The Second Gentleman had ordered the soup and half sandwich combo, and instead received the soup and whole sandwich, which wasn't the special. This tells us several things. First, the server was disorganized and did not correctly capture any of the orders. Second, it takes us that if the orders were captured correctly, the kitchen messed up. But third, even if the orders were incorrect and the kitchen made them wrong, the server failed to check the orders before bringing them to the diners. There's absolutely no excuse for serving cold food. There's even less excuse for getting all the orders wrong. This is table stakes in any restaurant.

Grumpy server asked us to hand him our plates when we were done eating. I normally do not leave bad reviews, I just chalk it up to bad luck. BUT I just received a notification from CC company that the grumpy server changed my tip from 20% to 35%!!!!!! 20% was extremely generous for the crap they served, his attitude and cleanliness. Gross place and avoid. If not take a copy of your receipt.
