So, when we were walking down the street and I saw an 'I Love Swedish Pancakes' shirt, I knew I had to pick one up for him. When I walked in, it appeared that there was only one woman working the whole shop. As it was an early Friday morning, it seemed like it was manageable. She smiled and asked if she could help and when I mentioned the shirt, she immediately pointed over to a rack. I looked through and when I couldn't find my dad's size, I walked over & saw her manning the kitchen. I asked if by any chance they had any other sides in the back and she smiled & right away walked over to see what she could find. She did find the size I needed and I happily bought it. We had some small talk about why I wanted the shirt and it was just an overall lovely experience. Honestly, I wish we hadn't just eaten because I would've loved to try some of the pastries and food the offered. I guess I've got something to look forward to next time we're in the area.

The owner prepared my bowl and tailored it to my low sugar request. The serving size was huge and only cost $12. The service was super fast too. If you're not in a hurry the place is like a lounge with a chill vibe. It's so refreshing to know we have healthy options to choose from here in Sanger, no need to trek all the way to Fresno or Clovis when I want something healthy.
