Then the lady at the counter wanted to give me attitude because I asked her nicely to remake it so then they got mad and i just left. that store does not deserve to be open it sucks and the workers should be fired. I got chicken tenders and the famous "Scorchin" sauce and my grandson got his favorite, the Dave's single. My grandson seemed pretty satisfied until he told me that there was literal mold on his burger! I stomped to the counter to report this and good thing they fixed it right away. This is my first review ever because it's absolutely insane. Every single time I go here they mess up my order. You order a plain burger you get a chicken sandwhich with extra mayo. I swear they just grab whatever they see and throw it in a bag and go about there day. Came through the drive thru late one night cause it was the only place open and drove a good 25 min to get there. Best customer service of my life, fantastic energy. The staff were incredibly friendly and the fries were HOT even though it was late. Exactly the vibe I needed. Will be returning next time I'm in need of a late night snack. read more

I usually don't review after one visit nor do I hand out 1 stars often, but this place managed to fall far below the low bar I have of fast food. Here I am, craving wendys after my overnight shift. I'd been thinking about it all night. A honey butter chicken biscuit just hits different after 12 hours. This place is on my way home so I'm like, Wendy's then shower then bed. I can't go wrong. I went wrong. Does their order mic not work? Because I sat waiting for someone to take my order for a good 5 mins at least. Finally, I'm over it and pull around to maybe go in. The girl leans out and says dining room isn't open and only card. Okay cool, someone is actually here. I go back around, another car is waiting. We wait for another 5 mins before I decide I'm just going to make a sandwich at home. Go to leave, the girl leans out and says to pull around so she can take the order then. She'd been yelling out the window for us... around the corner... where we can't see or hear you... After much ado, I get my meal. Chicken sandwich tasted grisly and my wedges were way over done. Someone had opened the orange juice so I didn't even touch it. I'm easy to please and literally nothing about this went well. One star only because poor girl was by herself trying her hardest. This place needs a change in management, 5 times over the last year completely out of my beverage of choice then on one occasion I chose water for my order for 2 dinners and they only had ONE water ????? We stopped here to eat dinner here on a Tuesday evening. We ordered a plain crispy chicken sandwich two frosty's and a grilled chicken wrap. It took us 25 minutes to get our food and when the food got out the wrap was cold. All the employees seemed like they weren't doing they're job properly and they even got one guys order wrong who had ordered ahead of us. Never again. read more

I've worked for fast food before. Ordered 6 piece nugget, 2 Jr cheeseburger deluxes, 2 drinks and fries. Not only did they charge my card for over 30$ ( there is no way it costs 30$) they got order completely wrong, did compensate the difference with cash. Not only were they rude, opened one sandwich, I always look at my food before consuming, pulled out either hair or fuzz. They mess up on my order and do this to my sandwich....why? Quickly drove in around 8am for a breakfast sandwich. What a mistake...even though it was fast service and wrapped in foil at one end...food was cold, cheese was not melted, biscuit was hard and greasy...compared to other Wendys sites I would say food gets an F...the sndwich was uneven, the wrapping was barely closed and open on the other end...super sloppy, day old food...I would like my money back. The electronic kiosks have software problems. Corporate problem. Don't waste time with them. Two fancy Coke machines with ice makers but no ice in either. Half of the flavors not available on either machine. Coke on one not available. Coke on the other has an awful mix. Both machine dispensing areas not clean. Water all over the floor by machines, extremely slippery! No napkins or ketchup out! Seems like the manager is an idiot and it has been this way for years! Go someplace else! read more

I was running some errands in the Raynham area and was looking for a good spot to stop and get something quick to eat. I was on the other side of Route 44 (closer to the Taunton line), and noticed some places like KFC, McDonald's and some other places that didn't look appealing. No fast food is great, but Wendy's is definitely the best (and KFC too, depending upon location). I went on Yelp and searched the area for quick restaurants and found this Wendy's on Route 44. I was somewhat disappointed about how far down the road it is located (it might have been faster for me to go to the Taunton location....), yet service didn't disappoint. At first glance, the restaurant didn't look busy and has definitely recieved a facelift in the recent days, like more and more Wendy's are doing these days. There were no other cars at the drive thru (no wait!), and the woman at the speaker and at the window was both prompt and organized. I literally got to the window, paid, and they handed me (within less than 15 seconds!) the bag and said "have a great day". Very quick and courteous service from the Raynham location. I would return in the future. 5 stars. read more

