Worst customer service ever! First off nobody greets us or acknowledges us as we are standing at the register, after about ten minutes or so we get a hello and that the register is there for our using. What?! So I ask if we can be helped by her and she states that "she is NOT allowed to help anyone". That we must ring ourselves up as if we work there! Next thing they will be asking us to jump on the grill to make our own breakfast. Such a bad policy. I bring my mother to Reedley every other day and we always stop at this Jack in the Box without any issue, guess who is losing some customers for good! Fries are a sad with little salt, super soggy like not even cooked long enough to get the crisp and just taste old oil. I also ordered a chicken fajita pita combo that included a large drink and upgraded to curly fries. I also ordered my son's diner which was a kids meal and a milkshake. The cashier pushed my coupon away stating that I could not use this coupon since the combo meal came with a large drink. When I got my order I also received a chicken sandwich even though I did not order one. I check my receipt and there it was $2.99 for 1 chicken sandwich. I went back and told the cashier that I did not order a chicken sandwich and he said that I did. This is ridiculous !! This order was almost $30 !! This is crazy, this place just stole my money! Ordered online via the jack in the box app 35 minutes ago, its now 226am on sunday may 30th 2021, and they legit are refusing to give me my food. I see it. It's made. Its ready and waiting for me. But they have over 20 cars, stretching into a traffic light illegally, and so I pulled up and had my wife get out and physically walk up and they refused to give her the food and told her we had to wait in the drive thru line, even though I ordered my food 30 minutes ago via mobile so I would not have to deal with their extremely long drive thru line since this is the only fast food open for many many miles so everybody is trying to go here. Horrible service, wife is attempting to get a refund now. This is absolutely unacceptable. Y'all need to fix this horrible place . Edit: we ended up waiting in the line until 358am, ended up leaving starving, got a full refund because part of my mobile order was a shake, and they refused to give me the shake claiming their "machine was owner so I said give me a full refund if you dont have part of my order I've been waiting over an hour for, I dont want any of it this is insane. And they only did so after I made a scene and refused to leave until I got a full refund and spoke to a manager. She even tried to say she couldnt give me a refund because mobile has nothing to do with them!! I was like what? Stop lying. This is jack in the box. You have a mobile app. That has everything to do with you. And she gave me the full refund in cash. Friendly reminder to all of you that they have to give you a refund, do not allow them to harass you into thinking otherwise. Also, this was the second incident I had, and the 2nd time they told me their ice cream machine was down, and the 2nd refund they gave me. I told the lady I was just there 2 weeks prior, ordered via mobile an oreo shake and some burgers, and they refused to make the shake claiming the same thing that their machine was down. So my rebuttal is why do they pffer that item on the app if they never have it available snd they gave me some nonsensical inexcusable answer, which is why I got a full refund both times because they know how wrong it is. @ 11:45pm-- They were out of mini tacos tonight but it was a great experience to go through the drive through anyway because they hooked it up on regular sized tacos. Honestly better than our original plan! On top of that they offered water--like how sweet is that, it's the small things that make the biggest deal. I went through the drive thru and placed an order for a sourdough Jack. No special exceptions. The person on the drive thru was very hard to understand because their accent was harsh. I watched this horrible manager demean and treat a new employee, who looked to be 20 or younger, like total crap. She yelled at her and literally threw our bags at the poor girl huffing and rolling her eyes. Of she is going to act like that in front of customers, I hate to think about how they are treated behind closed doors so to speak. It's been a while since I have seen your employee Vanessa working there but I frequent Jack in the Box very often and always get pretty good customer service, but have never been anywhere locally where I have got such astonishing customer interaction and service in such a great and friendly manner.
