Still disappointed. After living here for 31 years, this McDonald's still sucks. So many years to improve and nothing has changed. Just ordered a 20 piece order of nuggets and they would not give me more than 2! For a 20 piece! I ordered a large fry and received the portion of a small . Step up your customer service you greedy manager. read more

McDonalds - "Medium" fries.. more like a sample!! - Burgers Near Me - Reedley, California

Omg!! How is this place still open in Reedley, sorry but the wait times for food is ridiculous. Almost 30 minutes and sometimes the lobby is locked and your forced to go to drive thru for staffing issues. They need a manager that will have their employees run smoothly, Food is a hit and miss all the time. Cheeseburgers look like they slapped it on the floor and scraped back together. Cheese isn't melted and usually not aligned on the bun. Ambiance is dirty and who knows when the last time that kid area has been cleaned since it smells like stinky feet and a wet sponge. read more

My family and I never come to this McDonald's and the rare times that we do, we're reminded of all of the reasons why we don't. The wait time in this place is absolutely excruciating. This may be a "fast food" restaurant, but the food certainly does not come fast. Two, even if you can bear the wait time, you still have to pretend to like their mediocre burgers and overrated fries so your friends don't judge you for disliking McDonald's and call you "spoiled" for expecting at least above average food quality. Third, and finally, there's honestly no point in asking for an ice cream cone to celebrate the A your kid got on their Algebra test because the ice cream machine is always magically unable to function. So, in conclusion, instead of waiting in their drive-thru line, just turn around and spare your sanity by going literally anywhere else. read more

McDonalds - Here is the place for free refills. - Burgers Near Me - Reedley, California

not open at 7:00 a.m. AGAIN! This place is terrible. twice in one week they were closed at 7:00 a.m. Also, sausage/egg McMuffin bread was very tough to chew. A number of people left as I stood outside door waiting for it to be open. was told they would open in 15 minutes. waited 30 minutes and still not open. read more

Worse place ever. Standing in front of the cash register for over 10 minutes and asked twice if somebody could take my order. Still no luck I had to go outside and use my phone and order online. Lucky this food is for my granddaughter or I would've just left without it. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Drive thru takes forever. Waiting in the drive thru for half hour just for a happy meal

Your gonna ask me why do I keep going back here , well I keep going back because it's the closest to my house, first of all the cashier acts like she doesn't know what where ordering, which is very frustrating, when I order L fries here they serve me for medium size, so today they gave a burned buns buttermilk skimpy lettuce crispy chicken sandwich . So after all these bad experiences I decided to call the location & spoke to Jesus he told me product for product and I asked him what about my time wasted when I could be doing other things and she I'm sorry I can't give you your time back read more

The McDonalds in Reedley is honestly the worst there is. They take foooorever to give you a meal. The staff seems to not care, no one aproches you (I get it it's McDonald) but hey, everyone deserves some kind of attention even if it is a fast food joint. And the coffee is NEVER fresh NEVER!! I went at 8 am and it tasted like it has just been sitting there. I've gave it many tries. I go to McDonald every week because of my kids, they Love it. But honestly I prefer to drive to the Dinuba location it's a lot faster and believe it or not they always have fresh coffee. Honestly something has to be done with this location management or someone needs to step in. They are the worst. I don't have to wait 45 minutes for a 10 piece chicken McNugget. read more

Zero stars if I could. Worst service ever. The wait times are ridiculous and customer service is non existent. Very rude people working here without any guidance or leadership. read more

Ordered 2 sausage mcmuffin with egg to go. not only did it took them 35 minutes for my order to come out but they were missing the egg and the bread was burn. Then another time ordered same thing and again they got it wrong. Every single time they get things wrong. They need more personal with lots of training. If I can give it a zero star I would definitely give it. They deserve nothing else than 0star read more

McDonalds - Burn bread!! Really?? Plus missing egg - Burgers Near Me - Reedley, California

If I could give no stars I would.. place fucking sucks, always have to park and wait forever. Get your shit together.

Super slow have been here over 25 min waiting for a mobile order. Sent wife in to grab something and they are ignoring people at the counter someone needs to get better management over here read more

Today our daughter who is deaf went inside to place an order. She pulled everything up on her phone and made an order because of the communication gap. She showed the mobile order to the employee she could place the order and the employee was rude and just walked away. I thought you had to be ADA compliant. I also expected better from you but then again I guess not. read more

The food is never fresh. They always forget to give you your sauce you give me. If they're out of sauce they won't tell you I hate really McDonald's. Kingsburg is way better and more efficient read more

Have been here twice since it was renovated. The first time, I waited a little over 40 minutes for two happy meals and a 2 for $5 (quarter pounder and 10 piece chicken nuggets). This time I went through the drive thru, thinking it would be faster. It was, but when I came home, one of the big macs I ordered only had bread and the two patties. Nothing else, and I didn't even ask to modify it. Also didn't get sauce for the chicken nuggets on both occasions I went. read more

