Slow rude staff, bland decor, nitro cold brew was half foam, asked for less foam and they dumped it out and poured a new one with just as much foam. I've been told the nitros get foamy at the end of the keg, staff needs training will not visit this location again. read more

So I go to Starbucks in Bayport on Friday morning. Order my Grande size coffee. I get it and when I get in my car, I realize how MUCH ice is in the cup. I am two minutes from there so I go home and take a slotted spoon to take out "most" of the ice. I would say 3/4. This is what I have left. Seriously? Over $6 for 1/4 cup of coffee? Shame on you Starbucks! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bayport, New York

I frequent this Starbucks location often through the years and since they remodeled the service has been at its worst. Each time I've been back within the past few months my drink is made incorrectly and with way too much ice to the point where there's only about 1/4 amount of coffee in the cup. After asking for light ice I still received a cup filled with ice. Disappointed in this location and do not want to return. read more

Another coffee another Starbucks. My go to is the Pike Place black and I add my own unsweetened almond milk that I carry with me. I do like that they have stevia. Pretty quiet location. I'm quickly in and out in the morning. read more

I paid full price （Trenta ) and got half a drink just because I asked for no ice! ? also last time placed an order for four drinks. I tasted the pink drink with coconut milk not too my liking , so asked for a little coconut milk on side to sweeten the drink , The lady manager was obnoxious saying she would charge me more money for anything extra even though drink not match i want ? ? This has not happened with other people that I know, who go there too? read more

Starbucks - She told me that I should go get it at the supermarket! if i need more milk - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Bayport, New York

I rarely leave negative reviews but Man they're rude. It's 11am and the Location is not busy at all. I get my drinks and one of the girls that handed them to me is Literally still right in front of me as I say "Thank you" and I'm completely ignored! No eye contact no nothing Jeeeez It really brings people down when you're just trying to be nice. I would understand if the Location was Super Busy but it was Literally empty. read more

The person who greeted me was extremely kind and personable. I really enjoyed our interaction. My drink came out perfect and everyone else working was kind which I appreciated. Overall this experience was great despite not having a drive thru. read more

A new Starbucks for me. I liked it! The staff was efficient and friendly. It's a small store but has a small area for tables and a coffee bar to sit at. Usually not too crowded from what I hear. I will go back even though not as convenient as the Patchogue location. Better service and quieter. read more

I love this location, they're always so nice and always make my order right, lattes are always so good, service is always fast I place a mobile order and get there within less than 5 minutes and it's always ready. Even when I place a mobile order and don't have to talk to anyone the employees always say hi and acknowledge me as soon as I walk in read more

My son went to Starbucks for a small Frappuccino that came out to 5.16 he was short .16 and the employee wouldn't let it go. On average we spend at least 150 or more at Starbucks per month and am always in the bayport Starbucks. Will not be going back to that Starbucks. And the dark haired girl with the bright lipstick has an attitude. read more

I've gone to this Starbucks since it opened or should I say used to. I prefer driving the extra mile or so to Sayville just to avoid the attitudes employed there. Lindsay is a great manager have always had pleasant conversation over the years. However, some of the staff and I should be specific some females employed there have an air of rude dismissiveness that I find judge-mental. Ever so often for convenience I will go there and if certain long time staff are working I know what to expect. I suggest those gals(and you know who you are) transfer to the Mastic location ) if there is a Starbucks there perhaps when Anna Wintour comes out to her weekend house you'll finally get your props. Your baristas not fashionistas....the end read more

Coffee is always made quickly. But, I get a cheese danish and I'd like to add strawberry syrup on it. A tiny drizzle. The the short haired i guess manager who works there said I couldn't get a tiny side of the strawberry purée. I'm so confused why I wouldn't be able to buy this as a separate purchase. It's the only reason why I go in there in the first place to get my danish and sometimes a coffee too. Now, I see no reason for going back. Very unpleasant encounter with the manager who was only speaking to the employee saying "No don't do that" so I had to interrupt her from staring at a computer screen to ask her about it and she let me get it this one time and said not again and I told her that's very unfortunate being that's my only reason for coming here. If a customer is willing to pay for something, why not give it to them!!! So ridiculous that i would have to "purchase a drink with puree and cant get it on the side". its not bothering anyone if im willing to pay the same upcharge as you would include in the drink.. read more

It's a crapshoot. The baristas are either super friendly and amazing, or distracted and rude. I go often enough to know who to avoid & who to order from, and will go to 7-11 instead when certain baristas are behind the counter. read more

