Sees something in the distance. Is that what I think it is. Yes, yes that is a bell of tacos! Peels car over of hungry children after a sanctuary visit. Bean burritos no onions. Delivered and happy children. Easy to get in and out of. Staff was friendly. read more

This Taco Bell charges WAY more than others in the Reno--$2 more just for one item. And it was not prepared correctly.

I live right next to the north hills Taco Bell but drive out of my way because I thought this one was better. I guess I'm wrong because how are you going to give me a quesadillas with no melted cheese. I really hope the owner gets some older management to get all of the kids in check. read more

Yasssss hard workers and fresher beans compared to other locations. And some of them even know you by your voice if u go enuff lol. Also some know about secret menu items too. Love ordering thru the app. read more

I waited for over an hour for my order. I ask if my order was almost done. They said they were working on it 20 mins later I asked again and they said they accidentally gave it to someone else. All the workers looked confused when asked about ordering and kinda just seemed all over the place. While waiting I saw other people who where there longer then 30 mins waiting for there orders. A couple people came in saying that half there orders was missing. read more

I have been to this location multiple times, and every single time is a massive disappointment. Tonight was the absolute breaking point. I went in an hour before closing, and while I get that it's late, you still have a job to do. The service at the speaker was a joke. I had to repeat my order so many times because the employee wasn't paying attention that I was practically yelling through the mic just to be heard. Total lack of basic customer service. When we got to the window, the order was completely ruined: Nachos BellGrande: Explicitly ordered with NO sour cream and NO tomatoes. It came loaded with both. On top of that, it wasn't even fully wrapped or closed, so it literally fell apart while trying to eat it. Cantina Chicken Burrito: This was a joke. It was so stuffed with cabbage you couldn't even see any meat, and it wasn't even rolled! It was served completely open, "taco style." Last time I checked, I don't work at Taco Bell. I shouldn't have to fold my own damn burrito. The Sauce: I asked to add creamy jalapeño sauce. Instead of actually putting it on the food, they threw a jalapeño salsa packet on the side. Not what I ordered, and not what I paid for. Being open late isn't an excuse to serve complete garbage and treat paying customers like an inconvenience. Avoid this location unless you want to pay to assemble your own ruined food. read more

This is hands down the best Taco Bell ever!! They are great best customer service food is always fresh and place is nice and clean :) keep up the good work read more

They always forget an item, when you call about it to see if they can give you the item, they never apologize, they just act like you're the problem. Manager literally said "I don't care, come get it" and hung up. I get it, low pay etc, teenage kids and blah blah...Fine you forgot one of my items, I didn't see it until I arrived home, I then had to get back in my car go back the least you could do is apologize. read more

Hubby stopped in, on his way home from the wrestling match in Reno, we live in Cold Springs, and saw the kiosks (we're old and they are confusing), and he walked to the counter and was looking at the menu. A nice woman helped my husband and even talked to me on the phone. Everything ordered was just as we asked and hubby said the establishment was clean and staff friendly. read more

Foods decently made. It's the insane line times that absolutely suck recently. Should not take 40 min to get trapped in a line with 5 cars. Supposed to be "fast" food. read more

Didn't know you could order delivery right from Yelp! I Looked at the menu there and saw the feature so thought why not! Easy and able to check on order status there in the Yelp app. Grub hub was the delivery partner and Zai my delivery driver kept me up to date by text. Order came at 7:46, so quick! Would have been 5 stars but no hot sauces I requested. Luckily I had some! I had requested extra seasoned beef and guacamole which it came with and a ton of beans making it a fully loaded Nacho Bellgrande! It was still warm and satisfied my nacho need! read more

THIS IS THE BEST TACO BELL IN NORTHERN NEVADA HANDS DOWN!! For one. I just have to say the young adult at this establishment are absolutely phenomenal always have a smile on their face throughout the whole interaction. Very well mannered and are just overall kind. Now to the only REAL thing we all count. ONLY TACO BELL WHERE THEY ABSOLUTELY GIVE YOU YOUR BANG FOR YOUR BUCK. It was the first time I ever ordered a nacho Bell grande, and when I took it out and put it in my hand, it was exactly the weight I've always dreamed it would one day be, and was pleased to find out all the rest of my food was at a heavyweight. They know what the people want. read more

Their empanadas are not worth what they're charging for them. They are crap. Do not waste your money!

You guys don't give any sauce or napkins with your orders, don't cut Mexican pizzas, and don't fill up your soft drinks. Tell me how you can fail this badly. This is why you work at Taco Bell. read more

Originally we ordered a bean and cheese plain burrito for our daughter. I order an original soft taco that I planned to take one bite of and then give the rest to my significant other to finish. We are going through serious trying times at the moment. When the cashier repeated our order back it was exactly as we ordered plus an extra item. We were a bit confused at first so she repeated the order. My immediate brain response was so grateful I just started crying. We each were able to eat something enough to hold us over and we each have a refreshing cup of cold water. I'm not sure why you ladies were so kind and did that, but it did not go unnoticed! Keep smiling and having the most positive attitudes as you did today. You made a difference today, please don't ever stop! On top of it those were some of the best tacos we've had from this location. The food was made correctly and with care. Thank you so much! read more

