We always sit on the right side, which is where the TVs and the bar section is, but the hostess tonight was exceptionally uncomfortable, and didn't know how to deal with our request telling us there was too many people when we could clearly see tables were open. We sat on the left side, which was fine. There was a birthday party in the front room going on our waitress was super attentive and very friendly and got our entire order correct our food came out hot and fresh. The pizza is always a giant hit here as is the Caesar salad. I didn't have to ask for the drink menu which put our waitress back, but that was fine. The lemon drop was good. The bathrooms were clean and easily accessible and there is plenty of parking in the parking lot. I would recommend coming here for your average of the mill meal. There is plenty of seating the right side has pub seating and a pool table. There is a giant bar in the middle and the left is more family seating as well as a front function room.

But before we get there I was praise the welcoming and informative service, and the generous portion sizes for the price. Sadly I was not a fan of the food. I ordered the hot chix (buffalo chicken poutine) with bacon on top. I confirmed it was fresh bacon prior to ordering and I got the world's thinnest pieces. It is legit the thin bacon that hotel free breakfasts give you. Then I for some reason expected hand made chicken instead got restaurant depo frozen chicken nuggets. I expected hand cut fries instead more restaurant depot frozen gems. The gravy had potential to be good but I think they accidentally put good fever instead of gravy because I had a mix of good fever and buffalo. At that point I was already home and wasn't worth going back to fix when I could just have the same from my freezer. Sucks writing this review but the truth is the truth. I appears plenty of others love it so best of luck.

I was there yesterday afternoon and I was told you didn't have any. So you do have them?' She then said in a nasty tone 'you just asked me, and I said yes.' Was that really necessary? Was there a reason to be rude? Maybe she didn't know they were out yesterday and were still out, but she didn't know. Regardless, it was unnecessary to be rude. It's not the first time they've been rude in there, but I've never called before, so now I know could just be the theme!

I came back today because I really do enjoy the subs and this is the closest location to my house. I walked in with 4 people in front of me and due to my past experiences with this particular location, I figured I would be very frustrated. I was very wrong! The staff seemed new and very focused on the walk in customer as a priority over phone in and on-line orders. It was a complete 180 from my previous visits! The sandwich was perfect and the staff were pleasant and courteous, but most of all they were attentive. This was about 11:45 as the lunch rush had just started on a Monday and I was very impressed with how organized and professional everything was running. Kudos to management/ownership for addressing the personnel issues in the past because I will now consider coming back weekly!!!! Strongly recommend!!!!

Chalupa Craving Crushed…read more I made a last-minute decision to stop by Taco Bell to satisfy a Chalupa craving--something I hadn't had in years (I try to avoid fast food restaurants as much as possible). I was genuinely excited for that soft, chewy shell and flavorful filling. Sadly, it was a total letdown. Both the beef and chicken Chalupas were awful. The meat tasted bland and low quality, but the worst part? The bread. It was burnt and overly crispy--not at all the soft, slightly chewy texture that makes a Chalupa what it's supposed to be. It honestly felt like zero care went into the prep. Really disappointing, especially since I was craving this and decided to give in. Definitely makes me think twice about coming back to that location.

Every time I place an online order for my family, the regular quesadilla is missing from the bag…read more Every single time, I have had to drive back to the store to have it remade. Today, to avoid the issue, I went into the restaurant to order it in person and I was told that it is an online only item. That policy makes absolutely no sense. You clearly have the ingredients and you clearly make the kids quesadilla in store, and this is the exact same item, just a normal quesadilla. The store was not busy, there was no line, and nothing was out of stock. There was no reason it could not be made. Normally this would just be frustrating, but today it was unsafe. My child has Type One diabetes and must take insulin before eating. He took his insulin assuming the meal we ordered was coming, because that is what has always happened in the past even when the item was forgotten. Being told that you simply will not make it puts my child at risk. He cannot take insulin for food that is not provided. I am extremely upset and I honestly will not be ordering again until this issue is fixed. There is no reason I should be able to order an item online but be refused that same item in person, especially when it is simple to prepare and you already serve nearly the exact same thing to kids.
