This pizza is great and they deliver way out where we live. BUT! The baking of the pizza is not consistent. Sometimes undercooked.

Tried Pirate Pizza for the first time. My boyfriend grew up in Reedley and this was a go-to spot when he was younger so it's super nostalgic to him. It's a pizza place that's on the cheaper side - cheaper than Round Table and their menu is pretty standard. They don't have a bunch of special pizzas just a combo option and a list of toppings you can choose from to customize your pizza. Pros: -They are good about accommodating the type of pizza you want. For example you want half pepperoni, half mushroom and olives, no problem. -About a 15 minute wait for 2 large pizzas which isn't bad. You can sit and wait or walk around the grocery store to kill time. Go rent a movie at RedBox inside Save Mart next door. -They are really nice people who work here. Cons: -Average pizza. Great service, clean and delicious pizza. I was in Reedley for some business and decided to have this, since they're was a Pirate Pizza in Selma but was closed down for no reason but it's well alive in Reedley and Parlier. I had a great time in there, they're was a pool table too and beer for the adults. Place looks small but is more longwise then wide. The pizzeria is not easy to find since there is not a lot of advertisement and is nestled between Save Mart and other businesses. The worker was a cool dude who actually tried to accommodate to us on our needs there. I will return back and take some people over there for some pizza and pool. Not to mention some 805 beer on tap. Wanted to try this place for first time. Placed order for delivery. Never came. I called and they said they could not find our house. They apparently wrote the wrong address. And rather then call us with the number I gave them. They just ignored it. Then they told me that they wont deliver a second time. So I would have to go get it. Called in a delivery, an hour later we called to see where it was. They took it to the wrong house then told us we would have to pick it up. We told them to forget it especially since they didn't call when they realized they had the wrong house. Haven't tried the pizza guess we'll stick to more reliable places. read more

This little business has been open for a long time! They have not only have good prices, everytime I go in there the staff is always friendly and fast with your order. This is a family owned bisiness and what I can actually say is everything from pizza to salads on there menu is delicious! If you're in town, and want pizza, I recommend you stop and try out this little place and won't be disappointed. read more

Awww man, here I go. So after visiting the famous "Reedley Beach" after having such an awesome and memorable (watched our baby Pitbull swim for the first) we headed out to Pirate Pizza. My Wife had raved about this place long enough for a much needed review and being that I'm a pizza fanatic why not. I'll star with the order in series of events. I initially made the call to order take-out and a young lady answered (Sunday approx 2:30pm), she was friendly toned and quick to take my order (large combo, 6pc chicken wings, and fries). The fries were my wife's, who orders fries with pizza? Lol, going forth. We arrived to the location and picked up the pizza which was a very good deal (around $22) for what we ordered. The food was hot and everything came out as we requested. Chicken was good and to my taste, wife wanted the hot sauce drenched over, too bad, so sad. Haha. Fries were good, yes I picked at them simply because I have an eating disorder when I see food on sight. Hehe. Ok this is where things get serious and the bad comes out. The combo pizza we ordered was one under cooked pizza, you could almost taste the under cooked dough and was nowhere close to a crisp browned bottom crust. As for the topping and overall taste, I kid you not but this pizza reminded me of a "Red Baron's pizza" after it's been microwaved. I usually bake the Baron's but when you're hungry you will microwave, don't lie. Reminds me, I have a "U Bake Pizza" to bake. Okay I actually really like the pizza here but it's so disappointing that they don't run the business correctly. They clearly have posted that they close at 9. I called yesterday at 8:06 to order a pizza and the guy on the phone said sorry I can't take your order we close at 9. I said it's 8:06 so your not closed yet. He didn't tell me anything and left me on the phone waiting. He then came back to say the kitchen closes at 8:15. Like what the heck? It's just annoying. One of my favorite spots to go for lunch. Customer service is great and the food is great. I usually get the lunch special of a small personal mushroom pizza and drink which is around $5. The pizza is fluffy and flavorful. I definitely recommend. read more

Good food but the employees need a refresher on how to talk to customers and they need new phone etiquette I dont think putting people on hold for over 10 mins is ok, I dont think letting the phone ring and ring and ring is ok and I dont think answering and hanging up on people is ok either! And if you're closed politely say youre closed and no longer taking orders!! I give this place 5 stars on the food. The restaurant itself could be a lot cleaner. The arcade games do not work. But the food is amazing. Best one in town. If I could give this place no stars I would.First of all the prices are not so great..we ordered a large pizza,fries and two drinks and they charge for refills. I thought the fries would be a decent size but no. As well as the pizza it had more chesse than anything. I took my daughter and myself to the restroom to wash our hands and it was so DISGUSTING there was paper all over the floor the toilet looked like there was poop siting in it for days...so gross I will never go again! read more

Drove 20 miles to try new pizza place (no big deal). I had a $25.00 off coupon/voucher (cool discount!) The catch was I had to spend $50.00 in order to use it (this place will make money regardless).The employees did not know how to use the coupon. I let them know there were instructions on the print out I had and a phone number for them to call. They called the owner and no answer. They did not try anything else. Was very disappointed. All reviews on yelp had plenty of good things to say but unfortunately our experience was not a good one. If a business advertises coupons or discounts and employes do not know how to honor them, then it's propably best not to advertise it. At least make an attempt to help or make customer happy.
