The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the lines can be long as the espresso machines are manual, producing a superior product in comparison to the national chain, but it can take some time when people are ordering Carmel Latte's and other specialized drinks in front of you. I only have Suffolk county libraries left so yesterday I decided to run in Blue Point and make this coffee shop my parking place for the run. I got chocolate mousse and a bag of coffee. The chocolate mousse was so good, there was a bit of cake inside, it was so delicous a good amount of chocolate. I tried the coffee this morning and it's great, smooth, makes a great cup of hot coffee and iced coffee. To be fair, their donuts are good....but I think, how can you mess up donuts? I really don't even consider it in my ratings, because it's assumed.