I'm going to call this location "can't get right" that's all anybody needs to know . Horrible services they never can get anyone's order correct . It ain't that hard I worked in McDonald's when I was 14 is pretty simple . But I got fired cuz I was giving everyone local discount . But that's not the point . Horrible location read more

They will get your order wrong, not maybe, not sometimes, every damn time, wrong. Oh and cold, your fries will be freezing and stale. I typically don't mind even a bad McDonalds, I just want my dollar coffee and the occasional cheeseburger but this place has a way of making even those things terrible. read more

I have been given expired milk/chocolate milk from this store four different times, including today. Frankly the worst McDonald's location around. read more

They just remodeled this location...they need to remodel their staff. Ordered through the drive thru; the manager took my phone for a code which she didn't need to. Took a few minutes and still couldn't get the code to work. When I finally received my food a double cheeseburger and Medium fries; which tasted like it was made yesterday. Very disappointed with the service and food. Sorry I do not recommend. read more

Disgusting. Our son requested McDonald's for his birthday lunch so we took him here. Every single table was dirty. Not even exaggerating. Every single table. There were maybe three other customers and it took forever to get our food out. While were waiting, an employee came storming out of the back yelling something (we heard him cussing right in front of our kids) and then he flopped down on one of the dirty bench seats. His feet were on the seat and he was making himself comfortable and talking loudly on his phone. Oh and he also threw a piece of paper on the ground and left it there before going to lay down. The only reason we didn't ask for a refund is because our kids were super excited for their happy meals. We understand that this is McDonald's and our standards are low, but this was bad. Bad enough to make us decide never to come back to this particular location. Also, the fries were cold and gross and the chicken nuggets were burnt. Took forever to get the food out too, so for as long as we waiting, we should have at least been given edible food. read more

This place is great ! All you need to do is order 2 weeks in advance and still wait 40 mins when you arrive and hopefully they haven't lost your food or order. I think the drive through has priority, I'll drive through next time , then walk in with the food and enjoy . Luckily this is the only restaurant with a play area . If you own this franchise, please come take care of your investment. This place is terrible . read more

This is the worst McDonald's you can ever go to, they always mess something up. I went in today for a cup of coffee and they messed that up. I asked for the cream and sugar on the side and then they decided to add it in and also put it in the bag. I went back and this time the gave me water downed coffee. They mess up on the simplest things read more

I have never waited so long for McDonald's in my life I want to know what makes it so slow here.

Waited 15 minutes for breakfast , and mcmuffins had egg shells. Heard others say they've been waiting 20 plus minutes. Worker responds to customer "what do you want me to about it I'm by myself in dining " read more

So I should have looked at the reviews first. Didn't think I really needed to since it's McDonald's. But this place is horrible! Corporate needs to fire everyone and rehire. Or retrain everyone. Especially the manager. The manager does not care to be even close to friendly. I don't understand what they are doing here. But I ordered some chicken nuggets and got some dirty greasy ones. Just for them to get me new ones that look the exact same! Clean your equipment and they won't be this bad. Horrible place to go! I'll be looking to talk to someone higher before someone gets sick from this place. Please don't go here! read more

Has got to be the worse McDonald's in the state. Slow slow slow. Everything is always down and randomly closes during the day. If you wanna wait 90 mins for a large fry and cheeseburger this is the place. Support your local joint instead cause this is ridiculous. read more

This place has a hard time getting simple orders right. If you want disappointment, this is the perfect place for you. From not giving people items they ordered, having people wait 45 minutes for two McChickens, to handing out sweet teas that taste like coffee. (All personal experiences by the way) Name any shitty service, they have it mastered. With that being said, I still like the two for three items and will come to this shitty service again. read more

The worst McDonald's of all time. They don't open their dining room. People are waiting outside at 830 even though it says dining room opens at 530. They have a doorbell, rang that, no one came. First off...can you guess it? Ice cream was broken!(as usual lol) Then seeing the manager eat fries off an order on a tray and put the tray back..in front of customers(we were in the drive thru), should've warned me that it would be disgusting. Boyfriends quarter pounder was clearly old, the meat was dry and falling apart, there was I swear 2 drops of ketchup and 2 drops of mustard, the cheese was old and drying on the edges. I look at mine a crispy chicken sandwich, no mayo, cold, and the lettuce completely soggy and wilted. I hate taking things back...but we did. The girl at the drive thru is so nice, but the manager, literally is an idiot. He takes the burger rips the meat open and just goes at least its not pink. Umm...yeah okay. They remade it but it took forever... They need better management or something. Oh. And a previous trip, sitting in the drive thru listening to one of the young girls who works there talking about drugs and how last time she was high blah blah blah was really annoying. I will add though, they do have some really nice and good employees. And now my fries are cold. Get it together McDonalds. read more

McDonald's in Reedley is severely understaffed and has bad service. You know the workers hate their job. Orders used to get out fairly fast, now it can take anywhere from 20-35 minutes to get orders out. The staff I feel bad for, they are rushing to take, make, and serve orders, they are frustrated and irritable with each other and customers. Not worth going to this McDonald's.
