This place is pretty good. I personally don't think you should expect much from McDonalds. Fries are usually good or disgusting. I think the workers are decent. The bathroom is kind of gross but it's okay. read more

After 10 minutes of listening to an open mic on the drive thru com and some guy belching, while they stood outside and smoked then they asked for our order and coughed! we ordered and sat in drive thru with a line of eight plus cars for over 30 minutes and no one moved! then I called and the guy grunting and belching said he's the manager and can't do anything cause their computer system has a glitch and they can't figure out anyone's order! Then with no help from this guy I asked for his manger which is general manager Chantel but he can't find her phone number! that was it and everyone started to leave! never go to Park Rapids, Mn McDonald's! read more

worse service I have ever had. I was there with my grandkids on Friday 6/27/25 We waited for almost a hour for our food. I watched the people working there they had no idea how to do anything. Everyone kept going back with stuff they didn't give them, watched one guy couldn't give change back,The one guy was carrying out food and has very dirty shirt in and has my drinks eating against his stomach because he won't carry 2 trays. People were getting really frustrated not only because we all had to wait for so long but not one order was correct. We will not be going back it was horrible in every way k. Waited in line for 55 minutes only to get to the window and they tell me they lost my order. Another time I waited for 35 minutes only to get cold food. Many times the staff is not very nice as well. literally waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes for one smoothie. we got our food and they proceeded to have our smoothie just sitting by the window for at least 20 minutes before coming back and giving it to us. the customer service is terrible. maybe if you don't have enough workers make someone work longer. no it's not ideal but as a worker sometimes you need to make sacrifices. mind you it was dinner time so there was a lot of people in the drive through. we've always had issues with service here. from crabby workers/ rude workers, wrong orders , waiting forever , etc. but being a small town there's not many other options for foods. i wish they would step it up. they've been getting one star on year for at least 6 years it says. clearly they could care less. read more

When Ray Crock stole McDonalds from the McDonald brothers, that must have made the McDonald brothers very sad and angry. This McDonalds perfectly captures that raw emotion and every customer gets to experience the same sadness and anger while they wait for their food. All the other McDonalds have long since turned away from the back stabbing founding principals of this franchise. Not this one. They stay true to the original misery that launched a dynasty. They are purest and dedicated to giving each customer the same heart wrenching experience. McDonalds technically is a real estate company. How many McDonalds have you been to that can capture a crooked land deal in a combo meal. It's a rare thing. How is it every single time you go to this McDonald's it takes them 15 minutes to make your food and get your food half the time you're asked to pull into one of their reserved parking spots and after sitting there for 15 or 20 minutes when you get your French fries they are still cold when you get your burger it is still cold. I've been to this McDonald's exactly five times and every single time I have been disappointed! It's time to step your game up read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We waited over 5 minutes in drive through without even being acknowledged (it was NOT busy- there was ONE other vehicle at the drive up window). We went inside thinking there was something wrong with the drive up and waited several more minutes before anyone looked our way (also NOT busy inside)- workers were just visiting (with person who was at the drive window who obviously also worked here). I realize it's not the four seasons but does this place does not seem to even be at the level of service one would expect from the McDonalds franchise. Dining room was a pigsty - not one clean table. Luckily I had my own wipes to clear the table. Lastly, employee had drive up headset on in the BATHROOM and overhead them telling a customer that they'd take their order in a minute. read more

Seems like every time I've been to this McDonald's it's been a hit or miss. Every other time I've gone here the staff is either really rude or nice. There's been times where I get small orders like fries or an egg McMuffin and it takes 25 minutes to get it... I'm very patient when it comes to fast food because I understand how hectic it gets but 25 minutes for a sandwich is kinda poor. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to! My hubby would usually pick up food from the Mcdonalds in Parkrapids cause I needed high sodium food due to a illness I suffer from, and every time my food is cold and stale, so one day I wanted to figure out how my food could be cold and stale if they are suppose to make it fresh, So I went in and ordered something, and while I waited for my food that usually takes forever to get to you, I noticed when the french fries were done frying they lifted the basket and hung it above the grease and it hung there the whole time I was waiting and was still hanging there when I left, it was never dumped into the fry warmer and I noticed they have no one in charge of any work station, every body is running around disorganized including manager telling them to do every job there and there so disorganized in what jobs there doing there running into each other getting the things they need to get done, even the manager ran into someone dropping everything on ground, then I noticed the meat they were deep frying they put in the french fry oil station, that is a no no, I use to work at a mcdonalds and the meat has its own frying station due to cross contamination, in case of allergies, then when they pulled the meat out of fryer they put it in a drawer and out of that same drawer I watched them pull out hamburger patties to make a sandwich!!! So that is why my food is stale and cold, the french fries barely make it to the french fry warmer and sit out for long periods, the meat sits in a drawer for who knows how long! And why it takes so long to get your food, no one is assigned one job! There is no order in how things get done!!! I am planning on taking what I saw to corporate office and hope they do something to fix this place.... read more