This is one of the only places in the area that is open late. And time and time again I've had issues. No salt on the fries. Items prepared wrong. Tonight I ordered and extra medium fry with my 4for4. I was charged for it and it wasn't in the bag. It just one of the many times similar things to this has happened. My is Brady I went through the drive-thru just to get a biggie bag junior bacon cheeseburger and unfortunately during something that should have took a few minutes I waited at the drive through window for 10 minutes while I watched the spawn one woman a skinny short blonde woman and I asked one of the crew members what was her name and they said Liz or Lisa or Elizabeth I don't know I know that they told me she's the general manager of the store she had an attitude problem when she handed me her bag she kind of just shoved it into the car not to mention she never gave me back my debit card and I asked three times as she walked away from the drive-thru window another girl who was working the drive-through with brunette hair and she was heavy set she's usually there quite a few nights a week she gave me my card and apologized for it but the woman that I don't know for names Lisa Liz Elizabeth what it is but very unprofessional that's not the first encounter I've had with her I've seen her in the morning on my way to work going to breakfast stopping at Wendy's and she's not very pleasant you know for someone you know who has a manager role and they're acting like that they definitely need to get rid of her because you know I should not have to sit at the drive-through window for 10 minutes for a sandwich a small fry and a nugget when the fries and the nuggets are already ready and the junior bacon cheeseburger has literally six ingredients on it so I honestly am contacting Human Resources because after last night and after I heard that blonde woman tell the brunette woman that if she had a problem with her they would take it outside that was very uncalled for so I'm putting this review in for because I feel like it's the right thing to do because the brunette woman who has been working for months has never ever ever messed up on my order has never ever ever made me wait and has definitely never ever given me an attitude or talked back to employees threatened employees nothing and that's supposed to be a manager they need to get rid of her she's no good read more

This Wendy's is located right off the highway so going to work it's quick and the service is great. Leaving work between 10-11pm is horrible. Serval times I pulled up in the last few months and it's always the same young girl working. As I pull up to the drive through order screen, I'm not greeted all I can hear is "CASH ONLY". Finally got tired of it and asked the voice, " is this just a night thing "? "No" we always only received cash". SMH, I'm telling myself hmmmm not when I'm come during the day. I'm just wondering how much revenue this location is losing by someone telling people cash only during the night hours? Who really Carries cash on them anymore? I work at the state facilities 10 minutes down the road and a few co-workers have almost mentioned the same thing. Sooner or late we won't bother going anymore if we can't get service. Happy to have a quick place to find a very good salad. The Apple Pecan Chicken salad is great! and they have a grilled chicken wrap that I ask them to add tomato to and it is very good and not expensive. I like that fast food does not have to be greasy. read more

This place was the worst experice I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. At about 900pm one of there employees dressed in a black sweat shirt and all black plastic mask. Only revealing but his eyes. Had is hands in his pockets and made it look like he was going to hold the place up. At one point was even blocking the entrance. We got so scared that we threw our food in our purses and ran out the door. High tailing it out of the parking lot, I called there store before calling the police. This place is probably one of the worst fast food places I have ever been to. I ordered something plain and simple, just a cheese burger with lettuce. What I got was most definitely not a cheese burger with lettuce, I took one bite and saw mayo, ketchup, pickles, onions, and tomatoes. Also I thing that this place really need to up their security because we ordered 2 fountain drinks and when we asked for the cups(because they never told us where they were) they told us they were on the counter. Honestly why would you do that like someone could just walk right in take a cup and get a drink without even paying for it. Also I got fries with my messed up burger and they were way under salted. So overall I think that this was one one the worst Wendy's places I have ever been to. And I go to a Wendy's pretty often. So I definitely would not recommend this place if you wanted to have the thing you ordered, not gross food, and actual salt on your fries. read more
