Improved over the last year ! The technology is fixed so digital payment can occur, and most importantly, customer service is better. Today's order had no incorrect or missing items. Most notable was the service by crew member, "Kim". She was good at her job at the order window and professional. Her enthusiasm in a job that some might find tedious was definite positive. Sorely disappointed tonight with both our meals. Mine was the double Chalupa meal but they served the most stale bread ever. Warm and soft is the standard. These were slightly warm but hard as they could be. Must have been left out all day all night. Spending over 10 bucks for a stale meal even fast food is not acceptable. The other problem was the grilled quesadillas that was put on grill for a 17 second timer but pulled off at the 7 second mark. The cheese was still cold from the fridge as it took them 5 mins to get it for the meal. The new construction is great. Looks awesome. Service was a little slow. Had a doordash delivery. It was around 1030pm . Ended up waiting over 20 minutes. There was 4 people working and no other customers. As im waiting i notice the employees not doing much of anything, one guy was doing a few things around the store such as things with the trash and handling food. The drive thru only accepts cash so I had to go into the store. I get into the store and the employees ignore me for 15 minutes before finally taking my order. I tell the person taking my order please don't add the tomatoes to my tacos. I waited for another 20-25 minutes for my order. I was about to ask for a refund before one of the employees asked if I had ordered, I replied yes but that I was waiting. An employee exclaimed i have to wait because drive thru comes first. As much as I prefer locally owned restaurants, and as much as I prefer more authentic Mexican food than franchised eateries like Taco Bell, I can't help but admit I do enjoy a lot of what Taco Bell has to offer. This location is usually very clean, and the service has been acceptable in my experience. The food I have ordered from this location has been well prepared and fresh, and I have always received specifically what I ordered. I consider myself a true lover of the culinary arts. I have a refined pallet that is able to identify the spices used in various types of exquisite dishes from across the globe. That being said, I'm not above shoving a few fast food burritos down my throat every now and then. Ive been to quite a few taco bell locations on the south shore, and I can say with certainty that this location is by far the best as far as service, cleanliness, and food quality. I don't think I've ever been there and had them make a mistake on my order! If you have ever been to this place during late night hours, then you can appreciate what a remarkable feat this is! Seeing as how this is one of the few restaurants in the area that serve food until 2AM, you often see crowds of people showing up after last call attempting to order drunken munchies. The staff always remains patient while obnoxious chicks lean over their boyfriends and attempt to place slurred orders from the back seat of beat up old jeeps. If you ask politely at the order box, they will tell you how complicated the order in front of you was, so if you happen to be in a rush, you can look elsewhere before paying. Customer service is where this particular location really shines. Everyone I have ever spoken with at the window is always upbeat, and seems genuinely happy to be there to take your order. They always ask how your night is going, and are never reluctant to chat with you while you wait for food. I believe this is in large part to the guy who I assume is the evening manager. He is the tall blonde dude that has worked there for years and always has a great attitude. There also used to be this chick that looked like Daria from the MTV cartoon, and some skinny guy named Ian that moved to Arizona. They were awesome as well, but they have hired some great crew members to fill their shoes. If you're in the Raynham / Taunton area this is the fast food joint to be at! I ordered 2 burritos grilled and it seems like they put it on the grill for one second, I had also asked for a water cup and she had only filled the small cup halfway and the lady didnt give me a straw. I had also asked for diablo sauce 2 times, and when the lady handed me the bag I asked again "is there diablo in there?" She looks at me and says "it's in the bag" yet there was none. This is just poor work from a taco bell, and being a previous worker at a taco bell in a different location I was shocked at the service she gave. I came back to ask for diablo sauce for my burritos and she only gave me one packet, even though me and my friend needed it and were not rude at any point and just wanted some sauce to put on the burrito. Taco Bells are usually all the same. If done correctly the food should always taste the same. And in this case it taste perfect. Not only that, I could tell that the taco shells weren't actually stale like usual, which is a major plus. But what this place has going for it is the employees. Incredibly nice people, working very hard through huge lines of cars and people and getting a solid product out the door. I came here at 10:45pm on a Wednesday night. There were 8 plus cars waiting in the drive thru so we went inside to order. That might be the key to not getting stuck waiting forever. I usually just use the drive thru but my son insisted on going inside. It wasn't busy and there was no line so I assumed we'd order quickly but that wasn't the case. No one acknowledged that we were standing there for close to a minute - nor even a "we will be right with you". The actual order was ready pretty quickly and was correct. My son said the bathroom was disgusting, he was afraid to turn on the water because the knobs on the sink were so dirty. In the 10 plus years IV tried this taco bell my orders have been wrong about 60% of the time. I ask for no ice every time. And they fill the cup with ice. Today I asked for a Frito burrito a chicken quesadilla and a soda with no ice. They read back the order an it was right. Then I get back to work and surprise cup full of ice and 2 sips of soda. A quesadilla almost no chicken and the best part the burrito was completely wrong. I think its a 7 layer vegetarian burrito. I wont be going back again. My lunch is over and I'm more stressed than i was before my break. I worked for tacohell back in 1999 I never messed up an order that bad. Shameful! read more

Hey it's Taco Bell. It's always consistent here. The Doritos logos tacos and the buffalo griller are both delicious.

This is the worst fucking "fast" food restaurant I've ever been too. The staff is rude and ignorant, they can't take the simplest of orders without somehow messing it up. They'll charge you for food that they don't give you and I guarantee you will be waiting in line to take your order for at least 10 minutes. I went there today and the woman taking my order couldn't process anything I was saying and then without removing her microphone begins to complain to another employee about how she doesn't understand the order "I don't like know what they want" after that painful transaction we pull up to window to see the woman that was taking our order was texting and completely oblivious of what she was doing. A word of advice if you do choose to go here, check your bag before you leave because chances are, they either forgot half your order or just just completely gave up half way threw making your food.
