Had a great experience at Mountain Mike's Pizza! The restaurant was nice, clean, and had plenty of table and booth seating. The pizza was really good, and I loved that they also have a fresh salad bar perfect to have alongside your pizza. They also have arcade games, which makes it a fun spot for families and kids. Overall, good food, clean environment, and a fun atmosphere. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back! read more

Stopped by for a casual pizza night. The pizza was good and came out hot, and there were plenty of topping options to choose from. Service was okay overall, but the wait felt a little longer than expected and the place got pretty busy. Not bad if you're craving pizza, but not the most memorable visit. read more

Really enjoyed the pizza at Mountain Mike's Pizza. The crust was fresh, toppings were loaded, and the atmosphere was casual and family-friendly. A few menu items were a bit pricey, but the quality made up for it. read more

Great lunch buffet! Clean, good service, delicious pizza and salads. Good management

The pros: when this is your favorite pizza chain, you love the consistency. I get a veggie pizza thin crust and a pepperoni (cups!) thin crust and am never disappointed. This store experienced a shut down due to a utility issue so we had to wait a long time and this happens. So I won't drop a star for that. They were kind and offered a drink while we waited. I went and washed my car instead of waiting on site so it worked out for us. But this is a problem for most wing stores, the level of crisp should be a choice. Mountain Mike's consistently cooks their wings just to done and the skin is fatty and soggy. I wish "crisp" was an option. I use the app because of the perks and it means I have to order as the app dictates. I've tried to add this comment to the order but it's never been noticed I guess. read more

Horrible service. Ordered online. Set time to pick up was 636pm. Arrived at 640pm. Employee states it was going to be another 10-15 minutes. I shared with him that promise time was 636. Employee told me to' " then come later next time." Definitely do not recommend read more

Horrible service from Saam. The pizza I ordered was more than 20 minutes late from when I was told it would be ready to be picked up. And it's not like they were busy; it was just me & 1 other person waiting for our food. Stay away from this place; I personally will never give this place my business again. This place really gives Mountain Mike's Pizza I bad reputation. read more

Great pizza, ordered delivery and take out in the past have had good experiences. Had a recent interaction with staff that went above and beyond. I don't typically write a lot of reviews, but I was impressed with the interaction and I also am a fan of the pizza. read more

I haven't been here in quite awhile but recently was invited and I highly doubt I will return. I noticed there's a sign in front promoting pints of beer special yet when we requested it they replied that they didn't sell alcohol. And it was over 100 degrees outside and they were probably close to 90 degrees inside. We just left and took our business to Me n Ed's and where the pizza was hot and the beer & ac was cool. read more

Match 31 2023. Mountain Mike's Sanger Ca. I ordered a pizza at a non rush hour time abd was told 45 mins or less. 1 1/2 hr. later, a cold pizza was delivered. I asked the driver if it were hot and he assured me it was. The only thing hot in that order was the ranch dressing that I had to throw away. when I called they basically took no responsibility and told me that it left their store hot. if it left there hot then the driver must have put it in a refrigerator for around 30 mins. which I know he didn't. I was told they have a new owner and if this is what is to be expected then I'm done. 0 stars. read more

Ripped off on tip and horrible customer service. The cashier chose to add more money for her tip without my consent When I telephoned to explain what the cashier had done, they told me they would find my receipt and credit it back, they never did. Reached out to customer service online and Emma replied with an apology and informed me that the owners would reach out within 3 days, that never happened. Beware if paying with a credit card online, they will add on to their tip. And don't place an online order, it'll never be ready as stated. They will make it when you arrive not when you asked it to be ready. read more

I'd like to give it five stars, but the service we received was unwelcoming for a first-time visitor. My friend invited me to Mountain Mike for pizza. I hadn't been here before, so I was eager to try it. The pizza was good but not outstanding, especially given the high price. We're even perplexed as to why the bill included a $4.04 charge without explaining why. read more

