The order didn't take long to come out, but we got trash fries. You know the ones that stay under the warmer for longer then 20 minutes??! This is unbelievable...we are pulling a trailer and arrived at the door, after masking up, at 7:02 - it says they close at 7. My husband knocked on the door and a worker came to the door and said were closed. I told her, as I pointed to our truck & trailer, we have a trailer she said, sorry she's already cleaning it. But she said, you can WALK THROUGH THE DRIVETHRU! Are you serious????????? Never have I been so disappointed with a fast food restaurant as this!!!!!!! Never will they get my business! This is the worst kfc. All of there staff are lazy and liars. I asked for Mac and cheese and they said they didn't have any then the next person in line asked for Mac and cheese and they gave it to them. Needless to say I was pissed and let them have a piece of my mind. I'm not a huge fan of kfc. Never have been. But...... I HAD TO go and check out this chicken a waffle thing they got going on. It was really really good. I got the chicken strips, and it comes with one waffle. More than enough for the 3 strips I got. The waffle was really really good and it comes with genuine ms. Buttersworth syrup. I also got the FLG sauce, because I like it. Alternating a waffle bite with the strips was really really good. I can't really speak for anything else on the menu, as I rarely eat here, but what a great little treat. It's worth a try at least once. Do yourself a favor and go to an upscale kfc if you know what I mean. There are some nasty ones in the valley, but this one here in reedly is newly remodeled, clean, and actually pretty fancy for a kfc. You'll see what I mean if you come here. Went in today to get a Mac and cheese bowl with popcorn chicken. When I went through the drive thru the girl who was assisting me took over 2 minutes to come back and ask me if that was my complete order. Then I got my total and was charged $9.71 when I was charged in the beginning of the week $8.73. Once I got my food I noticed I was being overcharged. I ended up calling them back to let them know of the situation and all I got told was that the girl was right charging me a $1.03 more without saying anything they hung up the phone. I decided to go back to the store to clarify things. Then another girl told me the manager was not available. Out of no where a man pops up and he's the manager. He did apologize for the inconvenience that they had given me for customer service, but it didn't make up for the time wasted I was spending there. He did let me know that the girl at the drive thru has overcharged others before. It was just a $1.03 that I was overcharged, but it just shows the lack of principle these employees have and lack of integrity they have. Make sure you are charged correctly. read more

Normally I don't sweat a bad experience at a place but since this has happened before; I have to speak out. I'll try to be brief: Placed my order online at 8:30 pm. Order was to be ready at 8:45 pm. It said, if your order is late night pick it up at the drive-thru. I got there and wasn't sure if 8:45 was late night as the doors say open until 10:00pm. So I parked and went in. Front doors were locked. Backed up and went to drive thru and they say "you'll have to pick that up inside". I say, "doors are locked". They say "just park in front and we'll bring it out to you...we just got that order right now." So I backed out of the drive thru, which was not easy. Parked out front and waited 20 minutes for my order. Watched two other people try to go in with their orders that were incorrect. We talked while they waited outside. Up to this point it was familiar cause they did this once before to me. Got home and when I poured the gravy out it was the consistency of water. It barely colored the mashed potatoes and filled my plate with it's watery mess. I guess at the end of the day you add water to the gravy cause its easier than making more. This is in Reedley, CA. Don't think I'll go to the Reedley store again or maybe just not go to KFC. read more

First off, I realize it's costlier to order food for delivery, but I want to support our local businesses due to the strain they are facing. But I also don't appreciate being treated unfairly. Food took much too long for delivery and to make matters worse, I received half of my order. I had to call the delivery service myself to ensure my refund for the missing meal. What happened to you, Reedley KFC? For the longest time you were a 5-star location; great food with fast and friendly service. But, about 6 months ago that started to change. Food quality started to dive, and customer service was lacking. Shoot, even the menu changes have been bad...I mean, really, a sweet tea honey infused Mt. Dew replacing Cherry Pepsi?? Went by drive-through at KFC and pick up a family meal before I had a one on one night out with my oldest child came back to find out that my family did not eat because the order was incorrect!!! It was supposed to be 16 piece chicken legs and thighs. Grill and five thighs extra crispy with four large Side order potato wedgies, 2 smash potato in a coleslaw. Is that so hard to get it right. I went to the drive thru yesterday & had to wait 20min when there were absolutely no cars. After the cashier charged me she basically disappeared from her station the whole time. She didn't even come once to the window just to at least say your order will be up soon or anything. After multiple times of trying to get her attention & also beeping my horn twice she still didn't come to the window. Finally when she appeared there was another employee beside her & I can clearly hear the other employee through the window say "why the f**k are they honking when the food has to reach it's temperature?!" After waiting for what seemed like an eternity & to hear her smart remark my husband ask for our money back, then both employees had the audacity to have an attitude with us & give us rude looks. They have a sign that says to be understanding of their staff due to them being young & inexperienced but honestly it's just an excuse for them to mistreat their costumers. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal and was given old strips that looked and tasted old; like they've been under the hot lamp since last night. Also, I was very specific in asking for hot sauce and they gave me NONE. Also, they only gave me one bbq and one honey mustard sauce for strips. Really? For 5 strips?! Never again. My meal was a little under 15 bucks. Then I call and they answer but don't say anything. I can hear them in the background. So when I call back multiple times. It is busy. I wonder when they will figure out the phone is off the hook. I'm upset. Waste of money and time on a timed limited lunch. Also, when I finally did get thru, the guy that answered asked me to wait, and then hung up on me. When I called back they let the phone ring and ring. Update: I called corporate and was given the option of replacing my meal with a voucher, or moving forward with my complaint to the general manager. I chose the latter. Terrible customer service. I ordered 5 chicken tenders with wedges but was given mash potatoes. When I said something about it the worker said "does that show on your paper"? So I looked at my receipt and it didn't list the side so I said no, I just know I asked for with wedges a couple times. The lady pushed the tray closer to me and said, "oh I'm sorry". As in to bad so sad. Ya great customer service. I will not be giving this KFC location my business anymore. This was the cashiers error for not listening to my order and not repeating my order back to me to make sure she got it right. I had not even handled my tray. The worker could have easily taken back the wrong side and given me the correct side. read more
