Perfect place to grab some pizza. The lunch buffet with all you can eat pizza/salad/pasta includes drink at a great price. They have a pretty good variety of pizza's along with cinnamon sweet one which I really enjoyed. The restaurant is nice and clean it's right in the corner of a medium size shopping center right off streets of manning and Reed. The Reedley college is right across the street. The staff is ok, not very talkative they pretty much just take your order and stay busy in the back. I do recommend it as a family budget friendly spot to eat. read more

Im not sure what the high reviews are for this mediocre pizza but people who are saying this is the best pizza ever obviously has never had real, authentic Italian pizza! If you like the lil caesar's crazy bread without the seasoning then this pizza is for you! Its like eating nothing but bread. Not impressed. Also they can work on the online ordering. Picked up my order and they didnt give me the marinara sauce and 3 cookies i paid for. Cookies were 3 small ones for $3.99. Such a rip off. Alfredo was bland and tasteless. Che Jed out the lunch buffet. It's only from 11-1 Sunday-Friday. And it's only $13 with a drink. We got there around noon some things were out but the staff were happy to make more of what we wanted. They had pizza, calzone, sandwiches, pasta, salad, a bit of everything. The things I was most interested in trying were the chili verde pizza and the chorizo pasta. They were both great! The chili verde had a nice kick to it and the chorizo pasta was so good. I'd definitely order the pasta again. The Alfred was delicious. It had mushrooms chicken and broccoli in it. First visit to Pizza Planet. When we first walked into the restaurant, the heat hit us like a brick wall. According to their wall thermostat, it was 84 degrees in the building. There's a sign on the wall from the owner stating if you have any questions or comments to call or text him. I texted him about the heat and within about 2 minutes, I could hear the restaurant phone ring and an employee came over to lower the temperature. Kudos to the owner for actually responding to my texts! Shows he really cares about his customers. They have a good selection, not just pizza, but also had sandwiches, calzones, salad, and wings. The service was very quick and the pizza was not bad. I would've given it 5 starts except for the heat. I don't think the air conditioner was working because by the time we left, the thermostat showed the temp increased to 86 degrees. Like they say, if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen, so we did. Hope they get it fixed soon, there's a heat wave coming! read more

Another day, another pizza buffet. The customer service was good, but other than that, "It was just ok for me, dawg" in my Randy Jackson voice. I mean the pizza I did get was good. But I just feel like, for 10$ they coulda had more variety. And there was some kind of pizza with broccoli on it. No joke. I like broccoli, just not as a pizza topping. It looks like they specialize in making out of the ordinary pizza combos, but other than the "Broccoli, pepperoni, and pineapple" pizza I ate at first, there was just pepperoni and cheesy bread out. Salad bar was ok, and it comes WITH A drink, so there's that. I just wasn't impressed. Maybe I should avoid pizza buffets. Not good luck with these as of late. Bummer. read more

Best pizza ever, I'm talkin' better than meneds! Their staff is kind of stupid though. They should clean the dirty tables more often and should wipe them down but there's a-l-w-a-y-s dirty tables that need to be cleaned when i dine in. They have contests on their facebook page, which i love but never win! Their TVs are always in working order when i dine in and they are always on sports.. boring! they also recently added a photobooth, very strange but i bet dumb little kids will give money for it. so hopefully they make money off of that. I love their pizza though, it's so GOOD! I tried their alfredo chicken broccoli dish and it was gross. I'm stickin' to pizza only from now on. Ordered two small pizzas for delivery - they showed up dough raw. Called, they sent two more out, showed up raw again. Wouldn't give me my money back over phone so I went in. They gave me my money back, minus my $5 tip to driver and I asked why this happened cause I wanted to know if they fixed baking times thinking about ordering in future. He said, "no, not right now." When you have family or guest at your house and dont want to leave the house but want good,pizza and order from your favorite place and don't extend deals is a F'ing bs. I walked in to pizza planet for the first time yesterday with my girlfriend. It looked like a normal pizza place until, Jose the cashier, told us about their buffet special it was affordably priced and the salad was great tasting and fresh, also the potato wedges were hot and delicious but the pizza was so amazing just like the calzone. I just couldn't believe you can get a great tasting and a extravagant all you can eat meal for a not so extravagant price. I believe everyone should try pizza planet in reedley, they have sports and beer for the men games for the kids and just a great intimate family environment for the women. Ordered online 2 calzones, mozzarella Stix, cheese bread. Received a call 20 minutes later to be told they only had 1 calzone left. Very odd considering this is a pizza joint. Also was told they are out of cheese bread. Was told if I wanted a refund i would have to come in in person (since I paid by card). Makes no sense. Asked if they had pizza sarcastically not expecting the response of "let me check". Wow. Then I was told he could do a medium pizza to make up for the price difference. What a joke.
