They're at Visalia Farmers Market. Average Cinnamon Rolls. Not the best and not the worst.

We were debating if we wanted to get dessert since we had such a big meal. Our group decided to get a few and we just shared that way we didn't feel so guilty eating a whole cinnamon roll. Service was friendly but they kind of took a long time. It was a 20 minute wait for majority of the rolls. They did give us a heads up though. They said if I wanted one that was ready now then we can order the pecan. Which I did, but still waited about 8 minutes it would be the pecan one which took about 8 minutes. I should have asked for icing on the side or light icing. It was a bit much and the dough was a bit undercooked. Other than that, the amount of sugar and cinnamon was good. I didn't bite into any chunks cinnamon and sugar. We would come back but ask for them bake it a little longer and easy on the icing. read more

Oh my gosh! The best cinnamon rolls in the land! Baked fresh, so they're warm from the oven with your favorite toppings. I just want the cinnamon roll and that delectable cream cheese frosting they pile on top. So good! Super nice people, very friendly. When you see their list of locations when it comes out, plan on heading out to your favorite one for a yummy sweet treat! read more

The dude and I came here on 09/03/20 for Fresno Street eats event. We have attempted to try one of their Cinnamon Rolls about 2 weeks but they were all sold out which made me want to try this place even more! When we got to the Well where they were stationed that day when we exited the car the small of cinnamon and butter was so strong that I was already salivating instantly. I just followed my nose and it led us directly to the Cinnamon Roll truck. The line was not that long at all and they had regular cinnamon rolls and walnut ones. Optional to add frosting. Which we ended up getting the Walnut Cinnamon roll with frosting. Honestly the cinnamon rolls smell better than what they taste like. They have nothing on Country Fair Cinnamon Rolls at all!!! I was a tad bit disappointed that it didn't meet up to the taste of how it smelled. It needed more cinnamon. But it was decent. The dude ended up finishing it as I really can't have a lot of carbs in my life style change. The strawberry lemonade was delicious but needed more ice as it wasn't cold to my liking. But was pretty delicious! The staff was vet friendly! Rolls came out fast. Probably won't return but I'm glad I tried it!! read more

Just had an apple cinnamon roll at the Visalia farmer's market this morning and I was very satisfied! The roll was almost cake like with a nice crusty bottom, the apple smear and sweet glazing kicked it over the top! Y'all got to try these out, you won't go anywhere else after it! read more

So freaking good! Love all the varieties they have to offer. I do miss them inside the Visalia Mall, but I'm always happy to support their pop-ups! Absolutely YUM read more

I'm a fan of cinnamon rolls and I can get real picky with them. I've been looking for some great cinnamon rolls to try and I'm SO GLAD I found Cinnamon Roll Shack! So soft and gooey and absolutely sweet! I really wished they had a location where I can always go buy and pick up! But at the same time, I'm glad they don't because my wallet will be empty all the time! I hate chasing them around and keep up with the locations, BUT I LOVE CINNAMON ROLL SHACK TOO MUCH! Yum yum yum! read more

My kids love these cinnamon rolls and we get them twice a month when they are in Clovis or near Clovis. Line moves fast and service is good. I do wish they would find more environmentally friendly choices for their silverware and their plastic boxes for single cinnamon rolls like the other cinnamon roll truck that uses environmentally friendly packaging materials. You guys have earned enough of a following and customers to be able to make the switch and be part of the solution. read more

So dry. Hardly any cinnamon and no gooey cinnamon to be found. Paid $7.50 PLUS extra $2.00 for extra frosting to basically eat day old bread with frosting on it. 3rd time ordering from them with not one good experience. Never again! read more

The best cinnamon rolls ever! I can't resist. They're good in size and have so much flavor. Best when warm with pecans!!! Always a go to and willing to go out of my way to their events just to get me some. read more

If you don't love the smell of cinnamon molded into a delicious pastry, covered in melting, delicious ooey gooey icing.. why are you reading this!? Lol. For my Cinnamon Roll Fans out there or anyone who's got the sweet tooth and looking for that "one thing" to end your craving.. you've found the right truck for that. The Cinnamon Roll Shack may not be "completely new" to the scene, I've just discovered them and am frankly upset that nobody has gone out to make them a Yelp page yet! They don't have a "main hub" as far as I can see, they have a Facebook page and an Instagram page "feel free to follow them or message them if you're not sure where they'll be next." So sweet and answer back right away! This family knows what they're doing. It's not like your average Cinnamon Roll, some are more "dense" and have a thick coating of frosting, theirs has a more subtle softness to the roll, the Cinnamon isn't overpowering, it's like a kiss on the roll that hits you in small notes in every bite at the beginning and end. The frosting is like a glaze coating that makes its way into every crevice. I would suggest eating this immediately when you get it. We waited 30 minutes and that may have changed the overall structure of the roll. They come to the Visalia Mall on Friday for the food truck gathering "4pm to 9pm" give them about ten minutes to set up so don't show up exactly at 4 lol. They're also at the Visalia Farmers Market from time to time on Saturdays from "8am to 12pm". Come check them out, you won't find a better Cinnamon Roll in this town, for 5 dollars it may be "kind of pricey" but not wallet breaking. Give it a go. read more

Cinnamon Roll Shack - Delicious Looking Cinnamon Rolls! Plain on top and ones with walnuts added on bottom. - Food Trucks Near Me

Cinnamon Roll Shack is a food truck serving delicious home-made cinnamon rolls. My favorite cinnamon roll is the pecan cinnamon roll. With this roll, you have the choice to lather the dessert with either caramel sauce, or cream cheese icing. Note, if you do ask for extra icing, it's an extra charge of 75 cents. While the cinnamon rolls were perfectly chewy with the frequent surprise crunch of the pecans, which would give them the 5/5 stars, I took off a star because they are soooo stingy with their cream cheese frosting. Even though I had paid the charge for extra frosting, I really didn't notice a difference between regular and extra frosting - either way, there was barely any frosting on my roll. read more

Horrible service and BOO on their rolls. I am turned off of cinnamon rolls from my experience from this truck. I hope they do better for other venues. read more

We came out to a Fresno Eats Truck day pop-up location at a local Church. The cinnamon roll shack was there and they had some great looking cinnamon rolls that we could not resist. Rolls came out fresh with all our favorite toppings! Thanks for the delicious cinnamon rolls!! read more

Delicious! I got a regular roll with icing and it was fresh and hot. Was ready super quick so I didn't have to wait.

Best cinnamon roll I've ever ate!!! There's something different about them. They're really soft and just extra delicious. Super friendly staff was a plus!! read more

Nice people (reason for the 2nd star) but very skimpy on the frosting. Won't be ordering again.

This place is AMAZING! The cinnamon rolls have the most delicious cinnamon topping and it's crunchy/thick - then the icing! I personally dislike cinnamon rolls and never eat them, But I'm waiting to get another one, These were so darn good! I haven't tried the pecan one yet, but I also got the pepperoni pretzel and it's perfect! read more

Pretty darn good!!! I would say these are way better than Pismo's and Crills (Morro bay) cinnamon rolls!!

Was at chukchansi park and had a roll with nuts. It was awesome. Big too. I took half home and only 20 secs in the microwave made it like fresh baked. The only suggestion would be for the staff to SMILE more. read more

I have had the peperoni pretzel and it is yummy! The cinnamom rolls are delicious and the smell is fantasic around the little "shack"
