She told me that I should go get it at the supermarket! if i need more milk

I paid full price (Trenta ) and got half a drink just because I asked for no ice! ? also last time placed an order for four drinks. I tasted the pink drink with coconut milk not too my liking , so asked for a little coconut milk on side to sweeten the drink , The lady manager was obnoxious saying she would charge me more money for anything extra even though drink not match i want ? ? This has not happened with other people that I know, who go there too?

A new Starbucks for me. I liked it! The staff was efficient and friendly. It's a small store but has a small area for tables and a coffee bar to sit at. Usually not too crowded from what I hear. I will go back even though not as convenient as the Patchogue location. Better service and quieter.

It's a crapshoot. The baristas are either super friendly and amazing, or distracted and rude. I go often enough to know who to avoid & who to order from, and will go to 7-11 instead when certain baristas are behind the counter.

Great staff here! The adorable guy at the register had my 12 year old ask " may I "instead of "can I" and won big points. While we sat & had our drinks they were getting repeated prank calls ( and it was busy here) handled it like pros. When it comes to the product, Starbucks is Starbucks. It's the staff that makes it. Thanks guys!

The coffee at Bayport Starbucks is not made as well as the one in Sayville. Worth the drive a town over.

Went for Mother's Day and we had to get the high tower which was good, I think it was priced high for what it was. Shrimp sandwich was my favorite. Why I'm not rating it higher: I made the reservation 2 weeks before Mother's Day, the only thing available was a 10:45am so I took it. They called me two days before to confirm and said they had a 1:30 available, I started asking questions about the food more being suited toward lunch or breakfast, a bit snippy they put me on hold, I txt my wife quick and she said take the 1:30, the woman gets back on the phone and says sorry someone on the other line just took the 1:30... I said.... What! I was offered it and didn't give you an answer yet. She didn't care and was very dismissive. Won't be returning,

However they did it, the space feels roomier with more seating options. The coffee is very good, they have a very diverse coffee menu including espresso drinks, regular and cold brew options. They offer a variety of fresh baked goods, wraps and breakfast sandwiches. Get there early for the breakfast sandwiches, as the need to be reheated in microwave later in the day. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the lines can be long as the espresso machines are manual, producing a superior product in comparison to the national chain, but it can take some time when people are ordering Carmel Latte's and other specialized drinks in front of you. Sayville is lucky to have two independent coffee shops. I always prefer locally owned and managed. Give them a try, even if line appears long they manage to move people through fairly quickly.

The prices for the coffees are comparable to other corporate coffee companies but it's still not for me. The coffee isn't any better than any other coffee place in my opinion, and they have a lot of fancy flavors and look flashy but are at best mediocre. Im bummed because I really wanted to love this place.

Everything was clean, everyone was friendly, and it didn't even seem to have the growing pains that most new businesses have. The food was made correctly and was hot. The ordering system although like many other locations also accepts cash! I thought this was a great new feature added to this location. The dining room although it looks small, it seats about 60 people. It is a mix of booth type seating, chairs, and high top stools. The high top area even has ports for charging which is nice. The parking lot is huge so parking is not an issue no matter how busy. One suggestion, having an auto open on the bathroom for patrons who may need it or for those of us who don't want to touch the door handle after washing our hands. It was a great experience and I wish them the best of luck!

There was no one behind the counter. From behind I her someone snap "What do you want". I turn around and see a woman staring at me. No logo shirt, no name tag. I had no idea she was an employe. I told her I would be making a purchase, but asked if I could use the restroom. She wanted to know what I was buying. I told her gas & a soda. She asked me what kind of soda (she still hasn't said that I can use the restroom). I told her I could get the soda. She wanted to know why I didn't want help, I told her I need to learn to do things for myself. She the asked me if I wanted her to carry me. At that point I said have a good day. As I was leaving she said she was only kidding. It didn't sound like kidding. It sounded rude, disrespectful and condescending. I hope this woman never experiences the level of disrespect that she showed me. If a Manager, District or Regional Manager sees this, please let this woman know that if her goal was to make a disabled vet feel like garbage, she overwhelmingly succeede.
