The food was cold the service was impeccably bad. The two female workers on January 27th 2026 do not care about their customers. Nor were they working diligently. They took too much time to give cold food with the incorrect items. They blatantly showed their lack of attention to customer satisfaction by paying more attention to the drama in their lives. Quality control is no more at this location! Check your food at pickup! We ordered these new patty melts while visiting a Phoenix location, which we all really enjoyed. Last week, this location in Prescott near home, provided us two patty melts on dry, "not toasted" bread, and served with a cold hamburger patty. A week later we try our luck again with these melts. Same results, one melt was barley toasted and the second melt wasn't toasted and didn't include onions. We all expected better quality control based on current prices! No more Jack in the Box for us. Here's my "Eat for about a Dollar tip" (1) Drive through and order 2 tacos and a value drink. It will cost you about $2.50 with tax. Keep your receipt. (2) Your receipt will have an online survey info. Take the survey (about 2 minutes) and record the code on the receipt. The receipt is now good for 2 free tacos with any purchase. Outside trash was overflowing into the drive thru lane, could see garbage strewn on the kitchen floor everywhere thru the drive thru window. The kid at the window didn't even acknowledge the trash when I pointed it out to him - he had his back turned to me the whole time. Never even saw his face, was busy laughing with a coworker. He handed my debit card to me behind his back. After all that, the tacos were undercooked and partially frozen in the middle, and they gave me a Dr. Pepper without ice instead of an ice tea. Cleary little to no management in this location. Be sure to go inside if you MUST eat here, so you can verify your order before driving away! I walk in wanting a Oreo milkshake and I was the only one who ordered, everyone already had their food. I ask for it to go and I waited for a full 30mins for a shitty shake. I used to work at sonic and they have the same machines and it took less than 2 mins to make a Oreo milkshake fully blended, but they handed me a not fully blended shake with crud all over it, that I had to wipe off myself. Btw they had more than enough staff. If I can give negative stars I'd give a -5 star rating. Just go to Dutch they're super nice and you never have to wait to long. read more

What has happened to this location? Last experience, week of May 8th, wasn't worth driving way out of my way for. Frozen tacos, yuck! The girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me when I told her they were icy on the inside. It took four times longer for them to replace my order and were mushy when I FINALLY got them after a ridiculously long wait. Can you say microwaved? That's what I think anyway. The rest of my order while warm, was far from fresh and hot, it was long gone before I got my tacos replaced. I have had much better food here, but recently my visits are no where as good as I had come to expect from this location. No customer service nor did the young person seem to want to wait on anyone that came up to the counter during my visit, except an off duty employee she was chatting with. Employees were more interested in talking to each other than paying attention to their customers waiting in line. In my opinion, I see a lack training or caring about the customer experience being provided by your employees. Receiving icy tacos is pretty unnerving, please be sure employees get the proper training for fixing a taco (all food) and provide safe food for customers. Dining room was dirty, fries, crumbs, napkins, & litter all over the floor. The tables were dirty, trash bins over flowing with garbage, and the lid area was extremely untidy and sticky. Never saw an employee lift a finger to clean anything in the over 45 minutes I was there. They were not busy, definitely having time to do other things, but in my opinion chose not too. Four of the past five times I've tried to get breakfast early on a Saturday morning they haven't been open by 6 am, which is when they say they open. Go across the street to McDonalds. You'll pay more but they are reliable. If you can't get employees in to open and work on time hire more reliable people or change your hours to 7 am. I'm done wasting my time. read more

First I had three separate orders when I went through the drive thru. The order lady was completely rude to me while taking my order. When I drove up to the window to pay for the three different orders she was very rude again. I was asked to pull to the front and told someone would bring my order out. Waited about five minutes and a young man brought it out. We frequent this location quite often, usually during lunch time and have never had a problem with the food or service. Its actually been a nice experience. Everyone I've dealt with during the lunch shift has always been very nice. Recently we've decided to go to this location a few times for dinner due to it being convenient for our schedules. We visited on Sunday 10/23 and again this evening. Both times around 6:00PM. First off, the drive thru employee we had was the same person both nights and she was extremely rude. The first time this happened I couldn't even get out the rest of my order before she left the intercom, didn't repeat my order back to me, tell me my total, or displayed my order on the screen. I asked for a diet soda specifically, because I am Diabetic. I can't drink regular soda. Only to realize when I got home it was regular, luckily I can tell the difference and it didn't cause an issue aside from irritation. Tonight, was even worse. We drove through the drive thru with this same employee and the same amount of rudeness, also rushing us through our order, mind you there are only 2 cars in the drive thru. We had to have her read back our order because of the last incident we had, she responded with a sarcastic sigh before reading back our order. Which ended up being completely wrong when we got home. (A mistake of not checking before we left we wont be making again if we decide to keep coming here) The only thing correct on our order was my girlfriend's sandwich. Our tacos were cold and broken, fries were burned and incorrect, we asked for regular and curly, we both received curly burned fries, my soda ended up regular again even though we asked for diets, my girlfriend asked for vanilla in her drink and there wasn't any, and my burger had no bacon on it. Now, I can deal with some inconsistency when there's a rush, but this amount of incorrect items when there is no rush is either a result of incompetency, laziness, poor performance, or a combination of all 3, which is an issue with management. I never thought I'd review a fast food joint. After a long day at the university we wanted to catch a quick bite before we had to go back. We popped into this Jack in the Box to get the quick $3.99 chicken deal. I have NEVER seen a staff so attentive, polite, personable and geared towards top service. We ordered our meal. It was delivered to our table. The lady after wards even picked up our garbage. The boy at the counter made sure my son knew at the for future visits college kids got a discount. The place was very clean. I watched the cashiers and they made every effort to help customers in choice selection. They greeted regulars by name, helped open the door if people had hands full of bags, they helped the elderly folks get refills on the sodas. WOW...... this place knows how to do it right. read more
