Today, to avoid the issue, I went into the restaurant to order it in person and I was told that it is an online only item. That policy makes absolutely no sense. You clearly have the ingredients and you clearly make the kids quesadilla in store, and this is the exact same item, just a normal quesadilla. The store was not busy, there was no line, and nothing was out of stock. There was no reason it could not be made. Normally this would just be frustrating, but today it was unsafe. My child has Type One diabetes and must take insulin before eating. He took his insulin assuming the meal we ordered was coming, because that is what has always happened in the past even when the item was forgotten. Being told that you simply will not make it puts my child at risk. He cannot take insulin for food that is not provided. I am extremely upset and I honestly will not be ordering again until this issue is fixed. There is no reason I should be able to order an item online but be refused that same item in person, especially when it is simple to prepare and you already serve nearly the exact same thing to kids.
