This McDonald's location right off interstate 69 in Pendleton, Indiana is pretty nice and convenient restaurant in the area. The staff here is very generous and very helpful towards the customers. The tables are clean and well maintained including the restrooms as well. Plenty of parking and the wait at the drive through is not long at all. I ended up ordering the mango pineapple refresher drinks and they were definitely good and worth the try. read more

Very patient and friendly staff my double cheeseburger was good as usual. It was still hot melted everything on that should be but the fries were so over overdone they were gross usually leave McDonald's fries are my favorite, but these were awful. read more

Stopped in at 11:30 and they weren't very busy in the dining room. I placed an order and it was placed in progress. There were 5 orders ahead of mine. They were so slow the grill guy had time to do a long text. It took them 25 minutes to complete my order. I got in my car to get back on the road and started eating my French fries and they were cold. Slowest fast food ever considering I ordered a double cheeseburger value meal and filled up my own coke. Ordered ONE thing.. took maybe 10-15 for a single drink. First of all I ordered a sweet tea.. took a couple minutes not a big deal. Got the tea and it was unsweetened. So.. I go up to ask for a sweet tea, no one helped out. THEN when I finally got it almost 99% sure that it was spit in. Lady bent over twice and rudely said something as she handed it over. This is the worst McDonald's in Indiana. All travelers should avoid it at all costs. I went through the drive through and they're menu was 1/2 of what is COVID-19 available in other areas, so I could not get what I really wanted. When I placed my order I requested a plain sandwich. That appeared on the receipt and on the box. But, when I opened the box a few miles down the road the sandwich had double the condiments on it! Because I am traveling to Colorado, I am not going back to correct this error and I can't eat this food! We were in the drive through line 10 minutes before closing. Service was very slow. We were behind 1 car. We pulled up to the speaker at midnight. The young girl at the speaker refused us service. We asked to speaker to the manager. Waited for the manager and after waiting a few minutes i had to call. The assitant manager also refused us service. He stated " we can't serve everybody who is line before we close or we would be here for another 45 minutes". So, store manager Kevin is this really how you treat paying customers? It's fast food so I don't expect it to be a 5 Star restaurant but...it is lacking in basic cleanliness and customer service. Restaurant is often dirty and takes a long time to get orders out to customers if you dine in. It's a little faster if you order in the drive thru. Everytime we come to this McDonald's we are asked to pull forward. Many times like now there are no cars behind us. This is all some way they can make their service levels seem better than what they are. 14 minutes after we paid for our two breakfast sandwiches and three hash browns we finally got our food. The rating is based on consistent lack of urgency, even by the manager. It's like watching zombies shuffling behind the counter. Cashier ran out of singles and they shouted in back to get a manager. No one actually ran back, while customers continued to come in and stack up in the line. The only line that they had, which was on full stop because the drawer was out of cash... Manager took forever to bring the money and exhibited same slow moving shuffle everyone else had. This is not the gold standard for McDonalds. It's a shame for these folks, they will be replaced by robots and the customers will actually welcome it because no one was happy waiting... read more
