The slowest fast food EVER!! At any time of the day or night you will wait at least 15 minutes

This is the SLOWEST and worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They had a staked sign falsely advertising 2 for $3.00 McDoubles, yet when I ordered hem I was told they were 2 for $4.00. The menu board ALSO said 2 for $3.00. This is false advertising. I spoke with a shift leader who told me he could do nothing about the price. Management failed to ensure the incorrect signage and menu boards were removed prior to the opening of business on 10/4/19. This McDonalds is across from a community college where some of the students may not have the money for the false prices this McDonalds uses. I understand that this is a Franchise and they can change the recommended pricing. I know in my organization we cannot FALSELY state a price. If we do, we have to honor it and can expect discipline from up above. Unless you are dying of starvation I would AVOID this McDonalds read more

Worst customer service. They have to eat in numbers so they can bring your food to you and my food was sitting at the counter for 5 min. Like why do they have the number tabs of no one is gana bring you your food you need to get up and get it. Then I was standing at the counter waiting for someone to help me because I wanted ketchup and I was standing for 10 min and the cashier did not say one word to me took like 5 peoples orders. I would agree with the vast number of reviews regarding this particular McDonalds...The staff (in the past) has been extremely rude & management was even worse. I've (admittedly) been to many McDonalds locations in the past & this facility was perhaps the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in, bar none. Recently the restaurant was totally made over & from outside appearances, it's a completely different place. Granted. I only went through the drive through but even though the line was long, I was greeted quickly by a very pleasant voiced lady. Once at the delivery point our food was waiting & given to us by a very pleasant young man. I hope not only was the facility given a face lift, I trust the employees were as well. Every time I come the machines for ice cream or smoothies are broken they are broken more then they actually work. This time final straw. Made me wait in curb side pickup for 16 minutes go inside to find out the machines are broken no one bothered to come out and tell me. Second at this location waiting over 15 minutes. Other time I had to walk in and mine was waiting on counter for who knows how long. What tops it though is rude mouths the employees have. If I was owner I'd fire them all and hire people grateful to have a job and who understand customer service. Customer always right!! There are times that isn't true however it is in mine you can't argue that the wait was too long. You can't argue they should've came out as soon as they saw my order. you also can't argue when you employee speaks down to a customer. And when customer tells you another location said they can't refund through app you don't get full of attitude and say well we know how to use the app to refund. Out of the millions McDonald's in the world the single most worst one is here is good ole Reedley Ca. The service is absolutely terrible, perhaps the worst I have ever seen in my whole life. I WOULD rather watch paint dry then wait in this "fast" food line, usually takes about 10 plus minutes on a good day, so please save your time and drive to the nearest town and use their McDonald's because it would probably be faster than this place could ever be. ALSO, today I pulled into the drive thru at approximately at 10:33pm and they claimed to be "closed" google and their website hours said 1:00am on Friday (which is today) and Saturday. I waited line for five minutes and no answer, proceeded to call and was answered with the following, "hello, this is papa Murphy's, how can I help you HAHAHA" I followed by asking if they were open and I was then answered with a disconnected phone, very classy. The wait times here are terrible. 14 minutes from speaker to getting your order and they don't take orders based on who got to the drive thru speaker first. Also if you order the 2 for 1 ice cream you need to get to the pay window before 5 or they charge full price. It took us over 8 minutes to get to the pay window. Inside service tends to be slow as well. They're nice and mean well, but it's slow. Most McDonald's have faster drive thru times. read more

If I could give this place negative stars then I would. I thought it was just me having bad luck with this McDonald's but after seeing these review it was not me. My first bad experience was about 2-3 months ago and I was stuck in the drive through line for about 15 min. When it was finally my turn to order the lady says "I'm sorry but everyone just left and it's just my manager working. I about to leave also. If you want to wait for 30-45 min for your food you can" and that's it. So I'm stuck in the drive though and can't leave. And I have to wait another 20 min just to get out. I was pretty upset. Then about a month after that I decide to go back. Wait 20 minutes in the drive through and they mess up my order. Now fast forward to today. I decided to give it another shot. Drive through was fast and I was pretty happy. I get home and sit down to start to eat. Open up my fish fillet and the bun is rock hard! It's old and stale. So I drive back and tell the person in front and she says something like "what do you mean? What is it? The bun? The fish?" And I tell her it's everything and ask for a new one. She says "hold on and walks back". She doesn't apologize or anything. Another lady comes out saying "well get you a new one" and again, no apology. This place deserves no stars!! Their service is horrible!! 2 months ago, We went to try and eat lunch there. The drive thru line was way to long. So we said never mind. Later on that night the kids still wanted McDonald's so my husband went to go get it. He was gone for over an hour. I called him and he was in the drive thru. He said that he had been waiting for over 30 mins. When he got home he told me that, when he pulled up to the window he asked why it was taking so long. They apologized and said that everyone who was working was new and training. This was on a saturday night! The food was cold and they had forgotten to give my daughter her milk. So I posted on their facebook page. They reponded please give us another try. I did about 2 or 3 weeks ago. It was even worse! I was in the drive thru and had been for about 20 mintues. I pulled up to order and the girl informs me that i have to have cash because their credit card machines are down for the drive thru! There was a car behind me and i couldn't back out. She apologized for that. Never once asked about going inside to order or even taking my order and then ringing me up inside. So now I'm stuck in the drive thru with hungry kids and no food coming. Another 20 mintues later and i pulled up to the first window. The girl opens the window and asked you had the blah blah blah. I looked at her and said NO i couldn't order because your machine is down and got stuck in the drive through. I asked can i speak to a manger please? After frantically looking for a manger about 5 mins later they finally found one. I asked her is the store corporate or private owned? She said corporate. I asked what is the store number? I believe she said 255 but I could be wrong. I asked her why couldn't you take my order and ring my up inside? She said because there is other people ordering inside. In my head im thinking.. I could of ordered and gone inside to pay. Also every time I have ever went inside you guys have had 1 register open. You have like 3 or 4 registers. Why couldn't you just take the order and ring me up on one of those. At this point though I'm mad. I said thank you and left. Needless to say we had Carl's Jr that night.
