Ordered 3 regular burgers and 10 piece chicken nuggets. It took over 20 minutes. Never again.

So I have to rate this place at least something but my real rate is No stars. Ordered a coffee and she asked if I wanted milk I said 1/2 &1/2 she gave me 2% milk. She then makes it the 2nd time asks me again how I want it 1/2 &1/2 light sweet. Gives it back to me hot as hell and no milk. 3rd time 2% milk and hardly any sugar then she's blames it on her employee next to her that he made it. I'm not blind, deaf or dumb. My grandfather who is terminally ill and hasn't at much in a week wanted a cheeseburger. I went to the window at 11:55 on Saturday and the red head girl the manager was rude and turned me away. Her response was there's no food left. As I turned the corner of the drive through she was serving someone. I am sick over this and will never go there again. I'll travel to another one ten miles away before I ever go there again. This McDonald's needs to teach there employees better customer service skills. The service was disgusting too oily, looked very dirty the employees were not welcoming and hospitable

Went through the DT late night, order screen outside was not working and then after waiting for a while finally received our order at the second window. First window was not being used. Our order was incorrect and fries had no salt on them, they forgot napkins and straws. Dont understand why cash register at DT was not being used, the cashier took my card to the front counter register to process payment. Manager had no clue what was going on read more

I would give no stars if I could. The service here is the worst. It is all run by a bunch of kids that are there for a paycheck and that's it. It is sad cause I love mc Donalds love the food but just would come here! Stay away! read more

Not sure what the deal is with this crew. I had the worst experience with the evening crew. You walk inside to order and NO ONE greets you at the register, there's 5 people standing around "looking" busy, none of them actually are because there was no line, nor were there people at the drive-thru. They all just LOOK at you as if you're not suppose to be there. It's really disappointing. If I hadn't already paid for my order in the drive-thru, I would have not even bothered. read more

Typical McDs. We were very hungry and wanted to pee so made a stop there. The food was good! Can't go wrong with double cheeseburgers and fries. Got an iced coffee as well which did not taste good at all. Service was typical for any McDs. This and the Oakdale location are just the worst. Incorrect orders, SLOW zombies on the morning crew, condescending managers, just horrible. Too many better options: Panera, Starbucks, Chic-Fil-A, Shake Shack, Popeye's, Five Guys, Wendy's, any pizza joint, etc. I remember when McDonald's was good. McDonald's in general is ok if you want fast food which I try to stay away from if possible. BUT this McDonalds if by far the worst run McDonalds I have ever seen. I think these places just make sooooo much money that they don't have to care about the quality of service they provide to the customer... First of all this place is a 0 star if possible. The food always takes long to be made,and when it finally comes out it is most likely not correct. This place literally can't cook chicken nuggets, there has been numerous times where the chicken nuggets were liquidity. Now the staff is something I don't even wanna get started on. The staff is extremely rude. If u ask for something twice because they forgot to get it to you the first time then u get a lot of sass when you receive your item.
