I'm a fan of Mcdonalds and know what to expect when I find them on my travels. This place had a very slow drive thru time of about 10 minutes during my time of driving the field. Around 10am and 8pm is when I would stop by about 4 times total and everytime it was the same slow times. Worked at Mcdonalds and was a crew trainer before and know how it works and the average times all watched by corporate. This review is for the mobile ordering app for this restaurant. I ordered via the app...hoping this would alleviate waiting in the long line at the drive-thru or inside the store. However... when we arrived at the restaurant, a sign said please use the drive-thru as their mobile ordering used that. What a disaster... the line was ridiculous, and it took us 20 minutes to get to the window to get our food. When we arrived, a guy came out to tell me that their machine is down. So I asked the guy how do I get a refund and he said he doesn't know. Ok that wasn't too helpful. I waited a couple minutes and she came out and said she couldn't give me a refund because I bought it through the app and told me she didn't know how the app works to get a refund either (this franchise needs to train their employees better). So if you go to this McDonalds expect for a wait in the drive through if you go on the right side... also expect when you try to talk to them to get attitude. When I went it was during later in the lunch rush but didn't think it would be a big wait. Well with their drive through they have two sides to go up to. I of coarse went on the right and was told to wait one moment. Well after I heard them do 4 cars on the other side and I waited more than 10-15+ minutes I had enough. I asked if someone was there and got attitude when I mentioned I waited and saw/heard 4 vehicles on the other side do their order and not even get mine. To have the attitude after wards was quite horrid and I think they either need two people taking the orders for the drive through or only have one spot to take the orders.
