Love this McD's fine cuisine it hits the spot every time. Now this location had The Mc Lobster one day when I showed up so guess what I had one. Made for a great photo op aside from the me. After that this fine establishment has served me everything nuggets , fries to the almighty Royal W/Cheese. Aka Quarter Pounder w/cheese. Service wise always a great crew at the pay window and the pick up window. I'm honored to say thay make you feel somewhat special for dining in Raynham, Mass location. I ordered a chicken big mac and they gave to me and inside the bag they didn't close the big mac box and the sauce went everywhere.

I have given them many chances. They messed my order up three times last Friday (5/17/24) and I gave them one more chance after months of tolerating sub quality burgers. This is the last straw. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and they give me one dried out double hockey puck burger and another that was literally two patties with nothing else. No condiments or cheese. Unlike several other McDonald's in the area, the drive-thru here is always quick and speedy. Ideal for those impulse buys when your stomach reminds you that you have an hour drive ahead of you on Rt 24 up to Boston (the onramp of which is located a hop skip jump away from this location) and no food is in immediate sight. Their customer service though, at times, seems to be sacrificed for their speediness. I have been through this restaurant without a single word spoken to me. You definitely have to speak up if you need extra sauce or don't remember the prices given to you at the loudspeaker by the menu. Gets the job done when time is an issue. Very large parking lot! It's a McDonald's so not different from any other McDonald's in terms of food. The big difference is the ordering kiosks. Some people just shouldn't be turned loose on technology and I happened to get behind two of them. Not sure abandoning ordering at the counter is a good thing. read more

Zero stars is what they get on 6/30/22 at 10:45pm the worst service ever and zero customer service skills. Manager on very unprofessional yelling out drive through window after she made the mistake and The other girl not even in uniform making smart remarks dressed in regular clothes no name tag serving food through drive through is she a friend family or what because she didn't look like an employee thought I was ordering from a bunch of middle schoolers better yet the middle schoolers probably would do a better job and get the order correct. awful service and awful employees and management very disappointed read more

This place is filthy. Every single table is gross. The girl at the desk barked at us to use the kiosk, even though we were paying with cash. The raynham location gave me the wrong order 5-6 times on separate consecutive visits. Every time they gave me a hassle over it. So the last time, i ask for my money back and the manager used the wrong receipt and shorted me several dollars. Then she hassled me over that. And was rude and insulting. Great service around 2pm on a Monday! I don't usually go in to eat, however we were waiting for my tires to be aligned across the street & decided to walk over! The worker brought us our food to the table smiling ! Fries weren't super hot, but everything was great. Prices are no longer reasonable anywhere. read more

Terrible service. We had a long wait at the drive thru after we paid and it wasn't even as busy as usual. When we got home my girlfriend discovered a long black hair in her sandwich. The rest of the meal was sub par at best and when we called the store about the hair the manager didn't seem to care. I think they need to seriously retrain the majority of the staff. I am trying to find something nice to say about this store but I'm coming up short. I have gone to Raynham many mornings to grab a breakfast sandwich and the service is horrible. When pulling up to the speaker I'm told to please wait, yet there is no one else ahead of me or behind me. I pull up to pay and the young female employee messes up my order because she is on her cell phone . After I tell her my order is wrong she gives me the I don't want to deal with you look. Last week I payed for my breakfast and she did not give me my change. Management needs to supervise what is going on in this store!!!! Enough is enough! read more
