The place is slightly better since it doesn't smell anymore as much outside like sewage or anything nasty. The young employees inside overall are nice and friendly with no issues. Food is just the same as usual with being good. But the inside needs to be cleaned better as it's pretty dirty. Nasty floor with trash and other stuff as well feeling sticky. read more

I paid $8.89 for a 10-piece McNugget at this location, which is significantly higher than what you'll pay at McDonald's in Phoenix (typically around $6-$7). I understand pricing can vary by location, but this feels excessive for the exact same product from the same brand. Being two hours away from Phoenix shouldn't mean customers are paying 30-40% more for identical items. This kind of pricing comes across as taking advantage of customers in smaller markets where there are fewer options. I'd recommend reviewing pricing to be more in line with nearby cities so customers feel they're being treated fairly. read more

You have about a 10% chance of getting the correct order at this McDonald's. As a plus, the employees, including the shift manager are rude and condescending. I'm surprised this place was as high as 2.5 stars on yelp. read more

Ate inside the restaurant and they forgot to put the toy in the happy meal. Also paid for the 6 piece happy meal and was given 4. Of course when I brought this up the attitude came off as I was lying. I know McDonald's doesn't give a rip about complaints but my nephew was disappointed. A child who was excited to eat at McDonald's for his good grades. Do better. Especially with how much money it costs these days read more

We were returning from a long difficult day and I asked that we stop at McDonald for a Riley of fish and Big Mac so we drove through. Well my wife decided to order a filet of fish sandwich as well. I must say that it's been a good year and a half since going to any McDonald's. We didn't order any fries or drinks just three items. The cost was $23 and change. Wow. I was shocked. I guess the minimum wage increase by the federal government and inflation has caused this. But one can go to a small mom and pop burger joint or other small business restaurant and get a decent meal for this price! I just can't believe it. We can make a nice Buffalo burger at home for both of us way less. No more goin out. read more

The lil blonde girl at the drive thru window was so b*tchy for no reason. So quick to say "what was your order" so mean with a rude hand movement. Like chill tf out girl. read more

When to McDz for my lunch break. I ordered at the kiosk and paid. Needed to use the restroom. When I came out they were already calling my order. I got my bag and drink and step outside. The coke was fresh and crisp, and my fries couldn't get any fresher. I dropped my burger like a goofball entering my vehicle. I went back inside to purchase another burger and the staff understood the pain I was in and gave me another fresh and fast Mcdouble w/ bacon. I am impressed. Thank you Prescott, Az. read more

This McDonald's has closed their entire dining room due to Covid. This is very inconvenient for customers. The Drive Through is still open, but was very busy today. I haven't seen any other restaurants closing their dining rooms recently, so this was surprising. read more

We stopped here for breakfast after dropping off my car for service. My wife had the 2 for 5 sausage McMuffin with egg and a large OJ. I ordered the burrito meal with a medium OJ. The burrito's had no flavor what so ever, and we both felt that there was little to really no OJ flavor like it had been watered down. The up charge for the large OJ was $4.00, the upcharge for the medium OJ was $4.89, which makes no sense. This isn't the first time we've had problems there, it seems as though they are trying to flimfam their customers to get more profit. Not good read more

NEVER do they fill more than 1/2 or 1/3 on an ice cream sundae. You pay the full price and get half the goods. And, their french fries (do they ever change the oil) brown, hard, never fresh french fries. They take NO pride in serving the amazing Prescott community. read more

No menu, kiosk was broken, a lot of confused elderly people did not know how to order. Manager was very sweet and helpful. Food was good.

This is one of the newer stores. It features the new ordering kiosk. A staff member comes out to the kiosk to walk you through the process. They invited me to try it, but I opted for counter service. I already use the mobil app for promotions and wasn't interested in slowing down my visit, and thinking about a new way to order. So, I declined and ordered at the counter. I have been here a few times when I was in the area. This storeseems to be a bit slower with service, compared to the Miller Valley location that I frequent. Other than that it seems OK. It's a Mickey D's...What else is there to say? read more

Still the best McDonald's in the area. Great service and they get special orders correct. Parking lot and interior is always clean.

