Food was on point and trust me when I say I dislike Denny's but I was willing to try this one, since I belong to Reedley community. Chef is on point, flavorful and best eggs. Presentation is great! Horrible waiting for over 40 minutes to be seated. Our waiter has skipped us not even offering us any drinks while multiple tables have gotten at least that. People have been waiting for almost 2 hours for their food. read more

Very slow service. They need to hire more staff! Twice I've been there and both times I've had to wait about 20 minutes to get seated when the restaurant had plenty of open tables and booths. Once seated it was another long wait to be served. Servers were friendly, but the restaurant is greatly understaffed! Go there if you have plenty of time and are willing to wait longer than usual. read more

This is the 3rd time I have come to this location since opened and 2/3 times they neglected us. First time I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came back and second time all was well. A bit slow but all well. Today I walked in and got sat right at 10:02 am. I walked out at 10:32 because no one even acknowledged us after being sat. No drink order was taken. Server did not greet us or even walk by our table at all. I told the manager I was walking out not to get anyone in trouble but because this is something that can be easily fixed with proper training and team work. I see no teamwork here ever. I really want this place to succeed because me and my son love our dennys dates when we don't want to cook at home. read more

Got my drinks in the quickly to but took at least 30 min just to get my food which kinda annoyed me but right when I got my food which was French toast slam my scrambled eggs were cold and only had a little bit of it. Went there this past Saturday night and had the worst experience ever. The hostess never acknowledged us (group of 5) when we walked in, when I called out to her "Hello, Hi" she curtly told us "give me a minute", when she grabbed menus and started walking away we guessed we were supposed to follow her because she didn't say a word, she turns and says. "Table or booth?" Because we dared to take a second to contemplate this question she puts all the menus on a booth, so I said "well, I guess you decided for us" and she replied "well I asked you and you didn't answer". It was all downhill from there. Absolutely terrible attitude from her, food that took 40 minutes to be ready, 1 person never got her food so I asked the hostess if we were getting a discount since my sister never got her food, she heads to my sister, ignoring me, and tells her "I told you your burger was coming". I told her she was very rude and asked what her name was because she wasn't wearing a name tag, she said "Christina" I asked for her Manager and she said she is the manager. When my sister's burger finally came we were all practically done with our food and the straw that broke the camel's back was that my sisters burger was a veggie burger; completely wrong. She as given someone else's food. At that point we got up to leave. We paid $73 for cold food and horrible service. I will never go there again. Not a single acknowledgement, apology, zero attempts to do service recovery. This was the Kingsburg location, was pretty empty when we got there to have dinner for my sisters birthday which Christina, single-handedly ruined. Even my brother-in-laws order was wrong as he ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger and she brought him an Avocado Cheeseburger which fell apart to the point he had to eat it with a fork. Cannot stress enough what a terrible experience we had in comparison to other great visits at other locations. read more

Came in for dinner at 7:00 on a Saturday night. All staff was extremely friendly. Our server was very tentative and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Our food was brought in a timely fashion and exactly what we ordered. Great experience! We will be back! read more

I went to this Dennys with high hopes because it's new in our area and man was I let down.. There was no hostess in front, people crowding the front door trying to be seated.. After about 15 mins of waiting a lady finally came out and asked if we were signed in, wtf signed in??? Terrible service they took 30 minutes to acknowledge us. On top of that the lady didn't warn us that they only had one cook on duty and had us waiting over an hour and a half after we got our drinks . Finally when we decided to leave she still charged us for the drinks none of the party drank and tried charging us for pancakes we didn't receive . Meanwhile there were other parties who came in after us and were attended immediately . Overall it doesn't cost you anything to at least acknowledge and be kind to your customers or COMMUNICATE to them about the wait and informing them. If I could give them no stars I would. read more

My son took myself and my 3 yr old grandson July 19 (yesterday) We arrived at 6 were seated. Multiple other groups of people came in after us. We sat and watched as everyone around us were served drinks and orders taken. My grandson was very patient but after about 20 min. started saying he was hungry, as were we. We patiently watched as 2 waitresses served those around us and took food orders. We wanted to give the new place a chance. Around 40-45 minutes later we decided enough was enough. I even tried to wave one of the workers down but we were invisible. We left. On the way out I asked the person who sat us if he remembered when he seated us, then went on to tell him we werent even given water. No "Im sorry" he just smiled. On our way out we ran into a family with 2 small children. We stopped them and told them what had just happend to us and good luck getting served with small children . They turned around and left. We ended up going to Kingsburg to THE ROAD HOUSE. We were seated and immediatly given drinks and our order taken within 3 min. of walking in. We were very hungry by that time and frustrated but we had the BEST service there! My advice is if you have small hungry children dont bother with this Denny's. An apology would have been all it took, but we didn't even get that. Thanks for that Denny's. We were made to feel very invisible and unwelcomed. 45 min. of my life I cant get back. To start the new construction is awesome. When it came to service 8 workers including the manager walked past and stood behind the counter with out offering to sit us down. Once we got seated Savanna changed our experience, we got fast and attentive service without having to ask for refills as well as napkins. It's kind of new, so maybe they can use that as en excuse with others, but I don't like excuses. . . First and last time I go here, the chicken tenders I ordered were way too over fried and the breading or whatevz they used to cost the chicken was fkn salty AF! . . . I had my kid try one and they agreed the breading was super salty. I will say the chicken itself if you peeled off the breading was not too bad, definitely was not salty . . . The turkey bacon deli type sandwich my kid ordered was drenched in fkn butter like are y'all trying to trigger heart attacks lol ‍ . . . However the turkey and bacon inside the bread was bland, that's has NO flavor. We only knew we were eating "turkey and bacon" cause we aren't blind . . . I ordered coffee and as far as I've always known, when you have your coffee cup at the end of the table, that would mean the patron would like a refill. Another example of how these young people have so little common sense instilled . . . It was a very disappointing visit. . . No worries though, lesson learned. . . Never again. . .
