We just had lunch there today. To our surprise the burger was paper thin! I thought we were at smash burger. A double cheeseburger is smaller then a double at in and out burger. This is not right. The pickles were paper thin no literally can see through them. Wasn't impressed with the burger as a whole still filling but corporate cut backs on producers? We won't be coming back. Another disgusting drive through order. Hamburger was greasy, greasy, greasy and nasty. No tomato, lettuce etc. as ordered and burger smashed down into a pile of garbage. I was a fan of this restaurant since it opened. The last two visits have been very unsatisfactory, the Cod meal was soaked with oil which unfortunately gets the roll and side fries soaked in oil as well, was not appetizing and disappointing. i've been to Culver's twice... The first time I got a butter burger with very high hopes that a simple burger could be made great.... the pics of their food look amazing. The absolute blandest burger I've had in my life. It looked great but the beef was not seasoned. The bun was boring and had no flavor. Not enough mayo.... etc..... Went back today to give it another try...tried their crunchy chicken sandwich and crinkle cut fries . How does fast food place ruin CRINKLE CUT fries (my absolute favorite). They taste unnatural, nothing like fries. Crunchy chicken sandwich super crunchy, ZERO flavor!!!? Emphasis here is on crunchy food and NOT flavor..... I stopped in on a Friday at lunch time. The parking lot and restaurant were crowded. I was able to order with the friendly cashier a bacon deluxe burger and side of onion rings plus a Coke. All for $13! I filled my drink cup and found a seat in the bright and clean dining area. The food came out quickly. Onion rings were crisp and looked like they were made by hand with real onions. The burger was loaded with fresh condiments and the meat had a hint of charcoal. This is one of the best deals in Prescott! I had a waffle cone of their cookie dough frozen custard as a treat on my way out. I will definitely be back to try their other menu items. read more

I had been wanting to try Culver's for a while but there are no locations in the Las Vegas area. On a recent road trip to Prescott, AZ I finally got my chance. My mom and I stopped in for lunch. We each ordered a cheese burger. I got mine as a combo and we shared the fries. We also each ordered a single scoop of chocolate frozen custard. We were told we could wait on that so that it would not melt. All we had to do was bring out receipt up and they would scoop our dessert. By the time I filled my soda, found a seat and got a couple of cups of ketchup, our lunch had arrived. Pretty dang quick. I dug into the froes first. I was happy to see they are crinkle fries. There is a similar burger and custard place that has shoe string fries but I much prefer the crinkle cut at Culvers. The burgers were good too. The smashed griddle cooked meat has a slight crunch which provides nice texture and flavor. Not a bad burger at all but there are other burgers that I prefer. After eating our meals I took the receipt up to the counter and got our custard dessert. Rich. Creamy. Chocolatey. A very nice way to end a lunch before hitting the road again. Service here was excellent. Friendly. Accomodating. Fast. Absolutely no complaints there. The food was pretty good. Not totally top notch but above average. The restaurant was fairly clean though there were some grease spots on the table that I cleaned off. The biggest surprise was the music I heard playing. I'm quite sure that it was Christian music. Much more palatable than the vulgar garbage I hear at a lot of other places these days. This was an enjoyable experience. read more

Normally they are a brownish color. Today it was white. I told the person behind the line it's not supposed to be white. She told me that it should be white. Clean restaurant and indoor seating, friendly staff team, and overall enjoyable experience. The food is hit or miss, though (I have found hair in my food on a few occasions, which is quite gross). Additionally, the food has been increasing in prices, to the point where a combo I used to get which cost 15 dollars, now cost 20 dollars for the same (and arguably worse quality) food. Portions have also been decreasing (almost always, I pay for a large fry but it's half filled). That being said, I am a regular. If something is wrong with my food, they'll fix it no problem. read more

When asked about the functionality of the inside drive thru while 3 others got their order in through the outside drive thru, we were met with condescending excuses including the difficulties to perform her job duties as the sole cashier (Cat). Had lunch after church today. I had read a write up in a mailer paper. I called and asked if they had gluten free ins and fries. It was the best Gluten free bun that we have seen. The fries were very good. I had the batted cod dinner. The cod was very good and not too much batter. Our dining experience was excellent. The employees were very friendly.