DIIIIIIINNNNGGGGGG!!!!! Ring the bell! Regardless of how this store is rated, tonight, they get ALL THE STARS!!!! Ordering direct through the Taco Bell app was not only a breeze but maybe the orders were printed in a way it couldn't be messed up? Or maybe just maybe they had a team of rockstars that cares about delivering service excellence! Everything was fresh and made perfectly! Order notes were followed to the letter and they even remembered napkins and straws in the bags! Thank you for great food and a stress free experience. DIIIIINNNNNNNNGGGGG!!!! (Sorry - had to ring it again!) read more

Every time my wife and I have a Taco Bell craving we have a discussion on whether to give this Stead location ANOTHER chance to get shit correct rather than drive to Golden Valley where they typically do. Well.....we tried AGAIN and got stiffed AGAIN! Two, yes TWO breakfast boxes ordered and brought home only to discover they forgot the hash browns on BOTH! There are literally THREE things that go in each box and we got TWO things in each box. Apparently the ability to count to THREE isn't a pre-employment necessity. SMFH UPDATE: My wife went back to get our hash browns and she noticed the sign now says it's either OR hash browns or Cinnabon bites. Did they ask her preference when she placed the order? No they did not. I went on the app and placed a fake order and it has BOTH hash browns and Cinnabon showing for the same price we paid. Un-friggin' real. read more

The worse Traci Bell ever. I have never been a Taco Bell customer until I tried the fantastic Chicken nuggets!! I usually don't do bad reviews but there's no reason I should have to go back into the store not once but twice just to have my order made correctly. This place didn't even know what fresco style was which I usually don't have issues with that when I order at other locations. If they don't know what it is I'd be happy to tell them but instead they waste food. I'm allergic to dairy products and they put cheese in my burrito three times. read more

Let me say this by far, yall are buns. Can't make no food right, can't take simple instructions, y'all prolly rub ur then head to work without washing y'all's hands. Awful, disgusting food! I use to love Taco Bell. Sadly the one in stead is by far the worst food in the valleys.

Alright, their entrance was kinda like the mcdonalds near this place, which is insane, they do have the order machines tap screen, couldn't you believe it, it's android. Anyways, their service was good, but kinda bad, i ordered the nacho fries and the chicken nuggets like they said, with a large baja blast, somehow they forgot to give me the chicken nuggets, i was disappointed on them, but this place is alright! Definitely recommended when your hungry to order mexican stuff. read more

This was going to start out as a one star review, however the management took care of my problem so friendly and so nice, that I bumped it up to stars. I went through the drive-through earlier and checked in. I got a Chalupa supreme and a double wrap crunch supreme. I drove off after spending almost $10 on two items. I took a bite of the Chalupa and it seemed extremely short on meat. So I decided to check the double crunch wrap and sure enough as you could see in the picture, there is almost no meat in it. No I drove back to Taco Bell through the Reno air races traffic, that was bad on its own. And when I brought the food in and showed it to the lady she explained to me that there's one scoop of meat in the meal, and I showed her what was inside. Mostly sauce almost no meat. And she was very friendly and offered to remake it or to give my money back. She apologized about 34 times. Was very polite and did not have any negative attitude at all. If this is standard fare, Taco Bell needs to consider actually putting some meat in a item that cost five dollars. For almost $10, you would expect more than just a couple of tablespoons of ground hamburger meat. I will give them another try, as I've had good success at this place as well as I do like the flavors of their menu items. read more

Never again. I used to love Taco Bell. I ordered 3 taco supremes. They were not Supreme. They weren't even 1/3 of an inch thick. No sour cream. I paid over $11 for the combo. Taco Bell used to be good food and value. It's not anymore. read more

I went to this Taco Bell on Friday around 4:30pm to pick up a DoorDash order. When pulling through the drive through the lady told me DoorDash orders were inside until 9 which I've never been told but it wasn't a big deal I parked and went to walk in only to see the woman talking to me had her headset on inside a car with another worker and two random people. Smoking weed and drinking. I made a comment about how she should probably stay inside and do her job but her slow response and look she gave me I instantly noticed she was strung out as well. There were two older women bless their souls making all the food dealing with these two incompetent young women all alone. read more

We got the most perfect textbook order that we could possibly have gotten! I don't know if things are different when you order through their app versus GrubHub or Uber eats, but we had no complaints about our order when we ordered it through the Taco Bell app. Use the app and you can order for delivery now, you can use your rewards points, and it's a lot cheaper than ordering through GrubHub or Uber eats, even when you pay the monthly fee for those. It's amazing how much markup there is, and you don't realize it until you're ordering either in person or through the Taco Bell app for delivery. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this evening's order! read more

First off the girl on the intercom sounds like she hates her job. Second the shells were stale. I don't expect much from Taco Bell, but the shells have never been this bad. They need to get it togeth Updated review: just walked out of this establishment . First off they got my order wrong. I ordered a 12 pack of tacos supreme, but they gave me regular. I went back in and instead of making a new order they took the regular tacos and just added the sour cream and tomatoes. The taco shell will probably be soggy by the time I get home. Then they dropped the box on the floor and I dont even know if they used the tacos they dropped to finish our box. It was just a whole mess. Y'all need to hire more responsible people. read more

If it would allow me to give a big thumbs down I would put that instead of a star.
