Originally we ordered a bean and cheese plain burrito for our daughter. I order an original soft taco that I planned to take one bite of and then give the rest to my significant other to finish. We are going through serious trying times at the moment. When the cashier repeated our order back it was exactly as we ordered plus an extra item. We were a bit confused at first so she repeated the order. My immediate brain response was so grateful I just started crying. We each were able to eat something enough to hold us over and we each have a refreshing cup of cold water. I'm not sure why you ladies were so kind and did that, but it did not go unnoticed! Every time my wife and I have a Taco Bell craving we have a discussion on whether to give this Stead location ANOTHER chance to get shit correct rather than drive to Golden Valley where they typically do. I went to this Taco Bell on Friday around 4:30pm to pick up a DoorDash order. When pulling through the drive through the lady told me DoorDash orders were inside until 9 which I've never been told but it wasn't a big deal I parked and went to walk in only to see the woman talking to me had her headset on inside a car with another worker and two random people. Smoking weed and drinking. I made a comment about how she should probably stay inside and do her job but her slow response and look she gave me I instantly noticed she was strung out as well. This was going to start out as a one star review, however the management took care of my problem so friendly and so nice, that I bumped it up to stars. I went through the drive-through earlier and checked in. I got a Chalupa supreme and a double wrap crunch supreme. I drove off after spending almost $10 on two items. I took a bite of the Chalupa and it seemed extremely short on meat. So I decided to check the double crunch wrap and sure enough as you could see in the picture, there is almost no meat in it. No I drove back to Taco Bell through the Reno air races traffic, that was bad on its own. And when I brought the food in and showed it to the lady she explained to me that there's one scoop of meat in the meal, and I showed her what was inside. Mostly sauce almost no meat. And she was very friendly and offered to remake it or to give my money back. She apologized about 34 times. Was very polite and did not have any negative attitude at all. If this is standard fare, Taco Bell needs to consider actually putting some meat in a item that cost five dollars. For almost $10, you would expect more than just a couple of tablespoons of ground hamburger meat. I will give them another try, as I've had good success at this place as well as I do like the flavors of their menu items. read more

We got the most perfect textbook order that we could possibly have gotten! I don't know if things are different when you order through their app versus GrubHub or Uber eats, but we had no complaints about our order when we ordered it through the Taco Bell app. Use the app and you can order for delivery now, you can use your rewards points, and it's a lot cheaper than ordering through GrubHub or Uber eats, even when you pay the monthly fee for those. It's amazing how much markup there is, and you don't realize it until you're ordering either in person or through the Taco Bell app for delivery.
