Another great experience at The Well tonight. Greeted by a kind worker and ordered the pumpkin bagel and pecan bagel with cream cheese. Paid for the order. Short wait before it was ready and handed over with appreciation! Great service and delicious cinnamon rolls. I'll add more after they are eaten! =)~ Highly recommended!

The dude and I came here on 09/03/20 for Fresno Street eats event. We have attempted to try one of their Cinnamon Rolls about 2 weeks but they were all sold out which made me want to try this place even more! When we got to the Well where they were stationed that day when we exited the car the small of cinnamon and butter was so strong that I was already salivating instantly. I just followed my nose and it led us directly to the Cinnamon Roll truck. The line was not that long at all and they had regular cinnamon rolls and walnut ones. Optional to add frosting. Which we ended up getting the Walnut Cinnamon roll with frosting. Honestly the cinnamon rolls smell better than what they taste like. They have nothing on Country Fair Cinnamon Rolls at all!!! I was a tad bit disappointed that it didn't meet up to the taste of how it smelled. It needed more cinnamon. But it was decent. The dude ended up finishing it as I really can't have a lot of carbs in my life style change. The strawberry lemonade was delicious but needed more ice as it wasn't cold to my liking. But was pretty delicious! The staff was vet friendly! Rolls came out fast. Probably won't return but I'm glad I tried it!!

Just had an apple cinnamon roll at the Visalia farmer's market this morning and I was very satisfied! The roll was almost cake like with a nice crusty bottom, the apple smear and sweet glazing kicked it over the top! Y'all got to try these out, you won't go anywhere else after it!

Delicious Looking Cinnamon Rolls! Plain on top and ones with walnuts added on bottom.

If you don't love the smell of cinnamon molded into a delicious pastry, covered in melting, delicious ooey gooey icing.. why are you reading this!? Lol. For my Cinnamon Roll Fans out there or anyone who's got the sweet tooth and looking for that "one thing" to end your craving.. you've found the right truck for that. The Cinnamon Roll Shack may not be "completely new" to the scene, I've just discovered them and am frankly upset that nobody has gone out to make them a Yelp page yet! They don't have a "main hub" as far as I can see, they have a Facebook page and an Instagram page "feel free to follow them or message them if you're not sure where they'll be next." So sweet and answer back right away! This family knows what they're doing. It's not like your average Cinnamon Roll, some are more "dense" and have a thick coating of frosting, theirs has a more subtle softness to the roll, the Cinnamon isn't overpowering, it's like a kiss on the roll that hits you in small notes in every bite at the beginning and end. The frosting is like a glaze coating that makes its way into every crevice. I would suggest eating this immediately when you get it. We waited 30 minutes and that may have changed the overall structure of the roll. They come to the Visalia Mall on Friday for the food truck gathering "4pm to 9pm" give them about ten minutes to set up so don't show up exactly at 4 lol. They're also at the Visalia Farmers Market from time to time on Saturdays from "8am to 12pm". Come check them out, you won't find a better Cinnamon Roll in this town, for 5 dollars it may be "kind of pricey" but not wallet breaking. Give it a go.

Nice people (reason for the 2nd star) but very skimpy on the frosting. Won't be ordering again.

Tender and flavorful ohh my! We also ordered a bowl , that was packed with toppings and flavor. We added an egg on the top. When the egg broke apart it , made the bowl extra yummy! Easily shareable and very filling!

I literally only came to my in-laws this week just so I could try this place out and surprise, it is literally down the street! I tried calling in the order and the message said you could text so I tried that but received no response. Odd. We drove down there just on the off chance they were open and lucked out. Unfortunately they were out of tortas , but that is also a good sign since they must be good right ? The owner and employee were super friendly ( I love great service!) I was lucky enough to snag a bulgogi burrito , some bulgogi Nachos / taco as well as a spicy pork taco. Let's jump right in with the best item. The spicy pork! It was tender , juicy, a little sweet a little heat with a slight aftertaste of pineapple. It reminded me a Korean version of an al-pastor taco. Freaking amazing! It was topped with some sort of pickled cucumber. I honestly wish I had gotten everything with the spicy pork. Literally 10 stars out of 5!!! Now for the beef bulgogi. I have had some amazing bulgogi in my life so I'm always ready to give it a try. This beef had great flavor but was a little tougher than what I am used to. It was also cut into bigger chunks steak style. All of the bulgogi I've had is extremely thin sliced. I think if it was sliced thinner against the grain it would be better. 3 out of 5 stars. The nachos were massive and topped with beans , the meat , cucumbers and some cheese? Not too bad either but I felt they needed a little more oomph. I'm definitely returning for the spicy pork and I now want to try the chicken. I think the spicy pork would go great with a siracha sauce drizzled over the top.

The night we went there was a lot of people there so like okay good must be good. Got the tacos (asada and cabeza) for my kids and husband. They said it was really good. I always get tortas at taco trucks so I got that asada torta - which I should have just stuck to the tacos smh. The torta was small it was wrapped up and the size of like a hamburger. Honestly it was so dry smh I didn't even eat it all. Service was good although they were busy it went pretty quickly. Ordered 1 torta and 13 tacos waited maybe 15min. Paid about $50ish for it. All the toppings are on the second line you just go up too and serve yourself. Also got champurado and it was like watered down but I'm used to the authentic thick creamy champurado this was not it. Would I try them again, no I'll stick to other taco trucks nearby. Defiantly just get their tacos js.
