Getting soft serve vanilla cones to go with dinner tonight. Long line in the drive-thru. It moved at a medium pace. Ordered to go & in a bag. The worker was nice on the intercom. A lot longer waiting to receive order. Received order and that worker was very kind and gave good day wishes! Dinner time! Soft serve cones were delicious and enjoyed by mother and I. Good service too! Just wish it didn't take a really REALLY long time to receive! Luckily, with the warmer weather, it was worth it! Recommended! read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's in the entire Central Valley. You can go through the drive through and sit trapped for 30+ minutes, or go inside and get ignored for just as long. And no, it is not that busy. The staff are really just that slow, and show zero care or concern for the waiting customer. Someone with the authority needs to step in and replace the management in this location. People with experience and leadership skills of any kind would be an improvement. Reedley has a lot to offer these days, do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. read more

Worst McDonald's ever. Came for some grub after Xmas tree farm event and decided to go inside instead of drive thru as it seemed like it was going to be a while. Little did I know this would be a mistake. The wait inside was over 30mins! OVER 30MINS! Tables were dirty and staff didn't seem to care a handful of people were very agitated waiting for their "fast" food. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. Then you think these employees are getting at least $20 an hour and for what!? Will avoid this location like the plague from now on. read more

McDonalds - McRib season!!! - Burgers Near Me - Reedley, California

I wait for over 2 and a half hours for my food and I still have to pay full price?! They won't even give me a discount or anything, so ridiculous. Then these group of girls walk in they wait for maybe an hour, they give them their food for free?! How ridiculous. Looks like I won't be coming back here ever again so ridiculous I can not believe it. read more

May be the worst McDonald's on planet earth. They literally get my order wrong every single time.

What is it with Reedley and this place? You know this place is horrible but you still come back? I mobiled once and that was a huge mistake. Well a year later my kid wanted it and so I figured well maybe things improved by now. HELL NO if anything it got worse. And the amount of people that come to this place does this city just enjoy being fat? So ridiculous the drive-through, inside, mobile order. The whole damn parking lot is full. What the hell is going on here? I just don't get it. You people realize there are other options in this town, right? I beg the city of Reedley to build another McDonald's not another Starbucks., not another car wash, not another gas station. Insanity. read more

Just go somewhere else they are going ro get your order wrong regardless. They will also deny or reject and coupons you happen to bring.

The restaurant looks fantastic after its recent remodel--very clean and inviting. My Egg McMuffin was tasty, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The customer behind us was still waiting for his food almost 10 minutes after we had already started eating. Our kiosk ticket printed out blank, and when we finally got a duplicate, the feedback link provided led to a form written entirely in Indonesian (I only realized this after using Google Translate). Because of this, I didn't feel comfortable leaving feedback. Overall, a disappointing visit despite the attractive setting and good food. read more

For what McDonald's has to pay hourly they surely could get a better employees than this young man with dark curly hair, who told us repeatedly, we are not his priority after our hamburgers were done and our fries were not done for another 15 minutes. He thought it was funny, giving fries to other customers. McDonalds is expensive now., lots of people will work for $20 an hour. You're right across the street from a college. You gotta be better hiring people. read more

McDonalds - Its proof that I am an actually customer and if anyone cares at this business they have an opportunity to make the needed staff change. - Burgers Near Me - Reedley, California

The service was not it. I asked how long it was going to take and they closed the window on me and didn't answer. The food was burnt, and the cheese was not melted. No wonder they got a 1/10 on stars. Come here if you want your mood changed to the worse. read more

Ran straight to yelp to write a review after setting foot here. Only to pretty much confirm what everyone else is saying. The ambiance seemed fine. I can't comment on the food, because I never had a chance to order. BUT, the service is nonexistent! After standing around the register for more than five minutes being completely ignored by three workers, we left. This location earned its reputation and low score. Well done! read more

Terrible service, rude young man named Elijah, disrespectful to the customer and should not be working your drive through window, period! Waited 11 minutes in line, when i got my order fries were cold, food sloppy in the bag. Called the (1-559-738-8588) number on the window, and followed the extension it says (Not valid!) what a joke. Never coming back. read more

