STAY. AWAY. In the amount of time you stay waiting for a mobile order, being the only car in the drive thru, or sitting by yourself in the dining room waiting for your food, you'd be better off driving to one of the surrounding MCD's. Management needs to do better. It should not be this slow. read more

Food is mostly old & dried up. Your lucky if you ever receive a fresh meal. Always forgetting items or either putting the wrong items in the bag. 4 times I've gotten my order wrong or the food tasted awful. I understand it's fast food it's not gourmet food but still they should strive for quality if they wanna get paid what they're demanding. Do better people please!!! Disappointed read more

Terrible service! Takes so long and once you get your food the order is wrong. They even shorted me a hash brown they just threw in the bag!

I ordered two large fries and they were both only half full. I didn't open my bag until I got home unfortunately. Ridiculous read more

McDonalds - When I got home I realized my large fries were half full. Ridiculous - Burgers Near Me - Reedley, California

Always rude and disrespectful gets annoyed and gives attitude when they mess up on the order. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Generally fresh food, fast and love the upgrades to the restaurant. Friendly staff. Clean.

Today I went in and waited 30min food was extremely cold including my 3 coffee and I mentioned it to them and nothing was done! My elderly grandparents got food poisoning!!! NEVER COMING BACK read more

I just ordered at your reedley mcdonalds and had the worse experience and this manager should be fired for her rude and unproffessional manner.  I order mobilly waited at my number spot I chose to pick, as I waited I noticed the order has been delivered. I went inside to say hey my order says you sent it to me and I never got it. As the cashier looked into my order she tells me there working on it and as I look theres my two large ice teas and part of my found bag sat by the warmer where my tea was melting and getting watered down. So I waited once I got my food there was no bbq sauce for my 20 piece nuggett. This time I got the floor manager and I asked for 4 bbq sauces. She said I can give you 1 and then 25cents each. I told her well I asked my for my sauces on the app and never got them. So she grabbed 3 tossed them in a bag and threw them at me. Very unproffessional. Will never go to reedley mcdonalds again. read more

This McDonald's is the slowest one I've ever been to. They always have people park on the side and it takes 20 minutes for them to bring your food even though it just might be a soda and a fries and also their customer service is very poor. read more

Worst customer service, not friendly at all. Screens don't work. Food is burnt. Worst McDonalds. -10/10

If they had a minus score I would give them minus 3 for a score. Never, ever, has this drive thru given me my order correctly. Just this morning they were out of hash browns and my sandwich order was wrong. How does a McDonald's run out of hash browns on a Sunday morning?! read more

There is a reason why this place is 1 star. The staff is short handed and not well trained or friendly. Took me 27mins to get through a 5 person line and 1 cashier. Looks like the keystone cops in the back of the house. Took well over 10mins to get 2 happy meal and 1 quarter pound combo. Ya that's right 37 mins to get food in my hand. As of Sept 2017 nothing has changed here. Horrible slow service. Dirty sticky tables everywhere. Trash cans full. Edit - came back because my daughter wanted nuggets and waited a hour to get the food. Customers were just standing there watching time tick away and nothing happening. I am never coming back to this McDonalds. read more

The soda machines have been empty of lemonade for the last six visits. I'm finally going to stop going there. Management is totally unsatisfactory. Frequent employee turnover causes bad service. Today I tried again to get a Coke. They sold me a cup knowing there were no sodas available. When I discovered the problem, they refused to refund my money. They said l should "Take it up with corporate "....whatever that means. Dishonest crooks! read more

Seriously the worst. Twice now I've ordered food and had to wait over 25 minutes for either my food or drinks. Today three drinks have now taken 32 minutes to get. If I could I'd give 1 star. I get it they're busy short staffed but I went through the drive through to get my food and still sat in the parking spot for drive thru to get my coffees and orange juice. read more

i pulled up and ordered a mocha frappe on the app, and they swore on they lives they called it out but it was meant to be a table order. Gangy hoed me out my hard earned money. read more

Why is this place so slow??? Drive thru was packed and not moving so I walk inside hoping that it would be quicker. As I walk in there is no staff at the register taking any orders while a line of patrons wait in the lobby. It is obvious they are wayyy under staffed! Even though, staff was friendly and accommodated a small request of mine without hesitation. For that she gets a second star. Always dread coming to this location when I'm in a hurry. read more

