I was cravin Arby's and wasn't sure if it was opened it looked dark the light was off outside the drive thru light was off not sure if it was opened I saw two workers so I proceeded to order at the drive thru and yup it was opened .. well if you aren't gettin business at night this is why your lights are makin it seems as if it's closed and you wouldn't know that if you don't go to the driver thru to order .. and the workers inside act like they don't want to be there why work in fast food, I'm sure there are jobs in warehouse or stockin that will suite you well .. one more thing if a business appears closed what happens to the business with no customers?? Hmm Get your workers in check management read more

Arby's - Arby's Classic Roast Beef - Fast Food Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Stopped by after a trip to South Mountain. Ordered the promotional $1 float and a roast beef jalapeno slider. It was delicious ! I don't go to Arby's often, but this was a really excellent fast food meal for less than $4. The roast beef slider was far superior in taste to a cheap mcdonalds or wendy's burger. The coke float was excellent as well. Really good tasting ice cream. This Arby's location made an impression on me. The food was hot and delicious, it was cheap, and it came out fast. I will go out of my way to eat at this Arby's again. read more

Bought 2 combos via uber eats..(8/25) Never received the actual part of the combo.. This place sent the uber driver with a bag of fries. Not kidding.. Ordered again today(8/26).. Thought hey maybe it was a fluke... Never received milk shake and totally forgot an entire fucking combo. Clearly this place has no idea how to make customers orders correctly.. GO Anywhere else. Seriously.. read more

As a vegetarian I don't frequent Arby's but my father seems to enjoy. I particularly like this location because the service has been fast and I am impressed with Edgar, a VERY RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS young man. First of all, it seems super difficult to find good service and to encounter such a respectful young man, not once or twice, but 3 times. My dad likes a discontinued burger which I don't recall the name and serves no purpose since I don't know the name and it doesn't exist . He hasn't been a fan of the roast beef sandwiches but enjoyed the wagyu steakhouse burger, if you want to give it a try! read more

Horrible service rude and nasty food. Cold and served dirty bag. Dirty employees and over paid. Can't make fries hard and dirty. Not changing the grease. Cold buns. Manager very rude and cussing. read more

Service was bad, the employee was screaming at me being rude. And rolled her eyes at me

This location consistently screws up orders. The chicken nuggets were missing dipping sauces again. Elderly mother had to eat them dry. The steak sandwiches were small and very little garlic sauce- dry. They were not worth the high price. read more

I grabbed lunch today and my sandwich was just not good. The roast beef tasted old, no longer carry potato cakes and price I paid for the 2 super sandwiches was crazy. I will patronize another establishment. read more

Had a try of their Miami Cuban Sandwich with Potato Cakes, onion rings and a Sprite; Miami Cuban Sandwich with Onion Rings and Root Beer. I hate to say it, but their rendering is not even close to a legitimate Cubano! With horseradish??? More like horse&$@#! Come on guys, most of your offerings are terrific, but this... please! Please stay with most of your expanded offerings and your traditional roast beef fabulous menu! Otherwise, as my typical fast-food review goes: This your typical Arby's fast food joint with their regular brand menu offerings, plus a batch of new items that are pretty darn good. As an occasional to seldom junk food eater I've over the years dutifully tried everything on Arby's menu at least once. So as to make it easy to gauge each location, if and when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast food joint can be! I gauge: cleanliness; service; product quality; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnel's attitude. This place scores 3.5 of 5. I will be back here often - they have improved overall to be better - with the exception to the Cubano! read more

If you want some familiar tasty meat in your mouth, Arby's is the place for you. Get you some of that burger bun and wad of the good beef slices. Makes your whole day. It's no joke that Arby's has been able to stand the test of time. Go. Grave some of those good meats I'm sammich form, slap on some horsey sauce. Take a bite. Enter dreamland. Yum read more

I went the Arby's on S Alma School in Chandler yesterday for three apple turnovers. She repeated my order correctly, then gave me cherry. No one in family likes cherry, but I live too far to return them. If out of apple you should ask if cherry is ok. Or was this just carelessness? i will just have to check the bag before leaving window and hold up line behind me. an unpleasant experience. read more

Extremely slow and rude customer service they had 3 cars pull up and wait which blocked the other cars in the drive through.. The food was cold which is surprising? Because we waited like 20 minutes in this drive through. read more

Half the bun was burnt on the original Arby's, the curly fries were cold, and the Dr Pepper did not taste like Dr Pepper. I do not recommend this restaurant at all. I would stay away if I were you. Arby's survey is no longer Available! "would give it to zero stars" If I could read more

