queso was Luke warm. My boyfriends tacos were soggy and chewy the tortillas stuck together like glue and made a mess. This should really be a zero rating. I walked in at approximately 3:50 pm NO customers in the store. There were 3 employees talking amongst themselves in the dining area (I was not acknowledged) one person behind the counter and 1 or 2 people in the back. As I stood in front of the counter waiting, one employee stated "he would be right with me." But noone was. He then put his gloves on, wiped off the counter with his gloves and proceeded to clean up as if I wasn't there. He took out the tortillas, not knowing what I was even going to order. I then continued to wait patiently, but still no help. I went to my car and sat there debating if I should do a review. In the meantime another customer came in and I decided to follow him in. Food is about the same as other qdobas. Entrance to store is filthy, front door so dirty you don't even want to touch it. Inside flies everywhere. Bathrooms disgusting. Lobby hasn't been swept or mopped for a while. Dead flies on window seals. You don't even want to eat inside the restaurant it is so nasty. read more