Worst McDonald's ever! They park you 30 mins when you go through the drive thru just so they can come give you your food with none of the sauces you asked for or even the items you order! They come give you the food and don't even ask you if everything is right, then you go talk to the manager and he cuts you of and tells you to talk to them?!? Like what, worst experience ever!! read more

I'm absolutely appalled by their sheer lack of lack of respect. I bought some food from McDonald's and among that food was a mcchicken that had a black sliver in it and when we went to replace it they made us a new one and even though we specified not to they put the old one in the bag they did anyway. When we confronted them about this they offered us another fresh one and we thought that was nice of them until we got back the same sandwich but with the black sliver picked out and they tried to pass it off as a fresh one read more

Terrible. Once i got a mcchicken with no chicken inside and now i received my mcmuffins with no egg. Crazzzzyyy

Probably the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They can never seem to get even the simplest orders right and forget about getting iced coffee. It's straight cream/milk. Gave them a couple chances because of the convenience , but the final straw was when they told me they had no breakfast sandwiches in the morning and to maybe "come back later" . read more

This is the worst if you go to the drive-through it'll take you at least 40 minutes and then when you get home they will have cheated you out of your change back don't call him to rectify it because it won't help either don't eat here read more

Awful experience. Got my order completely wrong, made me wait outside for 15+ minutes waiting for my food. Had to go inside the lobby to ask what was up and the girl gives me a dumb smirk and just hands me my bag that was sitting on the counter. Tasted disgusting and dry too. Dont waste your time :) read more

This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. ( and I've been in other states) Sad to say this about my hometown restaurant, but it truly is. After having not been in this McDonald's in about a year and a half, I caved and went in, since it's been remodeled, maybe quality control and customer service has too. No such luck. I ordered the breakfast biscuit sandwich only to be told at the pickup window that they ran out of biscuits. Couldn't they have informed at the drive up speaker? And the wait time was ridiculous. I gave it another chance and it was my last. read more

Wow. I've never been treated so poorly by a fast food chain in my life then when I went here. I came 30 minutes before they closed. I saw one car ahead of me speak to the drive threw and turn around without getting food. When I drove up and tried to order they told me they were out of fries. Then they told me they weren't serving soft serve and smoothies that late! Boldface lies to get out of having to clean. I couldn't believe they were actually doing this. One other person in the order area next to me backed out of the drivethru too so obviously this was some tactic they use. I hope corporate reads this. I don't care if you work at a McDonald's that doesn't mean you can be rude and chase customers away! Go to the Carl's Jr across the street. Better food and service no matter how close to closing, read more

Not sure how this location remains open. Ordering is a nightmare, with bad service and unavailable items the only consistent theme. Wait times for the drive-thru regularly hit 12 minutes+, even with no other cars in line. If you go within two hours of closing time, be prepared to hear that everything is already shut down...fryers are off, grill is cold, ice cream machine out of commission, etc. Basically they're closed hours before they claim to be. Oddly enough, they can still get you a Big Mac without a grill, though...which makes me never want to eat one of those again!! read more

Asked for fresh coffee and my coffee is cold, Not even exaggerating. I work at McDonald's so I know it takes 2 minutes to brew a fresh pot of coffee. Just imagine a large cup isn't the entire pot, I would have waited too, next time make sure it's fresh. read more

Not that you should expect much from a McDonald's to begin with but this particular McDonald's lacked even common decency. Their employees are rude and the manager is worse. Not to mention it's a 30 minuet wait every time regardless if it's the drive thru or inside. Go to Carl's Jr. across the street if you want a meal in a decent time gram and if you want one that's correct. read more

No zero stars? I went to grab a quick bite. I've had bad experiences with the drive through, but I figured that it wasn't that big a deal. The line was probably 8 cars. How bad could it be. I waited more than 30 minutes. They had my order wrong. AFTER handing me the bag, they asked me to hand the bag back. They told me to pull ahead and wait. The car behind me went. I had to park and walk in to get my food. They handed me the bag as I was coming in. WRONG order again. Had to walk up to the counter and wait for the fries and soda. I got home and there was no salt on the fries. This was not a complicated order. Double quarter pounder meal, large with sprite with an extra order of french fries. Granted this was 10 PM after Halloween, but they were not much busier than usual when I walked in. I would stay away from this location. read more
