I can't really complain too much since it's fast food and usually convenient. We went through the drive thru tonight with a fairly simple order. One Big Mac meal, one McRib meal plus an extra McRib, two cheeseburgers, and a McFlurry. We noticed the burgers were missing after we pulled away. Normally it wouldn't be a hassle to just go back and request a replacement. However, we we're on our way out of town, so that wasn't an option. This isn't the first time something has been "forgotten". I won't be back to this McDonald's location again. There are plenty of other places that are cheaper with better quality and have better service. read more

I found a way to get a full triple quarter pound meal with large fry and drink for less than $10. Ordered my food through the app. When I got to the window, my order said pick up inside for some reason. Not drive-through. The girl at the first window was very nice and said that she would go to the front and switch it over. when I got to the second window, one of the managers was there and had me repeat what I ordered. She smiled and gave me my food. So really nice service. So with post Covid inflation, prices of fast food restaurants has gone a little crazy. Double burger and cost around nine dollars. You could buy 3 pounds of hamburger at the supermarket for the same price. Frankly, I'm not sure how these fast food places can sustain this. However, I did fine trick to getting a decent meal for less than $10. Now for the food: First, you have to have the app. As of late, you get a free french fry with the purchase of any drink. So I order a large sweet tea, extra ice, and get a free french fry. Then some of the McDonald's, not all of them when you add a double quarter pounder to your order, you can customize it adding an extra quarter pound Patty for $1.50. Some of the other McDonald's will charge you three dollars, however, the one it's only $1.50. A nice thing about being a quarter pounder, I don't think they can actually reduce the weight and still call it a quarter pounder. Not really sure. So with free french fries and $1.50 extra for a quarter pound Patty the total for a triple burger large drink and french fries is $9.70. read more

This review is strictly for the drive thru because I've only ever dined in once and it was years ago. I have been to this McDonald's several times and have not had any issues, in fact, I prefer this location over Lemmon Drive. I have no complaints about the service or food. On today's visit, I ordered 2 mcdoubles and a large drink. Surprisingly, my mcdoubles were neatly put together, ketchup and mustard weren't oozing out and the pickles and onions were firmly in place, as well as the buns (both top and bottom!). Given my recent experience at another location, I was pleasantly surprised. :) The only issue I have with this Mcdonalds has nothing to do with either the staff, service or food. Instead, it is about the configuration of the entrance into the drive thru. I seriously think there could have been a better way to set this up, but I do understand that there were space constraints. First, let's address the liability issues. When somebody orders a toddler toy, they put a regular toy in there, which is a choking hazard for the toddler that it was ordered for because they ignore the order instructions. Second, they put drinks in the same bag with the food, so the food ends up freezing cold! I can honestly say I really hate this McDonald's, and it isn't getting any better. It sometimes decent if you eat inside, but that's not even a guarantee. Even when we ate inside, a toddler toy was requested, and they ignored us and we had to take the toy back to get a toddler toy. If people order a toddler toy and are given a choking hazard that is definitely a liability! Tonight's meal is less than mediocre! We got cold fries, missing food, and no toddler toy! I would have even been happy with the boo bucket that's supposed to be included, but they didn't do that. read more

From really good to an immediate drop to one star, this store is so inconsistent it's not even funny! Although you could tell the performance of the store was really slow... but the bag with the food in it at first glance felt hot and promising. Upon opening, there was a drink that someone blatantly rushed and forgot the lid on and it spilled all over the happy meal it was packed with. Rule number one - DRINKS DO NOT GET PACKED WITH FOOD EVER! So the next issue rebook we around fry size. Was this the bottom of the bag or did you get a bag with 1" fries in it mostly? Either way, that's what we got tonight. Points for them being fresh though so thank you for attempting a good French fry experience. Rule number two - honor the order notes. Happy Meals with certain toy requests generally are for certain reasons. The current Guardians of the Galaxy toys are not a major issue and is a reward worthy of any child over 2. Cardboard coloring pages though??? Not too much and wasn't asked for. Please pay attention to these notes to avoid safety issues which can come back against the store! Rule number three - ensure the customer's order is complete and exceed their expectations somehow!! You forgot a triple cheeseburger that was paid for and unfortunately isn't being refunded by UberEats!!!! So I guess a corporate complaint will be warranted and I really hate doing that! The nuggets however were spot on as was the double quarter pounder for another person in the family that looks forward to them. This store has low ratings as it is and a lot of it falls consistent with either slow service or inconsistencies with order completeness or quality. When I drive back to complain, manager tried to tell me they were correct until I read her the receipt out loud and then she realized that both were made wrong. Can't walk in to store and no indication of this on on the mobile order app or windows of restaurant. This requires you to go thru the drive through... the drive through is a mess do to high traffic from other stores, restaurants, etc. Customer service was rude and unaware of what was going on. this is usually our favorite McDonald's, the workers are always nice and it's usually pretty fast. But today they messed it up and over charged me. I asked for a frappe but of course the machine didn't work, then I asked for a sausage biscuit with cheese which is only like 1.99 usually but they charged me for a sausage biscuit with egg and put "no egg" which made it 4$ and I asked all 3 people I talked to to make sure there'd be cheese on it and they all said yes and there was no cheese. Today my son arrived from school stating that him and his sister stopped at this location on the way home from school and one male employee had his foot on the door so them along with other students couldn't get in. Meanwhile was selecting certain individuals to open the door for. My son was honest and stated that he eventually got angry and told them if they didn't want them in they should have said something instead of blocking the door. I called the location and asked to speak to a manager and the explanation I was given was that some of the students don't listen and has broken things. I understand not wanting those children in without a chaperone but do all of the kids have to be punished for it and did they have to run to the door and hold the door with their foot instead of telling them they wasn't allowed to enter without an adult. I feel so well, loved, appreciated as a human being by this fine fast food establishment- I have a vision, much like the song working man; to go on a seven year binge one day- Big Mac binge/ with fries/ a large Coca Cola/ apple pie. To be completely honest, I workout and when I need something quick I order several Big Macs through out the day; McDonalds is not only my home away from home (comfort zone), but its a stress relief, since consistently ordering food from this fast food chain, my blood pressure has dropped, stress has went down considerably, I feel healthy as a horse, diabetic free, low cholesterol, cancer free- McDonalds is a Godsend- I don't know if its the new menu, ingredient change because of the healthy food choice menu or just my body-genes.