While the service has been excellent, and the staff professional and efficient (5 Stars), I do have a "beef" with their Beef n Cheddar sandwich. Now, the fries were nice and hot :) , and I asked that the cheddar cheese be hot too. But, when I got the sandwich, the beef was room temp, and the cheese wasn't much warmer. :( So, because of that, and had I posted this visit only, they would have gotten 3 Stars. But, on my 2nd visit, I ordered the Onion Rings, Apple Turn over and a small Chocolate milk shake. Well, the rings were fresh out of the fryer (Yay!), and the turn over was just as yummy as i remember (though, I remember when the price was under a dollar, without a coupon). Though, the Chocolate milk shake was okay. read more

I just ordered a French dip sandwich and I just got home and it's a round slider meat sandwich and 9 French fries and My bun's super soggy I'm very disappointed they won't answer phone so I paid 8 $ for soggy slider read more

It's Arby's what do you expect. It's Arby's, so either you like it or not. As for me, I will take a pass for future lunch decisions. There really is not much quality in this market. But, if I have to have fast food, you can do worse then Arby's. On a positive note, Arby's usually get my order correct and they offer some not to greasy options. I particularly like the beef and cheddar, which is a little better than most offering as a drive through. The beef and cheddar sandwich was hot and fresh and what you would expect from an Arby's. However, my fries were cold, tasteless, an old as if they've were sitting there for quite a while The customer service was fine but the closing of the store wasn't entirely diffrent issue. The restrooms were filthy, as were the floors and condiment area. I'm definitely not in a rush to revisit any time soon. read more

Very good service! The employees here were very friendly. They honestly seem as if they enjoy working here, which isn't something you see often at most fast food places (except for In-and-Out Burger). Most fast food workers have that "I don't want to be here" look on their faces, but not the employees at this place. Of course, I can't end this review without commenting on the food. Overall, the food here is really good. I've tried several items here and my favorites are the roast beef sandwiches and rubens. The curly fries and mozzarella sticks are excellent sides that go great with any meal. I've tried the gyros (both the turkey and roast beef) and they are decent, but I think they would be even better if the meats were grilled. On our way out, we rang the bell for good service. This was followed by loud cheering from the employees. read more

We tried the crispy fish sandwich. We asked for extra tarter sauce just like they show the sandwich on tv. The sandwiches came pretty dry. Since we were eating at Arby's we asked for sides of tarter sauce. They gladly provided the extra sauce in a little cup. The sandwiches were pretty good. read more

Today went to this location and arrived 5 minutes after open which was a huge mistake! Grabbed food from this location many times but this time was a huge failure! I personally never scene the two women working there before not only did I not get 2 of my 16 items ordered but all the roast beef and I repeat all of my sandwiches had like 2 slices of meat on them LOL and had some hard as rock bread ! Still LOL !!! Lesson learn don't interrupt this location too early or you will get the leftovers from the day before! Thank you personal at this Arby's for making such a great meal LOL ! and probably see you guys working there for a long time . read more

Arrived at this location 40 minutes before closing, employees are hiding behind the wall and laughing refusing to take my order. Waited for them to speak to me and the employees that work the night shift lied and said that their systems where down and they did not hear me, I called multiple times and waited at the window, they heard me. Manager must choose horrible employees that shut down early and lie. Very unprofessional. Employees need to be held accountable for their immature actions don't apply to a job of your not going to do it right read more

I went through the drive thru on Monday October 22nd around 9 pm and expected to get a buffalo chicken sandwich and a milkshake without any problem, but I thought wrong. First, my boyfriend and I drive up to order and we get some good costumer service when my boyfriend was ordering up until I said I wanted a milkshake and then got some attitude by the employees. We drive up and two employees are standing inside and not acknowledging us. They both turn around and laugh and then continue to finish our order and charge us. The employe making the order keeps shaking her head no and laughing while looking at us discreetly. They hand us the debit card and receipt back and the cashier and the other employee go to the back for at least 5 minutes. The cashier comes back and gives us the food without saying anything at all not even a thank you. Worst customer service I've ever received. read more

We don't have an Arby's near us and it has been years since I've had their roast beef and horsey sauce. But we were in the area and we decided to stop in. It is as good as I remember. My son had the Reel big filet fish sandwich which he absolutely loved. It had a lot of tartar sauce but it really was very good. The curly fries were just ok but I was happy to have something else to dip in the horsey sauce which I couldn't get enough of. I was debating between 4 and 5 stars but my son pushed me over the edge to the 5 star rating. read more

So, I really don't like complaining, but, only having two people run the joint in the early evening is definitely not enough. My husband and I first attempted to go through the drive though and after a few minutes, we weren't even sure if the place was open so we pulled around to try to go inside. By the time we parked, someone else was already in the drive through being helped. It was slightly annoying but still laughable at this point. When we went inside, we quietly waited for the guy in front of us to finish his order. However, as soon as he was done, they told us to wait and started helping all of the drive through customers. Either we have extremely bad luck or they definitely need to get their act together and hire more people. They made up for at least two stars by being friendly when they finally helped us and giving us fresh, hot fries. I don't think we'll ever have time to come to this location again. read more
