Went in wanting a large blue slushy. Got charged the $2.89 for the blue slushy great. Once I got my food they gave me a red slushy. Saying they are out of blue slushy and are only giving out red. Personally don't like red. asked for a refund. 3 diff employees came up trying to give me the red even though I said re fund. Finally a young guy gave me the refund after 3 employees tried giving me the food. Only for the guy to give me back $2.59 back instead of the full refund. Wound not be making this review unless they were more professional about this. If you're out of something let people know so they can order something else. Don't assume we would want whatever you give us. Bad customer service to other employees for leaving multiple times knows what we asked for. Do better. read more

Pretty awful experience. I walked in and ordered at self service kiosk. Ordered at 2:40PM for in-house service. Sat down. Waited 30 minutes, long time and no food. I walk up to counter with receipt asking about food. Teen boy working counter looked and said it's being worked on, pls go sit back down and wait. I did. Waited another 20 minutes. Walked up again, same kid checked my receipt and asked his boss behind him. She looked at him and said "ugh why does this keep happening!" Very frustrated. She doesn't say much else and walks away. Teen worker comes back up to me and says it's being remade. I asked for a refund bc I was already waiting close to an hour! Manager comes around silently and I get told by the worker to go to her. I do. The manager stays silent, has no apology or explanation for making me needlessly wait for nearly an hour. The food was great like any other McDonalds, but here's the problem. I go through the drive thru, every thing is fine- I accidentally forgot to say I wanted 3 hash browns in total. I got parked upfront by the worker on window who was doing a fantastic job by the way! I sat outside for a good 12 minutes and then I walk inside. I inform who I believe was a manager or a shift lead about me waiting outside for the 12 minutes and she IMMEDIATELY went to the worker who was on window and started yelling at him. He seemed very overwhelmed and he immediately came up to me and apologized, and was confused because he thought she had already ran to give me my food. It made me very uncomfortable that instead of her owning up that she didn't give me the food, she immediately pointed fingers, not taking the blame. I too work in fast food as a manager and if I make a mistake I will own up for it. The atmosphere seemed very tense and it didn't seem like fun at all. I'm giving them an extra star because there is construction and it's hard to get to the restaurant itself. I waited quite a while for a very simple order and there weren't that many people in the restaurant or in the drive-through. The chicken nuggets are OK typical the restaurant seem fairly clean. Very upset with an associate there. Young, male, 8:50pm mst on 6/16/2024, claims his name is Ben. He was very rude for no reason and refused to take my order telling me to leave. This was after me giving my order already to another associate. He started talking and saying random things and then told we had a "language barrier" and to leave. Mind you, he was speaking all of this in perfect english. I asked for his name, and he said Ben and to leave again. It was uncalled for.
