I live our local Denny's! The atmosphere is always relaxing, and also the upbeat music choice is awesome. The food has always been exactly how I order it. It's hot, and delicious. Their value menus are so important to me, being that I'm a senior and on a tight budget! The servers are always friendly. I appreciate it all! I'll continue to go there for either breakfast, lunch, or dinner when I'm able. It's also our "to go" place when a friend wants to catch up and have a meal! Thank you, Denny's peeps! read more

The service was okay. The food took a good 40 minutes. Where we got sat at was right in front of where the waiters worked at so we were able to see food waiting for over five minutes. The burger was good besides lacking flavor. I added avocado. The vibe was like any other dennys. read more

Did not honor National TV advertisement on grand slam buy, one get one for $1.00 . So we have no idea how the food tasted, because we walked out and got our dinner across the street. Service no one came to help for 5-6 minutes when we arrived, even though no other customers were there. Woman saw us, didn't come , man came from the back, another 5 minutes arranging menus, then showed us a table and before we could sit, wanted our drink order, he was in a bad mood. It's a late night food place, food was good and the service was good , I ordered the double cheeseburger, the best burger in town, temperature of foods need to be checked, the soup was ice cold and the broccoli ordered for my wife was so cold , but hopefully it will be cured, it the only late night restaurant in town read more

9/2/23 Getting breakfast for tomorrow! They must've been busy! Switched to multiple workers before allowing ordering. Then put on hold for a while before completing the order. Veggie egg white omelet with ham added and pumpkin pecan pancakes to substitute instead of toast and with hash browns ordered. She said they are booked, at full capacity and because of that, there's a 45 minute wait. 45 minutes later.... Music playing. Nice restaurant. Very packed. Definitely at full capacity and there was a line going out the door to be seated. Paid for the order and waited. The worker I paid with wasn't very kind, but luckily, the worker that delivered the food a little bit later was very kind! She said they've only been open 2 months and are still working it out, including getting alcohol. She also wished me a good day! Appreciated! Happy Sunday everyone! Got breakfast ready per usual. Split! Half of the omelet was really good. Tasty egg whites. Ham cubes with mushrooms made it better. It came with hash browns. Pretty greasy, but the rest was better! My wife and I stopped by for breakfast about a week after it opened. To start, it's a brand new restaurant so everything is updated as far as asthetics, which is really nice. Knowing that they had just opened, I was prepared for some growing pains. It took longer than usual to be seated and it seemed the staff was still figuring things out. But again, they just opened and I'm a realist, so.... But I'm all about the food! How was that you ask? Really good! I had a pretty standard breakfast plate and my wife got French toast. Both were perfect. The real highlight were the pancake puppies... fire for sure! I'm sure the restaurant will continue to get better in regards to customer service. Most of the stars are for the hostess turned waitress Brianna. My family and I visited on Friday evening and it was not particularly busy, the manager (?) took our name and party size then went about doing everything else other than seating us and the other parties that arrived for 20 minutes. She then asked the hostess who had come from the back if she knew how to wait tables even though there were plenty of waitstaff there and one person clearing tables one plate at time instead of using a bussing tray. Eventually we were seated, the young lady Brianna did an excellent job waiting on our table. The food was Denny's quality so no surprises there. We may only return if other restaurants are busy or closed. I am disappointed as I had meet the owners at a meeting and high hopes of a better organized site based on that they own multiple Denny's up and down the valley. read more

Been here twice since it opened. First visit was good service with typical Denny's food. Today service was lacking. Coffee refills were scarce and food took nearly 50 minutes. The restaurant is clean and nice! Of course it just opened. If I return it will be to see if management is able to solve the service issue. Would really like to see management give this chain restaurant more of a hometown feel and service. read more

We decided to go to Denny's Reedley for a quick bite last night 3/3/24. We walked in & the guy at the register said it would be 5 minutes so we sat down & waited. A waitress came up to the register and asked how many in our party & we told her two. She grabbed menus and started walking so we assumed she wanted us to follow her. She turned around & said "No!! Wait!!!". Ok , we waited and she showed us to a table & gave us menus and left. The table across from us were waiting for their food and the table behind is were waiting to have their order taken. Another waitress walked by & checked on other tables near us & left. The waitress who seated us came back to take the order of the people behind us then told the people across from us she'd check on their food. She got refill drinks for another table and didn't bother to even come back to our table. 15 minutes passed & still nobody came to get our order or ask what we'd like to drink. After another 5 minutes we got up to leave & noticed a table of 2 near the bar area had gotten seated ( it wasn't occupied when we got there) & another waitress was taking their order. If, you guys happen to be anywhere around the Dinuba/Reedley area DO NOT eat at the Denny's in Reedley!!! Been there twice with my Mom and they NEVER get your order right. Service sucks really bad, they all need a lot more training in, "how to do their job"! The pancakes are always a different sizes, they're trying to make the most $ out of bad service. Came in on a Monday for dessert. How does this place allow dirty utensils on the table, makes me think about how clean the cooking area is. I have to remember not to come on Mondays since they are always short on supplies, this time vanilla ice cream. Don't know what else they are short of since we only ordered desserts.
