Chipotle-sized burritos at half the cost. Now, I'm not dogging on Chipotle. I freaking love Chipotle but let's not beat around the bush - it's not authentic. And sometimes, what I want is un burrito de carne con todo y salsa verde. I can find that at Las Espuelas and be completely satisfied with my meal in a way that some other chain joints can't manage. Parking can be a little bit of a pain. There have been occasions when I've had to circle the block hoping someone leaves but it's still worth it in the end. read more

This restaurant was my favorite taqueria before the pandemic, but my recent visit changed my opinion. The price of a burrito is now $12.39, and a taco costs $2.99! I know that everything is more expensive than before, but this is outrageous. Moreover, the size of the burrito became smaller than before. The rice of my burrito was SUPER SALTY!! I am no longer a fan of this store, and I no longer recommend this taqueria. read more

The food here is really good, no complaints on taste or quality. But honestly, the prices aren't it--you can go next door, pay less, and still enjoy a solid meal read more

I probably wouldn't come here again. It wasn't horrible but it isn't a place I would tell others about (other than Yelp). My first complaint would be that I had to eat my tacos in my car and stink it up of onions because there is not one place to sit down. I would've walked right out after noticing that, but I didn't want to be rude plus I wasn't all that hungry so 2 tacos was plenty. My two consisted of Al Pastor and Chile Verde. They both looked really good, but weren't all that great. They were just another average taco in a town where 4 taco places are within blocks of each other. The tortilla was handmade which gets soggy right away especially when it's to go and the steam from the foil makes it worse! Eeeek Call me weird but I like simple machine made yellow corn tortillas for my tacos. Lady helping me was nice until she asked why I was taking a bunch of pics. She was a little rude until I told her they were for Yelp which I explained was a review service site for the people from the people. She made me nervous and kind of made me feel like I just got yelled at by my mom :/ Anyway they have a mini meat section and a few produce items as well as pastries and drinks around this store/taco joint. I didn't try anything but the tacos. read more

I ordered nachos supreme and they were cold. They was also way too much guacamole sauce and green chili and oh my gosh, a crap tone of jalapeños. They also appeared to give us the bottom bits of tortilla chips from the bag. It was so soupy /: It was honestly pretty gross and I had to throw it away. I wish I could get my $11 back so I could have just made it at home. read more

Good food, not as expensive but small locale with limited parking, so if you go make it quick

Be prepared to $16.00 for a burrito de tripas. A little pricey if you ask me. Parking is limited so be quick

I ordered a burrito with chorizo, potato and light beans. We got a burrito filled with fries, burnt chorizo, egg an no bean... the fries were like fries you find in a child's car seat 5 days later! I blame myself for choosing to order out this morning ‍ read more

Fast service, delicious food! My favorites are the tacos and Sopes. Take out only, but they have a meat counter and small grocery lane to grab other essentials. The chicharrones are great too! read more

Great customer services and the food is good and so is the quality of meats . Definitely a great place to get some Mexican food

This place has been my to go place for tacos with their handmade tortillas they are so good, but do not order their shrimp quesadilla!! It is a complete waste of your money. Shrimp quesadilla was $9.48 and although it had an ok amount of shrimp they should not have called it a quesadilla. It had a pinch of cheese melted right in the middle of the tortilla and then shrimp veggies and sour cream added on top. When they closed the "quesadilla" there was a ball of veggies and shrimp right in the middle and hard dried tortilla all around. Do not waste your money! read more

The best little neighborhood market. Always clean, with fast and friendly service. Parking can be a little tight because they stay busy, but worth it. Meat market is very good, plus they're open late. I got a rose on Mother's Day in Mexico! (May 10th, no matter what day of the week) read more

I ordered a breakfast burrito through Door Dash. I received the food super fast. Food was hot and very good. Personally, I don't like bell pepper so I would have asked for no bell pepper in my burrito if I knew it was included in a breakfast burrito. But other than that, the burrito was really good. read more

I tried the tacos de al pastor and asada. They were ok but not good enough to make a future trip for more. The tacos were too bland for my taste. I like my tacos de al pastor to have a stronger pineapple taste; these did not. I like taco meat to be nicely chopped so when I found huge chunks of asada meat in the tacos I was not too happy. On the bright side.. The tortilla was freshly made, they did not charge for guacamole, and the salsa roja was spicy and tasty. I'm giving it 3 stars because I like the fresh meat they sell in the carniceria. As for the restaurant area itself well the lack of flavor did not leave me too thrilled. read more

Rude. Skimpy tacos. Vulgar. Name calling customers on their way out. Top it off expensive.

