The staff seemed new and very focused on the walk in customer as a priority over phone in and on-line orders. It was a complete 180 from my previous visits! The sandwich was perfect and the staff were pleasant and courteous, but most of all they were attentive. This was about 11:45 as the lunch rush had just started on a Monday and I was very impressed with how organized and professional everything was running. Kudos to management/ownership for addressing the personnel issues in the past because I will now consider coming back weekly!!!! Strongly recommend!!!!

Today, to avoid the issue, I went into the restaurant to order it in person and I was told that it is an online only item. That policy makes absolutely no sense. The store was not busy, there was no line, and nothing was out of stock. There was no reason it could not be made. Normally this would just be frustrating, but today it was unsafe. My child has Type One diabetes and must take insulin before eating. He took his insulin assuming the meal we ordered was coming, because that is what has always happened in the past even when the item was forgotten. Being told that you simply will not make it puts my child at risk. He cannot take insulin for food that is not provided. I am extremely upset and I honestly will not be ordering again until this issue is fixed. There is no reason I should be able to order an item online but be refused that same item in person, especially when it is simple to prepare and you already serve nearly the exact same thing to kids.