This place is great ! All you need to order 2 weeks in advance and still wait 40 mins when you arrive . That's if they even find your order . I think the drive through has priority, I'll drive through next time then walk in with the food and enjoy . Luckily this is the only restaurant play area . If you own this franchise, please come take care of your investment. This place is terrible . read more

Now I see why they have 1 star. Came here to use their restroom and all their stalls had no toilet liners and the biggest stall had alllll the toilet liners on the floor. Walked over to the front to let them know, but I was ignored by the staff for a good 5 minutes. Just a tip. read more

McDonalds - i asked for no egg and they give me egg is i get sick i will for sure come back and complain - Burgers Near Me - Reedley, California

Do yourself a favor & Don't eat here! I went through drive through just to get a quarter pounder with no meat in it. Not to mention the cheese was way outside the burger, and messy, no pride in their craft, their work. I go back, as tired as I am after work, to ask for my replacement. I got no apology, was asked for receipt and the box of burger. I had them. I come home with my replacement quarter pounder to see the meat is paper thin from being way over cooked! I was bad. Their burgers have been bad for a while and I keep giving chances. No more. Mind you, there was only a couple cars in drive through so no excuse. Zero stars!!! read more

Hilariously bad. Get ready to "park on the side" when you order, especially if you ask for any changes to a sandwich. This has been the case here for years and it never changes. Why did they build a second drive thru lane if they can't even deal with one? Decided to go today and that was a mistake. From when i paid for my food at the window to when i received it it took about 40minutes. This was at ~2pm on a monday. There were so many cars (5) parking on the side to get their drive in order that i was still technically in the drive thru lane and couldn't turn in. When a spot opened up i parked on the side and the waiting began. After 30+ minutes the car behind me received their food and the driver stepped out and asked me to move because he couldn't get out (there was a car behind him). The guy running food out was apologetic and he brought my receipt inside to try to help the process but i ended up going inside at the 40 minute mark. I get inside and tell them how long i've been waiting. They get the food together and i step out. Lo and behold, they gave me an incomplete order. I wish i was making this up. Honestly though, this is not the fault of the general staff (cooks, order-takers, etc. ) but rather terrible management and supervision that absolutely do not know how to set up their employees for success. This place has had problems for years. There is a new supervisor for this location and i wait for the day for mcdonalds to have the banner "under new management" flying on their building.... Or for it to go out of business but the latter will never happen because of the "mcdonalds" brand being what it is. I hope the owner of this location reads any of these reviews. Probably already have but they just don't care. read more

I never ever leave a review for food, whether it is good or bad. But this young gentleman, Jacob was outstanding. I would definitely hire him if I had a restaurant. He was so kind and generous especially at the time I went. I really appreciated him. I wish I had cash on me so I could tip him. He did my order, did both 1st and 2nd door. He needs a raise if he doesn't have one already. Thank you so much Jacob! You're the best! 1st review in a while but you deserve it! read more

Although the Quarter Pounder was good, hot, the fries were barely warm to begin with and, as usual, tasted worse the colder they got.

6 people behind the counter, place was filthy food was cold. Won't ever go back. Bathroom had no seat covers.

We were just there for iced teas and apple pies. They were busy and the line moved slow, but we got what we went for. They have sweet tea/sodas for just $1 for any size. Their apple pies were as good as I remember them from when I was a kid. Nice landscaping! Not that this tidbit has anything to do with eating, but I notice those things. Clean location. read more

Now this is going to sound a little weird, but I love McD's tartar sauce; I dip my fries and burger in it ... The Reedley McDonald's just totally renovated their whole store. Being that we hadn't had a quarter pounder in a while and curious to see the new digs, we decided to eat there tonight. But I couldn't get tartar sauce ... Their policy is that they don't give or sell sides of anything that isn't pre-packaged. There happened to be a franchise manager in the dining area doing paperwork. I politely asked him if there's any way I could get some tartar sauce. "Not on the side. You can ask for it in your burger, but not on the side." I asked for triple tarter sauce on my burger, which he was happy to do for me, free of charge this time. It's amazing to me that a corporation/franchise is so ill prepared to do a little something for customers even when it's not the regular procedure. And, in their spanking new dining room we had a hard time finding a table that didn't have food scraps on it. But no amount of renovation is going to solve those kinds of problems. I might not ever eat at the Reedley McDonald's again. read more
