The pros: when this is your favorite pizza chain, you love the consistency. I get a veggie pizza thin crust and a pepperoni (cups!) thin crust and am never disappointed. This store experienced a shut down due to a utility issue so we had to wait a long time and this happens. So I won't drop a star for that. They were kind and offered a drink while we waited. I went and washed my car instead of waiting on site so it worked out for us. But this is a problem for most wing stores, the level of crisp should be a choice. Mountain Mike's consistently cooks their wings just to done and the skin is fatty and soggy. I wish "crisp" was an option. I asked the driver if it were hot and he assured me it was. The only thing hot in that order was the ranch dressing that I had to throw away. when I called they basically took no responsibility and told me that it left their store hot. if it left there hot then the driver must have put it in a refrigerator for around 30 mins. which I know he didn't. We tried to have a birthday party for my son, I called ahead for a table for 16 they said they could accommodate but when we got there we had to sit at 2 different tables, they didn't have tables prepared for our size party. They took our order for pizza and salads they gave us no plates, I waited then went up asked for plates, 3 of the sodas were out of syrup and there was no ice. There was very little wilted lettuce for the 7 salads we ordered and took forever to get anyone's attention to fill the salad, our pizzas came out 1 at a time with long pauses in between. Good afternoon, Today was a very upsetting day. Today I received a request from my wife which works at a local school to place a order for 3 pizzas (2 Large cheese and 1 pepperoni) for her student and have it delivered around 11:45-12:00pm, I used my personal card on the phone to placed the order. I receive a call from the pizza delivery driver that he arrived at 12:00pm, so I called the wife cause she is does not have cell coverage so i called her on her lan-line phone to inform her at the pizzas are at the front desk. The delivery driver enter the main office so he is aware of where the main office is located. My wife informed me that her lunch break is not till 12:20pm. I call back the delivery driver back to just leave the pizzas at the front desk. He informed me that he requires a signature and no one in the office is able to sign for it. So he left with the pizzas to perform other deliveries. He returned at 12:30pm and called me that he is at the school but the office is locked. I called to informed the wife and she was waiting in the main office for the pizzas. She advised me she waited 20mins and he never came to the main office. 12:30-12:50pm The delivery driver informed me he had to return to the pizza restaurant and he will refund my money. My wife contacted the restaurant that we have a whole bunch of students waiting for food, she talked to the driver which he was being disgruntle and very aggressive over the phone with her telling her that the school was locked up. She informed him that she was waiting in the main office which is always unlocked during school hours. Driver replied with "No You Weren't there No You Weren't there" She was directed to the manager of Mountain Mikes and he was very unprofessional and rude to my wife by saying "He replied IT IS NOT OUR FAULT MA'AM IT IS YOUR FAULT" repeatedly she informed him that she has been a routine customer all of last year and you will be losing a lot of business cause of this handling of the situation, we will no longer be seeking there business. He repied "I DONT CARE!" End of conversation. I am appalled on the lack of professionalism with the driver all the way up to the manager level and this is how they conduct there company business in the city of Sanger. My wife is correct we will not be conducting business with the branch in Sanger anymore and will inform other employees in her School to seek other options. I am sorry to see that we will have to come down to this but company impression is important. We ordered an individual pizza and a cliff hanger sandwich last night for delivery and it was garbage. The pizza was burned and instead of regular sausage bits it came with something that looked like chunks of hot dog. The cliff hanger sandwich was ordered with ham & salami and no tomato. It arrived with tomato, no ham and it too was burned making the bread too hard to eat. There were only 8 small slices of salami (which were also burned) and no chips, as were advertised to be part of the meal. In addition neither the person on the phone taking the order nor the delivery person were rude and very unfriendly. This will be our last time patronizing this place. This is not my fault and i shouldn't be charged extra.... that is false advertisement! He called me on my phone questioning the legitimacy of my order thru yelp. Where do I start. I called an ahead. The girl who took my order was extremely rude while taking my order. I called at 4:45 asking for a pickup time of 5:45 as I was coming from Fresno. When I got there at 5:50 the order was still not ready. I asked for the manager & I was very rudely told he was not there, this young lady also walked away from me rolling her eyes & refusing to give me the managers name. When they first opened up they were great you could get a good pizza loaded with toppings and at a fair price. It seems over the last year that the quality has gone down , and at times when I have dined in it has been dirty ,and the service has been hit and miss. The nice thing is that they seem to always have a coupon or a in house special going on. They do deliver and you normally can get a pizza in 45 minuts or so. I have only gone to there buffet once, it was a very responsible price but it seemed to be short on the pizza to choose from but maybe I just got them on a bad day.
