I love this McDonalds. Sure, a lot of people get turned off by fast food but my number one rule about eating out, fast food or not, is the food should taste like something I can't make at home. Otherwise, what's the point? McDonalds always does that for me. My order, large fries and 2 apple pies, is always, hot, fresh, and has minimal waiting time. I sometimes use the app for a free fry or something and I've never had any issues. My only complaint is that the drive through can be slow at time, I don't think they fully utilize the two reserve drive through spaces for those to wait so they don't tie up the line. Went to drive thru 7:30pm on a Sunday. Ordered 2 meals and a 10 piece and a McDouble. Had to pull up and wait 10 min for the food. They Forgot the double. Waited another 20 min while other people went through the drive thru, got their food and left. Girl kept saying it coming. What a terrible visit. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this location. Anyway... Today I had a very simple order. I went through the drive-thru and I ordered a McChicken with extra pickles. I pay, get my food and I see that I was given a double cheese burger no onions. I go back through the drive-thru and explain the situation. They tell me to pull up to the second window. I do. Now I'm given a Big Mac with extra mayo, extra onion and extra cheese. Again I tell them that it's still wrong. They tell me to pull up a little bit and my correct order of a McChicken with extra pickles will be out soon. Third times a charm right? Wrong. The third time I was given a plain burger with extra pickles. It's now been 35 minutes and I have yet to have a McChicken with extra pickles. I gave up. Didn't want it anymore. They really need to work on getting people's orders correct as I was given the wrong order 3 times which essentially means 3 people got a wrong order as well and was given my order. I went back to get the same thing I always get I asked for hash brown made fresh and they sit there and there's a bunch of them and the girl takes one off of it and says it's fresh. It's warm. It's not hot and I tell a lady that I look at how greasy this thing is, but that's what happens and then they complain about you and their native tongue. Hate this McDonald's but a parents gota do what a parents gota do. They have the longest wait line at the drive up every time I go. I went inside once and it was not as bad but they had a sign up by the Kiosk to enter a contest. 2/24/19 Went to this McDonald's on Sunday, February 24 at approximately 9 o'clock in the morning. They have to drive Throughs and then with three cars in each lane. I ordered one of their staple items two sausage Egg McMuffins. They were a little bit busy so I expected there to be a little bit of a wait, however it took me five minutes to get to the window to pay and the food still wasn't ready and I was asked to park in a reserved spot. I sat there for at least 10 minutes. I finally got my food and drove home, when I got home and opened this two sandwiches both of them were uncooked! The egg whites was still liquid which is very on safe. If you're going to make someone wait all that time for something that should have been ready on the shelf at least make sure it's right. 3/4/19 OK! Since the other McDonald's is still closed on the renovation I decided to go back to this one hoping that my previous visit was a fluke. I was hoping to get the "A" team this time, NOPE! I ordered two sausage McMuffin's with egg and a large coffee with milk and two equal. This time I decided to look over my order before I left the store parking lot. I immediately noticed that one of the sandwiches was a regular Egg McMuffin with ham instead of sausage. And when I opened up the coffee it was black. I probably will not return here and if you do decide to get food from here look it over before you leave. The tables were disgusting when we walked in and the outdoor seating was much more filthy and it was nice day so it would have been nice to eat outside. Service was meh, had to use the self order because they weren't up front and took forever to get me my sauces and they gave me so little and not even the right ones. Good food though read more

I can't believe I am writing about a food corporation but I must give them praise. My son turned 16 yesterday and he wanted to have a party. Asking him what he wanted, he replied " McDonald's ". So we ordered 30 cheeseburgers, 60 nuggets, 20 fries. I paid and placed my order at 4 pm and I picked it up at 7:30. All the food was hot and they gave us a huge back of condiments. What I liked best about this McDonald's was the fenced in outdoor play yard for my toddler son. I felt he was safe while playing. Many other play places at fast food restaurants aren't fully enclosed but this one was. I could sit comfortable on the bench while he ran around happily and enjoy my drink! As a mom this is all you really want. A safe place for you child and you can enjoy that special moment with them. Even better a super nice staff member made a nice balloon for him. It reminded me of when I was a young girl and would go with my mom to McDonald's birthday parties. I remember how fun it was and it's back! This is how I remember McDonald's. Tried the recently revamped Micky D in Patchogue. I usually use the drive thru but this time I decided to eat inside. It was absolutely disgusting. The floors were so slimy I was literally gliding through the place. The tables were recently wiped down and left wet I had to dry my table and seats so as not to get wet.