For the love of God. How can you efff fries up so terribly even my toddler, hell, even my DOGS wont eat them!? Went through tje drive though, service is the only thing that would even warrant a star, but they don't allow you to give no or negative stars, so one it is. This location is CONSTANTLY messing up orders, to the point where when Hubs is with us, he wont go to this location. After tonight, I'm with him. No more business from us. You food is well below acceptable, even for fast food. I cant even imagine eatingnthese fries in front of me. Every single piece is so soggy they droop in half when you pick them up and they become mush if you grab them too forcefully. I sure hope the burger isn't as bad. I am sock and didn't feel up to cooking and Hubs had a work dinner, so I opted for this. Not again. You've permanently lost my family's business. read more

Nice people, and food is McDonalds food- not bad. But for goodness sake, I think their ice cream machine is only operational about one hour a day. Seriously- no exaggeration- I have not been able to get ice cream the last 4 times I've been here, different times each They should have a neon sign in front that says- serving ice cream- so that you know if it's even worth your time pulling in. 1/31/19- 9pm. Stop in for dessert for the kiddo. Ice cream machine broken AGAIN! Why.... read more

Was disappointed in the service that I received here yesterday. I stood in line for a while as the young lady at the counter had to change out the ice cream. As I had been waiting for a while someone, who I think was the manager, asked me if I had been helped. I answered with not yet. Instead of helping me she just turned and walked away! The young cashier was still dealing with an ice cream issue. She saw I had been standing for a while and said she would help as soon as she finished what she was doing. I know that she was busy dealing with a problem. But the manager, (I think she was the manager) was of no help at all. I must confess I may think twice before returning. read more

Cold burger, cold fries. Out of ketchup, one soda machine out of order. Generally unclean. Add to all this the fact that the prices are unusually expensive, 30%-40% more than your typical McDonalds. Great restaurant. Friendly service when you walk in. Great personal service giving you suggestions and military discount too.

Yesterday I went to this McDonalds location drive thru. As I pulled in there were only three cars in line in front of me. I placed my order which was a number seven without onions. When I obtained my receipt the time stamp showed 12:01 pm. I paid and was instructed to pull up to the next window for my food. After waiting ten minutes the female asked me what my order was, I confirmed a number seven. A few minutes passed when she opened the drive thru window and asked again what my order was. I once again confirmed with her my order. She then asked me to pull up to the next window and wait. I pulled up as requested. I waited and waited. Finally at 12:29 and after seeing four cars in line behind me receive their order and leave, I went inside to inquire about my order. Nobody acknowledged me in line when I finally forced the issue with a male manager. I explained that I ordered at 12:01 and I still had not received my order. He asked what I ordered at which time he yelled back at the line to make a number seven with no onions. In a quick two minutes I had my order in hand. I left the store at 12:33. Once I drove off back to work I opened my order to realize it was wrong! Thanks McDonalds for wasting my time today. But don't worry you put my 11.00 into your bank account. Told my wife about it and she asked me "When are you going to learn not to go there as this is not your first order issue". So I told her when I retire January 26, 2013 I am going to buy a 4x8 plywood and paint the top half to boycott this restaurant and the second half to remind customers they have choices such a Culvers down the road. I will place this sign the back bed of my truck and park it all day on the road which leads into this McDonaldandrive thru lane. When is someone in power going to fix this restaurant? read more

I asked a lady who l thought was in charge, when were cooks allowed to NOT have long hair in a hair net. The answer l received was, he has a hat on. I always come to McDonald's and me and my friends always come here all the time and eat I love it here I always go through the drive through but me and my friend just sit inside and talk but the reason why I am giving it a 3star review is cuz the workers are aways yelling and fighting kinda and laughing all the time and acting like teenagers and I was there one time they where yelling at there coworker and pointing to me!! Telling this worker they where saying ,there's you boy go get him, and he was like smiling I felt kinda uncomfortable cuz he kept coming to my table and looking at me so I don't like how childish they act hopefully they can grow up and see that there are people trying to enjoy there meal! read more
