Located on Roosevelt Row, Taco Boy's has a parking lot. It's not big, but I found a spot on a Thursday evening. Ambiance (3.5/5): Taco Boy's is a little chaotic. You order at the counter and then they call your name when your food is ready. It's not a large taco joint, and it's a popular taco joint. Which means you'll see a lot of people cycling in and out, as a lot place to-go orders too. Not the most calm experience, but not an issue for me. You'll also come out smelling like meat lol. They have an open kitchen, and it smells fantastic. The downside is that it sticks to your clothes, too. Service (4/5): Service isn't a big part of the experience, but for what it is, it's pretty smooth. They took my order quickly, I paid relatively quickly, and my food was ready in a reasonable amount of time. Drinks (5/5): I'm a sucker for agua frescas. Taco Boy's delivers. They had four flavors available. I went with the pineapple/mango. It's served in a large cup. Good stuff. Food (5/5): I wasn't terribly hungry so I got a small barbacoa quesadilla. Outside of quesadillas, they have tacos, vampiros, and burritos. Your choice of meat including usual suspects like carne asada, al pastor, chicken, etc. They grill all of their food right in front of you and it's absolutely delicious. Fresh off the grill. Flavorful. Well marinated. Quality meats and ingredients. At the complimentary salsa bar, you can stock up on various sauces, limes, cucumbers, etc. I can't wait to get back to have a heartier meal and try out more of their items. Hands-down, the best Mexican food I've had in Phoenix so far (after a year and a half).

Was a very simple taco. The bean burrito had the potential to be great, but the beans had a weird taste to them. Not necessarily bad, but it wasn't a flavor I loved. The tortillas really saved the day and are why it got this rating. Service was great! Really nice workers but wasn't the cleanest taco stand around. When I got married we had Tscos Huicho come at the end of our reception and served up street tacos to all of our inebriated friends and family. It was a hit! Literally nobody remembers the formal dinner meal we ate, but everyone remembers DEM TACOS! I'm not sure if they still do catering, but if they do, it is a fun crowd pleaser and affordable. The location is weird, like in a neighborhood. Just keep driving--you'll see it, but the first time I went there I thought I was lost and finally spotted it! They've remodeled and expanded the eating area which is great because before it was so busy and you felt crammed, but don't go expecting some high end taco shop. I felt like the fanciest person there when I went since I went on my lunch break in business casual. Honestly I don't care as long as the tacos keep coming out bomb.

I believe the only option for parking is to find street parking. I don't think they have a parking lot, unless I missed it. I tried their Costra taco, which is a beef taco with caramelized cheese, and it was amazing! I also tried the chicken taco, which was good. For a drink, I had their Strawberry-Lemonade Agua Fresca, and it was really good as well. Desserts don't count while you're on a business trip, right? So, I ended up ordering the Tres Leches de Coco, and it was absolutely amazing. It wasn't overly sweet at all and felt surprisingly light. The only thing I didn't like about this place was the restroom situation. You have to grab a key from the restaurant and walk outside to a restroom a few restaurants over. The restroom itself also had a few broken items, some light graffiti here and there, etc., which took away from the overall experience a little. Overall, I'd highly recommend the Costra taco and Tres Leches de Coco!
