7/1/23 Getting lunch! Drive-thru! Short line! Moved quick! Two chicken power bowls ordered with extra hot sauce! The worker was very kind and the order was ready quick with extra hot sauce included! Reedley has the worst Taco Bell. My order is wrong 7 out of 10 times. They don't pay attention to what you have ask for. Today I got a chapula with easy on the lettuce, they put none, I asked for extra cheese, they just put a little bit. It hardly had any meat I asked for hot sauce got none, no napkins it shouldn't be this hard. I think it's time to give up on this place all together. read more

1135pm and they are locked/closed, but the hours kf operation clearly state open until 12am every day. Clearly the employees are a hunch of whiney lazy kids who decide to change the hours of operation according to how they feel. 0 stars. Just walked 30 minutes for no reason, an hour walk wasted and I'm still starving. Absolutely not acceptable. Owners need to fire everyone and re-train their entire staff at that point. There are 3 cars parked outside, nobody else here, so it mist be employee cars. So what are they doing? Milking the clock? Throwing a party? Because they aren't doing their jobs thats for sure. Me and my wife had breakfast this morning and my wife coffee was almost dark needed more creamer.my wife went to the counter and ask for 3 pumps of creamer she came back to our table literally crying, I ask her what happen she told me how rude the lady told her to grab sugar from the island counter. I got upset I ask the lady for her name and with a smirk on her face she told me Matha. Clearly she had an IDGAF attitude. It's just Taco Bell. We (mostly) all know that means just edible food and ok service. These guys used to have a bad track record for screwing up orders. I check my order when I get it now, so that hasn't happened since. Never had any other issues. My 5 star rating is considering I'm rating a Taco Bell. I gave them 5 because they're the only thing open late in this town and the orders come out fast. read more

Not terrible, but they constantly get orders wrong. Biggest thing they ALWAYS do: I ask for my soda with no ice, they ask if order is correct on screen, I say it doesn't say no ice in the soda, they say yes, they have that, I get to the window and they hand me a cup with ice. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Asking for changes to the food is 50/50, despite what your receipt says. Also, I've gone through the drive through a couple times and the guy asked me at the speaker "what do you want" followed by "k"s and "what else?". Later, he missed some items from our order. When I inform him of this, he just looks confused at me until a other staff member hands him another bag of food which he hands off to me. I assume that that was our remaining food. We get home and realize that the second bag is absolutely nothing like what we ordered and more than likely it was the next people's food that they were giving to him to give to them. read more

If I could give negative stars I would! I ordered a tea and it was thick with chunks of MOLD!! When I took the mold out of my mouth and put it in the cup an showed the lady she just asked if I wanted another drink. I better not get sick. Never eating here again. read more
