After coming here, I can confirm that I will NEVER be returning to a Wendy's location in the future. Showed up in the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich. Took 2 bites to realize that there was a texture change. I looked at the sandwich to realize the sandwich was RAW!! Truly unbelievable. Last time I went inside it took roughly 30mins to get my food. In that time I counted what was easily 30 flies around the dining area. There were more behind the counter. It they were moving to much for me to count accurately. When it came time to pay my card declined so I stole it. It was terrible mind you, the food went directly into the trash after 2 bites. 12/4/2023 at7:30 pm I ordered a Dave's triple and a baconator double. Expecting quarter pound patties on both sandwiches I was served the tiny patties. Since the phones don't work (over a month according to the drive thru) I wanted to speak to the manager (Emily). I explained my situation and asked if I had a receipt. I said no, the drive thru didn't give me one. Per Emily with out a receipt there's nothing they can do. I went to the drive thru and tried to speak to Emily who was standing there. Explain that they should check whoever is making the burgers to see if they are using the correct patties. The drive thru gentleman then said that they are running out of everything and they were told to use whatever they had. I then said that they should not be selling the quarter pound patties if they are not available. He then replied that they were instructed to do so. Went there yesterday and did a drive through. When it came to time to pay I handed over my credit card and noticed it took extra long time for a $10 order to be processed. Finally got my card back and didn't think much of it, until I check my credit card balance, besides my order I was charged for another $5ish within a minute apart. Location- not on a main street, located on Taunton Depot Dr, off 140, so getting out of this place, left turns are not difficult- something I cannot say for Stoughton or either Brockton locations 2. Exterior- Brand New & just remodeled into a nicer, newer Wendy's 3. Interior- clean & large. 4. Non-Crowded- Bring family / friends and Be as LOUD as you want, literally no one in this place 5. Quick- great service & very quick (especially at the drive thru) 6. Receipt- they remember to give me the receipt, so I can get $2 off a sandwich next time. **I highly suggest doing this quick survey for a code to receive next time for $2 off a sandwich CONS-- None.... except for one 1. This is not only the worst Wendy's on the planet, it is the worst fast food location in existence. They almost always get the order wrong, usually charging me for someone else in the drive-thrus lines order and giving me their food. Sometimes you will pull up to the drive-thru and won't hear a single word from an employee for at least two minutes and then when you say "hello" or something, they always have some rude response like you're bothering them. I have literally had an employee bark at me through the drive-thru intercom while everyone else laughed in the background - needless to say I just drove away without ordering. I have asked for no cheese at least 5 times and 5 times they have put cheese on my sandwich. Everytime I go through the drive-thru it just looks like a party inside. One of the employees are always yelling and no one seems to be doing much of anything. On top of all this the food is also always cold sloppily made. Compared to other Wendy's locations I have frequented, I find this location to be passable, but by no means a shining example. The service has been slower than that of other locations, and I would rather get what I order each time I order it. Unfortunately, that has not been the case often enough here to be an annoyance. I find the Wendy's on Route 44 in Raynham (driving towards Middleboro, you will find it on the left a couple miles past Walmart.) to be far superior in service, and I have never needed to revisit the restaurant to correct an order there. read more

This location is always a big let down! Last night I went in at pm on a Monday. My friend and I were sliding around and the girl thought it was funny. She said they didn't wash the floors either.
