This massive pile of food packed amazing textures and flavors into every bite. No skimpy brisket portions here; this thing was thickly stacked, and that secret sauce (I think it's spiced-up BBQ sauce?) was practically drinkable! The menu offered at the carnival seemed limited, but based on their online menus, their brick-and-mortar locations have tons of options. My wife's garlic sauce wrap tasted so fresh. They have a fantastic combination of ingredients in there and it was good hot and cold when she was eating the leftovers.