We came here after seeing a post on social media of hot Cheetos tacos! ThisPlace is a little hole in the wall but let me tell you it was delicious I ordered the hot Chito's tacos and my husband ordered a chicken burrito everything was delicious we will definitely come back again if we're on this side of town read more

Best carniceria/taqueria in Reedley period. Gotta try the tacos with homemade tortillas. To go only, they do not have anywhere to sit and eat. read more

The food is great! Handmade tortillas and everything is made in front of you. They have tacos and Tortas and good Breakfast Burritos. But, I'm giving them 1 star for bad customer service! I bought 2 orders of barbacoa on a Sunday morning along with 2 dozen tortillas. When I got home I only had 1 dozen tortillas and called to let them know I would be heading in for my tortillas that were missing. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, she wanted my total for my purchase, everything on my receipt, (I had my receipt) and wouldn't let me just get my tortillas! I don't know what she needed to do or what but she said she needed to look into it and would give me a call back. She never called me back. It was only 1 dozen tortillas that I only paid 1.99 for and somehow they couldn't just apologize and give me my tortillas. Such horrible way for going about a simple mistake. So I think I'll take my business to Ortega's next time. read more

The food is okay, the meat has a flavor I can't really explain which isn't very pleasing.

Best Carne Asada Quesadillas!!! They pack it with enough meat and cheese! everything in there is awesome! Delicious! Highly Recommended :)

Delicious tacos and huge carne asada burritos! I drive 45 minutes away just for the burritos.

OMG!!! A little tiny restaurant and market but MIGHTY and TASTY when it comes to their food. Taco's to die for and Burritos that are out of this world!!! Homemade tortillas, flavorful and well-seasoned meats, plenty of choices and they make it the way you order it to perfection. I absolutely love this Dimond in Reedly. Expect me back regularly. -SWK read more

Espuelas has some authentic Mexican food. I order a torta and shrimp taco. The tortas are made like the Mexican Mercado's which I love. The shrimp taco was made with hand made tortilla and was good size. Everything was delicious including there aguas frescas. They were fast, delicious and clean. read more

Ordered a carne asada combination dinner. Asked for extra beans & small amount of rice. Got a scoop of rice, scoop of beans, carne asada in about a tablespoon of grease, and one hard tortilla. Ordered shrimp taco's for my wife and got one shrimp on each taco. Won't be back, and I'll share this info with my friends. What a rip off and waste of money. Check their prices, and if you decide to pay that amount, check your food before you leave! read more

Super pricey. Taco's are 58% higher than your average taco shop. Yes they make good food but its not worth what you will pay. I bought two tacos and paid $5.44. They are the small street tacos, nothing special, and I am still hungry. read more

Best tortas hands down!! They add a guacamole salsa that adds a little something extra. Place is a grab and go no seating or restaurant setup. More of a meat market where you can also order food to go which I don't mind at allll. read more

Las Espuelas Inc - Everything on the menu is delicious you can't go wrong! - Grocery Near Me - Reedley, California

One of the best taco shops in Reedley can't go wrong with the tacos & burritos. There aguas taste delicious and I recommend it to anybody.

Food is amazing, prices are great! Shrimp tacos are wonderful and the al pastor burrito is great as well.

The burritos tho very well worth it the burrito is really big will definitely get you full horchata one of my favorites.

The day before Christmas Eve we picked up an order for masa for tamales. The masa had a weird flavor but we still made them when our tamales were done they crumbled apart that is NOT good masa the tamales should NOT crumble when unwrapped. We took tamales AND some masa back and the manager refused to give us our money back. She gave us more masa we accepted it and gave it a second attempt and AGAIN the same problem. Not only did we waist money on gas but also waist red hours of time folding tamales on meat cheese jalapeños and corn husks so we took the masa back for a second time spoke to the "owner" and she refused again to give us our money back. At any store Iv worked at the managers always give the money back when the customer isn't happy bc well it rearly happens that we have to give a refund. The food is also disgusting. But at the least she gave us credit for the 31 lbs. highly disappointed the the way they manage this store. read more