Stopped to eat on a Wednesday buffet for my family of 8 (my spouse and I and our 6 kids under 11). Guy suggested ordering pizzas instead because it'll be less expensive. Did and it came out piping hit and delicious! Loved it! read more

Good afternoon, Today was a very upsetting day. Today I received a request from my wife which works at a local school to place a order for 3 pizzas (2 Large cheese and 1 pepperoni) for her student and have it delivered around 11:45-12:00pm, I used my personal card on the phone to placed the order. I receive a call from the pizza delivery driver that he arrived at 12:00pm, so I called the wife cause she is does not have cell coverage so i called her on her lan-line phone to inform her at the pizzas are at the front desk. The delivery driver enter the main office so he is aware of where the main office is located. My wife informed me that her lunch break is not till 12:20pm. I call back the delivery driver back to just leave the pizzas at the front desk. He informed me that he requires a signature and no one in the office is able to sign for it. So he left with the pizzas to perform other deliveries. He returned at 12:30pm and called me that he is at the school but the office is locked. I called to informed the wife and she was waiting in the main office for the pizzas. She advised me she waited 20mins and he never came to the main office. 12:30-12:50pm The delivery driver informed me he had to return to the pizza restaurant and he will refund my money. My wife contacted the restaurant that we have a whole bunch of students waiting for food, she talked to the driver which he was being disgruntle and very aggressive over the phone with her telling her that the school was locked up. She informed him that she was waiting in the main office which is always unlocked during school hours. Driver replied with "No You Weren't there No You Weren't there" She was directed to the manager of Mountain Mikes and he was very unprofessional and rude to my wife by saying "He replied IT IS NOT OUR FAULT MA'AM IT IS YOUR FAULT" repeatedly she informed him that she has been a routine customer all of last year and you will be losing a lot of business cause of this handling of the situation, we will no longer be seeking there business. He repied "I DONT CARE!" End of conversation. I am appalled on the lack of professionalism with the driver all the way up to the manager level and this is how they conduct there company business in the city of Sanger. My wife is correct we will not be conducting business with the branch in Sanger anymore and will inform other employees in her School to seek other options. I am sorry to see that we will have to come down to this but company impression is important. We just wish for someone in the supervisoral position to come down conference with this branch to make sure they adhere to professionalism and integrity and see to that this will not happen any other customers. read more

The pizza has fresh ingredients and delightful taste and crunch, but the prices are kinda too high. Would recommend

We tried to have a birthday party for my son, I called ahead for a table for 16 they said they could accommodate but when we got there we had to sit at 2 different tables, they didn't have tables prepared for our size party. They took our order for pizza and salads they gave us no plates, I waited then went up asked for plates, 3 of the sodas were out of syrup and there was no ice. There was very little wilted lettuce for the 7 salads we ordered and took forever to get anyone's attention to fill the salad, our pizzas came out 1 at a time with long pauses in between. We have had other not so good experiences there so we rarely go, this was a very bad experience on my sons birthday we won't be back anytime soon read more

We ordered an individual pizza and a cliff hanger sandwich last night for delivery and it was garbage. The pizza was burned and instead of regular sausage bits it came with something that looked like chunks of hot dog. The cliff hanger sandwich was ordered with ham & salami and no tomato. It arrived with tomato, no ham and it too was burned making the bread too hard to eat. There were only 8 small slices of salami (which were also burned) and no chips, as were advertised to be part of the meal. In addition neither the person on the phone taking the order nor the delivery person were rude and very unfriendly. This will be our last time patronizing this place. We use to trade there in the past but no more! Sanger Mountain Mikes should be avoided! read more

The manager is not honoring the price i was quoted on yelp when i ordered my meal. He add $2.09 in custom adjustments. This is not my fault and i shouldn't be charged extra.... that is false advertisement! He called me on my phone questioning the legitimacy of my order thru yelp. Beware of this location unless you want to get ripped off. These guys are very unprofessional... fyi, look for custom adjustments charges on your receipt to see what the manager has to say. Mine said: "i forwarded you guys the updated menu weeks ago...." trust me when i say i never received a menu, let alone an updated menu, from mountain mikes read more

