Always number 2, great service, friendly and helpful team members. Will definitely visit again read more

Today I order a carne Asad burrito. Im sorry to say it was substandard. It was very greasy. The meat was a mix of ground beef with small chunks of beef. I brought it to tha attention of the waitress. She said that it was the way the meat comes. That tells me that it is pre-chopped and not real carne Asada. Real carne asada is thin beef that is grilled and then chopped, not pre processed chopped beef cooked on an oily grill. It appeared to have ground beef in it. read more

Always amazing tacos. Staff is so wonderfully friendly. The horchata machine broke and they didn't behave like McDonalds -- it was fixed when I came in the next week. It's so near my house in Mountain Club, I can go on a whim and know my food will be amazing. read more

Don't eat here. The girls who took our order and waited on us had an attitude. Mgmt needs to teach them customer service skills. Their burritos are very boring looking and you don't get that much food for how much they charge for each item. The only thing I liked was the fry bread. Don is ripping people off. There are way too many other places to go that have better food for the same amount of money. Don't let Taco Don take your money anymore read more

Taco Don's - Don't you think the cook would want to make his burritos look more attractive in some way ? Boring burritos - Mexican Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

If you want to treat yourself to some delicious food I highly recommend this place. Food is great and service is great.

We have eaten at taco dons for over 15 years. It seems like their quality and consistency has been lost. My wife's deep fried taco was terrible.there was a very little meat. I tried the Chili relleno and it was just ok. It's not like they are less expensive then any Other restaurants especially when you figure that you have to purchase chips and salsa. Very disappointing. I ve read other reviews and the complaints seem to follow a thread I'm not even sure they read the reviews. read more

Love this place big portions / fair pricing for prescott it's a take out /sit down food is hot and fresh been here and Filiberto's. (For the menudo) read more

Food is great, staff is great, prices are reasonable. Authentic Mexican food. Walk in or drive thru.

Taco Don's has been in Prescott for a long time we went there years ago and what we ordered was a little too spicy for us. Recently, we have gone back and we were delightfully surprised at the tasty Mexican food they offer. Love the combo burrito and the chorizo breakfast burrito! read more

It's kind of like Anglo-Saxon Mexican food small portions of the burritos were very tiny but yet the price was high. I seen the owner come in in his truck with ripping through the parking lot. Then he gets out with his bank bag. He loves taking in all that free money he's a white guy that hires Mexicans to do his dirty work and pass it off as Mexican food read more

Love Taco Don's! It has fast food ambiance but you don't really expect it to be fancy. The food is constantly good and at a good price.

Chicken and ground beef have no flavor. Last meal I had didn't stay down very long No chips and salsa unless you pay for them read more

Taco Don's - Combo #2 - Mexican Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

Taco Don's always has good food. Definately the best in the area. I recommend Taco Don's

This quick serve spot is very busy - a good sign. The street tacos were good, plenty of meat plus cilantro and onions and a side of salsa on double tortillas. I had the chicken which was shredded white meat, and the carnitas, both were very fresh. I also had a side of beans, these were fine but nothing special. They are topped with shredded cheese. Service is very quick and the place was very clean inside. read more

No veteran discount. Shame on you. Ordered 2 chees &onion enchiladas , hardly any onions. Cheese had NO flavor. Table wobbly, for maintenance. Restroom not clean. Menu light burnt out;; hard to read. Service OK Won't be back! read more

Great tacos, salsa, and reasonable prices. Similar to my hometown's taco shop. Tried my wife's enchilada - love their enchilada sauce! Tried the taquitos - they were soft - not crunchy. Will try the chili relleno next time. read more

This is our absolute favorite quick mexican spot when we come to Prescott. The food is so delicious and it is so affordable!! We almost always get a rolled taco when we order here. The bean and cheese burrito is a go-to, and their tacos are obviously amazing. Thanks Taco Don!! read more

Now whenever I visit my ole stomping grounds of lil Prescott, me and my family always gotta hit up this lol Mexican restaurant. As you walk in you may notice, the scenery is a bit dated. This is okay, this place hold a lot of nostalgia for many Prescott residents including my family. So as this place may be far behind in its decoration, it makes up for its homey and nostalgic vibes. The service here is good everyone is always very nice and friendly when we come. I love how this is a family business too, we've always felt welcomed. The food is always consistent when I've come and good especially for this small town. I always stick with a classic bean and cheese burrito with enchilada style. The shredded beef burritos are one of my favorites too! The staff always does their best to deliver the best quality to you and consistently each time. Also very good sizes, look at that big ole thang on my plate!! read more

Fast and easy ordering to go. Had combo burrito with extra cheese and loved it! Need to try chimichanga style.

First time here, very disappointing. Dined inside, flies all over, and it was a battle to keep them off of my food (I lost a couple times). Tiny tostada salad on a large, worn-out plate, a few shreds of iceberg lettuce and a big helping of bland, overcooked refried beans. Chicken taco in a generic factory shell, looked like it was purchased in bulk at Walmart. Watery "guacamole." I will not return. The 1 star is only because the ladies at the front counter provided pleasant service. read more

Was looking for a couple tacos today and decided to try this again. It's been a few years since we ate here before, and it was ok, today was different, I had soft shredded beef and a chicken taco. They were both good and juicy not dry. The salsa and the rice and beans were good. I would not hesitate to try it again. Good job! read more

We had crispy shredded chicken tacos and Chalupas the food was excellent the service good and the restaurant was clean and prices are more than fare ! We will be back ! read more

I'm not kidding when I say this is probably the best Mexican food I've had here in Prescott since we've moved here. Total hole-in-the wall looking place, but WOW! Great food, quick service and nice people. I had the combination #10 and my husband had #13 (?) combination which had a chimichanga. You can't go wrong with this place. We'll definitely be back! read more

Brought me out the incorrect order, asked for shredded beef crunchy taco and they gave me ground beef. When I asked if they could bring me correct taco they said they didnt charge me for it and I would have to buy another one. I was pretty clear I was fine with the up charge and I wanted shredded beef. I already gave them $36 dollars for two small lunch meals. I find this unacceptable and I will not be going back to this or any taco dons ever again, and I will advise all my family and friends to avoid the place unless they want to get ripped off. read more

Great food. Tamales are so so good. Shrimp taco, carnitas and relleno are all good just need coke products and it would be perfect.

Taco Don's is an unassuming restaurant on Miller Valley in Prescott. It has the typical menu for a Mexican restaurant. They have an excellent cheese crisp. Their tacos are also very good. The only downside is their pricing. It is very expensive. read more

Moving from Southern California it has been extremely difficult to find authentic Mexican cuisine as nothing compares to the Hispanic food culture in California. That being said Taco Dons is by far & above any other sort of Mexican food I've been able to locate here in the Prescott/Prescott Valley area. The prices are average & are well within the fair range, Especially for the quality of food here. Enjoy your food!! read more

Nice easy to get in and out Mexican restaurant with either indoor or drive-through, fast food. Unfortunately, over the years they seem to be going downhill. This morning I got a nine dollar steak and egg burrito that had more potato and egg then steak. Lots of tortilla, not feeling I should've went back, but was in a crunch for time will not ever buy a breakfast burrito here again at least not the steak. It was worth about 250. I would've been better off going to Taco Bell believe it or not shame on taco John's for being so cheap. read more

Let me start off by saying that I previously lived in San Diego for 8 years, so I learned to appreciate authentic and high quality Mexican food. I visited Taco Don's this morning and ordered the machaca breakfast burrito which was fantastic! Large portion, reasonably priced, hot and fresh. Can't wait to return and sample more menu items! read more
