I just ordered at your reedley mcdonalds and had the worse experience and this manager should be fired for her rude and unproffessional manner.  I order mobilly waited at my number spot I chose to pick, as I waited I noticed the order has been delivered. I went inside to say hey my order says you sent it to me and I never got it. As the cashier looked into my order she tells me there working on it and as I look theres my two large ice teas and part of my found bag sat by the warmer where my tea was melting and getting watered down. So I waited once I got my food there was no bbq sauce for my 20 piece nuggett. This time I got the floor manager and I asked for 4 bbq sauces. She said I can give you 1 and then 25cents each. I told her well I asked my for my sauces on the app and never got them. So she grabbed 3 tossed them in a bag and threw them at me. Very unproffessional. There is a reason why this place is 1 star. The staff is short handed and not well trained or friendly. Took me 27mins to get through a 5 person line and 1 cashier. Looks like the keystone cops in the back of the house. Took well over 10mins to get 2 happy meal and 1 quarter pound combo. Ya that's right 37 mins to get food in my hand. I bought some food from McDonald's and among that food was a mcchicken that had a black sliver in it and when we went to replace it they made us a new one and even though we specified not to they put the old one in the bag they did anyway. Not sure how this location remains open. Ordering is a nightmare, with bad service and unavailable items the only consistent theme. Wait times for the drive-thru regularly hit 12 minutes+, even with no other cars in line. If you go within two hours of closing time, be prepared to hear that everything is already shut down...fryers are off, grill is cold, ice cream machine out of commission, etc. Basically they're closed hours before they claim to be. Oddly enough, they can still get you a Big Mac without a grill, though...which makes me never want to eat one of those again!! read more

No zero stars? I went to grab a quick bite. I've had bad experiences with the drive through, but I figured that it wasn't that big a deal. The line was probably 8 cars. How bad could it be. I waited more than 30 minutes. They had my order wrong. AFTER handing me the bag, they asked me to hand the bag back. They told me to pull ahead and wait. The car behind me went. I had to park and walk in to get my food. They handed me the bag as I was coming in. WRONG order again. Had to walk up to the counter and wait for the fries and soda. I got home and there was no salt on the fries. This was not a complicated order. Double quarter pounder meal, large with sprite with an extra order of french fries. y'all aren't even ready. I ordered a plain mcchicken and a powerade thru mobile order and curbside pick up, i put in the parking #. I see this guy around 18, "Kameron" take my order to the wrong car. The girl takes the order back inside and I follow to make sure they don't give me the wrong order. There's like 3 customers waiting for their orders, looking frustrated. After 15 minutes I finally get Kamerons attention, and watch him try to hand me the sandwich that 1) was given to the wrong customer 2) was sitting there for 15 minutes. I ask him if i could get a new one, this man snatched it from me and ignores me. Alright, I wait for the replacement. There's about 2 customers in line to order, he ignores them for like 10 minutes, finally, he sighs and makes his way to the register. I hear as the customer makes a comment like "you good?" and he complains. I WATCHED this woman give him a $5 bill and change, and he hands her the receipt. She's like ???, and asks for her change. It's always a gamble ordering here. Seems like 50% of the time you actually get what you want and the other 50% you get whatever the employee feels like making at the time. Like just now I ordered a large sweet tea, a McChicken and a McDouble; what I got was an unsweet tea and two McDoubles. I don't know if they're just overworked or if half of the employees just don't care, but it never seems to be a good experience. Management needs to step up. read more