Probably won't come back here. We've been a few times- pizza is always so so. Last time we were there, we were with a larger group and lots of small kids. There was a nearby table of teenagers- probably 14-16 years old....and all drinking beer heavily. There were CLEARLY underage, and very drunk. I asked to speak with the manager because not only were they drinking but were disrespectful and obnoxious. They were clanking the tops of their beer bottles to make them explode- as you might do in a rowdy bar....not that I would know from personal experience. Anyway, the manager didn't seem to care and said that they all had ID's that said they were 21. (They were babies.) then he said, maybe they were fake. YA THINK??! We won't be going be back. Sticking to good ol' Me and Ed's! read more

When they first opened up they were great you could get a good pizza loaded with toppings and at a fair price. It seems over the last year that the quality has gone down , and at times when I have dined in it has been dirty ,and the service has been hit and miss. The nice thing is that they seem to always have a coupon or a in house special going on. They do deliver and you normally can get a pizza in 45 minuts or so. I have only gone to there buffet once, it was a very responsible price but it seemed to be short on the pizza to choose from but maybe I just got them on a bad day. I think you still get more for your money here but they aren't as good as they once were , I'm hoping they will go back to how they started. read more

Excellent all meat pizza, it was wondepizza was hot and fresh. Delivered it just as he said he would. I would recommend and order again!

Where do I start. I called an ahead. The girl who took my order was extremely rude while taking my order. I called at 4:45 asking for a pickup time of 5:45 as I was coming from Fresno. When I got there at 5:50 the order was still not ready. I asked for the manager & I was very rudely told he was not there, this young lady also walked away from me rolling her eyes & refusing to give me the managers name. I let her know I would be calling tomorrow to speak to the manager about her & she basically yelled across the store "go for it!". How disrespectful & unprofessional. Worst customer service I've ever experienced & if this is a family owned business & she is related management or ownership she needs to be taught respect because she definitely gave the owners a bad rep tonight. read more

I'm leaving one star because i ordered 2 pizzas, wings and jalapeño poppers and never got the jalapeño poppers. DO NOT COME HERE! My entire family got SICK after eating a pizza from them. When we told one of the workers they were really nice but we got a call back from the manager asking for a DOCTORS NOTE!? We know it was the pizza because it was the only thing that we ate together in two days. Mind you we ended up paying $27 for only one pizza. All we wanted was maybe a partial refund or a small pizza for a later time but the manager refused and said we were making it up. I have worked in costumer service before and this man should not be a manager, how unprofessional. Especially when doctors have their hands full with COVID-19 right now. Save yourself some money and a doctors trip and go to Me-N-Ed's across the street! read more

Great pie with lots of toppings. Cooked perfectly with no burnt crust. Good service.

VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED! As a parent, I wanted to buy my family a pizza while they were studying for exams. The one pizza came out to $27 and WE GOT SICK FROM IT. It was the only thing we had eaten together in a while because our schedules are so different, so we know it was that. The first girl I talked to was sweet and understanding BUT the manager called me and asked my family and I to get a doctors note for him! I wasn't even wanting a full refund back, maybe just a small pizza or partial refund. Absolutely disgusting...Me-N-Ed's has its faults but at least they have never done something like this. read more

So their pizza caused me to become sick as well as others who ate the pizza. When we called the restaurant to let them know about this we were told by the manager to prove it with a doctors note and he said this very disrespectfully. I don't need to go to the doctors office over this as it's a waste of my time since the common factor of the 4 of us who got sick was the pizza, which was already way overpriced. Not even so much as an apology for this. This place is not a very great place to go if you're wanting respect as a custom who's business pays their bills. read more
