I'm not sure what happened to this place. You walk in, and you're waiting at least 20 minutes for one drink. It doesn't matter if you order ahead of time on the app, you're still going to wait an unreasonably long time. I get they get busy, trust me I get it. But it has gotten just ridiculous now. And they prioritize the drive-thru over the people waiting inside. I know the drive-thru line backs up into the parking lot a bit but it's like the workers do not actually care that they are staring at an audience in the actual place. It doesn't matter what time or what day you go, you're waiting. I hate to sound like a Karen, but Management needs to properly staff this place and get their priorities straight. This is a drive through with inside seating. I have been coming here for six months. Baristas make all drinks to my satisfaction. If I do not like how it tastes, they will remake it. At least three baristas wished me "Happy Birthday" this morning after I redeemed my free drink. They made me feel special. I got a Pumpkin Cold Brew, which was fabulous with ice. Usually it comes without any. The floor was filthy this morning at 8a. That is why I am giving this store only four stars. read more

We often order coffees here for our workplace, but recently it's been an ongoing trend where the drinks are either poor quality (iced drinks are watered down), or completely wrong (ordered Caramel Brûlée latte, receive iced coffee + milk). These are just the most recent examples. The store does not seem willing to accommodate these poor experiences, nor do the problematic employees learn to make the drinks as they are intended. read more

I only come here because I work in the area and the drive through is convenient but the service here definitely needs some improvement. I ordered an iced matcha latte with sweet cream cold foam (which is almost always my go to order at any Starbucks so I'm familiar with how it should look) , and immediately when I got it I knew something was up because the "foam" (or lack thereof cause there was barely any to begin with) was green. I asked if they put the cold foam and the drive through attendant responded that there was and once the cold foam is put on the drink it mixes with the matcha cause it's heavier. I mean definitely understandable, but it looked like there was no separation but I figured maybe it sat for an extra minute or two longer (I was doing a pick up order) and like I said i've ordered this drink numerous times so I know how it should come. Anywho I drive off and take a sip and I get a mouthful of matcha lol. Even when the cold foam mixes generally speaking you can still taste it in the drink. So I went back and asked if she was sure the cold foam wasn't matcha cold foam to which she tells me they don't make matcha cold foam so that's not possible. Um yes they do I've ordered it before and it's on the app. She then offered to add "more" vanilla cold foam which of course made the drink taste completely different, because there was no vanilla cold foam to begin with. Also wouldn't let me get a sentence in before cutting me off with her "solutions". Anyways the matcha was terrible because it was just too milky at that point from all the "foam". But typically I feel like in this situation offering to remake the drink would've been warranted! At one point she stuck her finger up to me to say hold on but apologized for that, so that's fine, but definitely would've played out differently with another customer lol. read more

My favorite Starbucks - it's drive thru and the people are wonderful! I usually stop by in the mornings or afternoon and am always greeted with a smile. Everyone is always so nice and my drink is always spot on. Don't think I've ever been handed a drink that was made poorly. I'm not a fan of them opening at 6am but whatever it's not everyday I'm there before 6am for my cup of coffee. read more

The establishment is clean, spacious and plentiful parking. They also have a drive thru. The staff where friendly and welcoming.

So in my area, I live between 2 drive-thru Starbucks locations. I have tried coffee from multiple Starbucks' in Long Island, but nothing quite compares to this location. Almost every morning, I order ahead via their app, and pickup via the drive thru. I have to say every single time, I'm warmly greeted at the microphone and pleasantly given my drink each morning. Every barista takes the time to say good morning, have a good day and offer me napkins if needed. I have experience so many rude baristas over time, but everyone in the location is fantastic. They recognize me every morning, and some of the baristas even recognize my voice when I order over the microphone. My go-to drinks are pretty simple, but when I order them at other locations, no one makes them right. I never have an issue from this location. On the days I opt to order inside, everywhere is clean, the snacks and food are always fully stocked, and the staff all are friendly. Love my local Starbucks, my drinks are always a 10/10. read more

Every single time they either don't have lemonade, brown sugar oat milk, strawberries, etc. who is keeping up with their inventory?? And the drinks are never done right. My coffee never has sugar ! New Starbucks located just north of Tanger Outlets. Beautiful glass window design except when the a/c isn't working which happened today. So beautiful glass cube turned into uncomfortable glass sauna. Clean. More tables needed. Seems to still be finding its way. But what has been bothering me about Starbucks lately is that the baristas seem to be more concerned with mobile orders than the customer in front of them. This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to. Everyone that works there says good morning knows my name, and tells me to have a nice day. I enjoy coming here every morning to start my day and always feel better after leaving. Tip these kids well because they earned it. I always pre-order my beverages and almost every time they aren't ready upon arrival (I make sure to take my time getting there because I know). I am very understanding and know that sometimes things could take longer if it is busy however each time I am usually 1 of 2-3 people in the whole place (usually the rest are sitting with their beverages already). Ordered coldbrew iced coffee and it tasted like water, I thought maybe it was a bad batch so i went back a couple of weeks later and ordered anither cold brew iced coffee again and waited abt 10 minutes and they told me they are out of it. As a Medical sales rep, Starbucks is the gold standard for doctors lunches. I've been to many Starbucks but never had an a experience that would prompt even a consideration of a review. The building seemed newly built, even closed from its outward appearance. I preceded inside and was immediately greeted by three workers. I said hello handed them my list and asked to use the restroom. The restroom was well maintained and super clean. After coming back the workers were hard at work for my order, but constantly engaging in conversation. They ran out of peach tranquility tea which they offered suggestions as a replacement. The manager apologized and explained they may not be carrying the flavor anymore. She said to let my doctors know Incase they ask in the future. We talked for about ten minutes while the drinks were finished. The entire staff was super friendly, and more importantly engaged in conversation. It's nice to step away from corporate chain mentality and get to know your customer. I felt very comfortable the whole time. Finally they asked if they could help me to my car. That was above and beyond the normal three trips to the car. We continued in conversation to the car. I also left my water which another employee ran out to hand me. Clean, Friendly, Humble, Correctness and inviting are what will bring my business back here over and over again. read more
