The girl at the counter forgot my drink, was gonna just say that I didn't grab it, but then she decided to blame me. No. I didn't "drive off without it" you're supposed to hand out the drink first. Most people hand off the drink before they even take payment. And then as I was driving off she was like "and do you want a straw with that?" as if I was the one that forgot it. Ok if I'd rate them up against the wide variety of tacos in puerto Vallarta or Porto Pensaco! Well no comparison and maybe a one star. I took my 7 yo granddaughters to dinner and we ate in the dining room. The place was cold enough to hang meat and when I asked the staff if they could warm up the dining area for a few minutes, one of the staff came to let us know that he couldn't change the temp because it's set by a thermostat . Duh.... Last time I checked all a/c's run on a thermostat, right? Needless to say, although we were the only ones in the dining room, and could clearly see that the thermostat was not locked, they selfishly denied our request. Coming back from the DMV and some quick shopping at Fry's, I thought that I could use a snack! I pulled into the drive thru and ordered those warm cinnamon twists. When I got to the drive-up window to pay, Thomas told me "It's on the house today!" Never have I ever had that happen before!! It was about 10am and no one was waiting ahead of me or behind me. i don't typically do fast food chain reviews, but for this T-Bell i'll make an exception. if you are ever thinking about ordering from this location, simply don't; you might as well just warm up your own tortillas and cheese in your home microwave. to begin with, the service is absolute shit here. the employees have to be some of the most disrespectful people i have ever encountered. if you don't like your job, then don't work at a taco bell where you have to interact with people for hours at a time. in this business world, we call this a Taco HELL. typically, we would call an industrial and organizational psychologist to come in to the workplace and focus on the behavior of the employees.
