Food is great, they have a wide variety of combos with very decent prices and there is something for all cravings. The location is right off Manning in Reedley CA with plenty of parking and a drive thru order station for your convenience. They have the best ice cream, Boston shakes regular shakes and sundaes. The place is very clean and plenty of room for large party of friends and family or just you. The staff is always friendly and take your order quickly I've never had to wait Kong for service or my complete order. I highly recommend this quaint spot in a nice cute tow. Really disappointed. When ordering, I said I didn't want tomato 2 times and she confirmed it on the 3rd time. I'm not too sure if the error was on her end or the cook but they included tomato in my burger. I am allergic to tomato so I wasn't able to eat it and I had to throw it away. Super Burger is the home of the absolute best pastrami sandwich I've ever eaten. Now, before I dig into the meat and potatoes of this review, let me begin by saying that Super Burger is not the place to eat if you're looking to find a healthy meal, or have an aversion to greasy food. The pastrami sandwich can run on the greasy side at times, but if that doesn't bother you, please try it, it's amazing. If you have no choice in the matter because your party is eating here and you are trying to eat healthily, don't panic. I recommend ordering the grilled chicken sandwich - it has a great flavor and has veggies. Super Burger is a great alternative to the chain fast food restaurants in town - and you definitely get more bang for your buck when eating here than opposed to the other places. You'll also find a more diverse menu here, so that leaves more choices for your group, yourself etc. The restaurant interior is clean, but simple and unassuming. Don't let that fool you, however, because every bite I've eaten at this place has been fantastic. They've also sped up their order preparation time in recent years both in-house and in the drive thru, so that's very convenient. The service is good and the food is consistently tasty, so I enjoy coming back. This is also a great place to order a milkshake! Lots of flavors and options that are hard to find in Reedley. Ate here for the first time for lunch I ordered 2 Deluxe burgers which came with french fries and drinks. I also ordered a large banana shake all this came to $20. That was great! I've never had a bad experience here until today. Some of the new staff is not nice, well the girl who gave me my food. I tried contacting management but there was no one to talk to because I wanted to avoid placing a bad review. However I will no longer be coming here because customer service is as important. The girl opened the window, handed me my food & immediately closed the window. I like to say thank you, but she didn't even give me the chance. It was missing my ranch so I had to wait there until she finally decided to open the window again even though she saw me there trying to get her attention. From the outside, this place doesn't look quite nice like a McDonald's or a jack in the box, and the inside doesn't look like one either, but the food here tastes good. They have great burgers, the bacon is thick and delicious, they have delicious corn dogs, and the fries are amazing. Whenever I order food from here I'm always left satisfied and filled. I recommend any of their hamburgers, I like mine with bacon. Their corn dogs come with 2, and they'll fill you. I haven't tried it yet, but a lot of people say their pastrami burgers are delicious. I'm gonna try that next time I drop in. Prices range from cheap to slightly high, it all depends on what you get though. The people working here, have had no training in customer service whatsoever. We are even more disappointed by the fact that we are not local and went out of our way to try this place. It is rare that a place disappoints me like this one has. Seriously. So, my daughter orders a burger, shake and fries. Gets home realizes they charged her $93. So she calls and asks to speak to a manager. The lady that answers the phone straight tells her no, he is busy doing paperwork. So she proceeds to tell the lady what had happened. Than as they are speaking you can hear the manager asking the lady to ask my daughter questions!!?? So you can't get on the phone with someone who you overcharged by $80??? Great manager.