The Flat White is a drink best poured very slowly. The Starbucks Queen of this drink is Sammie,at the Bayport location. Perfect pour every time ( or she does it over ). Sammie pours it as it was meant to be poured and the result is a velvety smoothness that other locations ( and other baristas in Bayport) do not duplicate. More than once I have gone in intending to order something and flipped to a Flat White when I saw Sammie behind the bar. read more

Slowest Starbucks on Long Island. Always short staffed. I don't understand the point of order ahead of you still wait ten mins for someone to hand you your coffee. I'll go here in a pinch, but try to avoid it at all costs. read more

Great staff here! The adorable guy at the register had my 12 year old ask " may I "instead of "can I" and won big points. While we sat & had our drinks they were getting repeated prank calls ( and it was busy here) handled it like pros. When it comes to the product, Starbucks is Starbucks. It's the staff that makes it. Thanks guys! read more

Terrible terrible service! The baristas are extremely rude and act annoyed when you go in to pick up a mobile order. On multiple occasions I've waited 5-10 minutes at the mobile pick up area--when I say 'excuse me, I'm here to pick up my mobile order' because I can clearly see my order sitting there the entire time, they get annoyed then place the coffee down and do not say anything. Since this location is the closest for me, I've tried going back multiple times thinking they're just having a bad day, but that is not the case. Will travel to the further Starbucks location from now on. Avoid this location! read more

I stopped by the other day for my first time with my fiancé. We both ordered a caramel apple spice drink with extra caramel and we both enjoyed the drinks. The 2 guys working there were very nice and polite. The place was also very clean, in front and behind the counter. Not many people in the place, which was nice because we could talk without getting loud with each other. And for a person that doesn't visit a Starbucks often at all, I loved that they had the wireless charging stations for your phone. I would definitely come back and order that drink again. Or maybe next time their hot cocoa! read more

Watch your order! My daughter and I each ordered a drink. I asked for hot chocolate since it was freezing outside. My daughter received her drink and I had to wait for my hot chocolate. Unfortunately, I didn't try it until after we drove away. It was cold, it was labeled "Kerri"(not my name). So they pretended to make me wait as if they were making it fresh and gave me a drink someone forgot or didn't pick up. Unbelievable! read more

The people that worked here is what made me give this Starbucks a 5 rather than the 4 i usually give. My co worker and I were in here for about an hour or so all we got was green tea. We were trying to kill time and their have been other places that I've gone to where they had asked us to allow others to use the WI-FI and or seating since we didn't get much. The people that work here are more hip than your average *bucks employees (in a good way). read more

Normally I wouldn't post a review for a place like Starbucks but, after years of frequenting dozens from manhattan to Montauk I gotta say that the bayport location is top notch. No mistakes, no attitude and nothing but the best service. I also have to add that there is always at least one barista that looks like she should be at a modeling gig instead! read more

I am a huge Starbucks fan but this one in BAYPORT is my favorite. The people are so nice there that I feel like I'm visiting friends. I know that probably sounds silly, but I really enjoy my trips there. read more

This Starbucks is the best! The staff are very friendly, and I love how it's never crowded like all the other Starbucks. There is never a long wait and I'm usually in and out within five minutes, which is always great. read more

I have been to a lot of Starbucks and the product is good - as it is supposed to be. So the difference to me comes down to service and ambiance. The staff here are friendly, nice and quick. The sitting area is nice, even if the outdoor seating is just two tables. The only knock I have is the constant staff turnover - people that used to know the customers are gone. read more

This location has gone WAY downhill. The baristas are rude, (except the cashiers, they're always friendly) and the past three times I have gone my coffee has been made improperly. I will be going out of my way to go to Sayville from now on. read more

Get ready bc I'm about to go in on this location. The woman who is usually taking orders is not paying attention and gets the order wrong 80% of the time. However she is able to recount her life drama instead. Her son called her at work as I'm mid order and she put her finger in my face and said hold on and picked up the phone..... Are you smoking crack lady? She forgot half my order that I paid for already as well. Then when I realized they hadn't gotten my food ready at all I asked if it was coming out soon and the girl with long red hair in a pony tail had the nerve to ask me if I paid for it. So.... The employees mess up and still question me? I was very annoyed. Again she was gossiping. But I had to listen to that before they made my coffee. They also run out of everything all the time. I'm over this place. I think the manager is the guy in his thirties probably who greets everyone. I'm over this place ! I'm going back to either Bohemia or the sayville one. read more

The coffee at Bayport Starbucks is not made as well as the one in Sayville. Worth the drive a town over.
