First off I ordered a nonfat decaf caramel macchiato. The guy proceeded to charge me for EXTRA caramel sauce. And then told me there was no decaf. When I got the drink there was no caramel sauce at all, and in the picture it clearly shows you get caramel sauce on top. I haven't had this issue before. Then the coffee tasted burnt!
