This McDonald's is the worst. They have horrible customer service, and there drive thru is terrible. I go into the drive thru and a nice young man asks me what I want to order and a lady interrupts him and tells me to wait. They had me waiting for over 10 minutes. I say "hello" because it was taking forever and all I get is a "wait" from the lady in a rude tone of voice, and I have to wait an additional 5 minutes. Finally once they get to asking me what i wanted, i ask for 2 ice cream cones just to find out that there ice cream machine was broken. If I had a chance to give this place a no star review, I would. Honestly go to a Burger King they will probably assist you better than here. read more

This McDonald's take the longest to bring your order out through the drive through. They make you wait in a designated parking area to bring your order out which defeats the purpose of a drive-through! This time specifically they took 50 minutes and even got the order wrong! I've been holding back on a review for too long. On top of getting the order completely wrong there was no mayo or lettuce in the hot and spicy plane bun with a chicken breast. No, I did NOT go back to exchange my order because even if I did, they would of messed it up again. Lost money and wasted time here. I would like to add that a different time I had ordered a large drink, they repeated the order to me before paying and specifically said "large drink" back and I proceeded to pay once I got to the second window I received a medium drink and I asked the employee "are you sure this is a large" she replied with "yea" and I told her it looks like a medium and she said "the order says medium not large." A bit more training should be applied for these teenagers before they're allowed to work. read more

I ordered a strawberry & cream pie and guess what I get asked at THE SECOND window "would you like an apple pie instead?" I said no thank you.. My order usual order isn't common, but customer service should be. Sunday morning shift unable to ring up 3 muffins w/ cheese and a round egg at 1.19 like other locations and shifts at this location. Ordered through the drive through, and wasn't able to get my order correct. (Less than 2 cars) I was told they couldn't help me. Went inside to inquire on how to order my usual breakfast sandwich. (No Line) Cashier still rang up Sausage egg McMuffin (2.99) even though that's not what I asked for. I let her know that wasn't it . She asked the manager who verbally confirmed what I wanted (muffin w cheese & round egg @ $1.19) while visibly looking flustered. She quickly typed in the order and walked away It still rang up $10 for an order I usually pay less than $4 bucks for. Let them know it still wasn't correct and decided to tap out. No hard feelings. The cashier calls back to the manager while I'm walking out and I hear manager yell to me "Don't make that order again" lol Once again it's not that deep. My fault for attempting to eat fast food.. they're still trash though lol read more
