Unfortunately this location routinely closes very early (well before posted hours of operation). Tonight they've decided to close the drive-through and the inner seating area 45 minutes early. Last time, about 2 weeks ago, they closed up shop an hour and fifteen minutes early. Somewhat understandable if business were slow but in the time it took me to pull into the lot, see the workers inside chatting with most of the lights off in the store, and try to get through to someone at the DT- there were three other cars that pulled in behind me wanting to order food. A business is only as good as its word- I understand it's a McDonald's but these are the people demanding $15 minimum wage.. unfortunately when they get it they act as bad or as worse as before.. closing early, poor attitude nearly all the time, sub-par quality food- I only come here because it's the only restaurant in the area open late.. or rather its the only one in the area that's supposed* to be open late. read more

If i could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We waited in line for 20 minutes, just for them to "close" and not finish taking the last two cars. As they were leaving, they yelled "we're closed" didn't even apologize over the intercom. I'm not one to complain but I've worked in fast food and we've always taken the vehicles that were in line before we closed. "24 hour drive through" yeah right. This location is about on par with other locations. The service is definitely lacking, the employees openly yell and argue and isn't always clean on the outside. It kind of also smells like a sewer on the south side of the building. The food however is usually pretty fresh and nine times out of ten you will get the correct order. But I would still recommend checking your bag before you leave. I do like the style of the building and it adds some flair. Getting in is fine but getting out can be tricky if there is a lot of traffic. read more

I came here for my morning coffee and apple pies for my parents. I decided to go inside instead of waiting in the long line of drive-thru. The staff was super busy inside, but I received fantastic service with hardly any wait. Overall, my experience here was terrific. I would suggest just going in if you see a long line for the drive-thru. The apple pies were hot & cheap (2 for $1) and the coffees were fresh & strong. Parking was easy and I was in and out of there like a flash for under $5. I would definitely recommend this location if you're ever in a rush and low on cash. 5 McSTARS! read more

Based on my drive thru experience only. Solid process overall and renews the title "fast food". I was promptly greeted once I pulled up and triggered the bell inside. My order was simple, one order consisting of small fries, lol. The menu board listed my order correctly including the price due so I advanced to the pay window. Once I paid the ransom I advanced to the pick up food window and my order was promptly awaiting. I asked for salt which they kindly handed me 3-4 packets of and off I went. Nice and hot fries awaited me so I added my salt and went to town enjoying them. Still the best fries on the planet as far as I'm concerned and this location served me well. read more

As a 24 hour business, you would expect to be served 24 hours of the day. Several days I have to be at work anywhere from 5am-6am, not having time to eat breakfast anywhere else. as the only place open that early on the way to my job, i stop there regularly. Every single time I have been I was completely ignored until i'm forced to leave, or told that they are closed. Not once been served before 6 am. Usually end up having to go to work hungry and with little chance to eat anything. read more

Every time we come here, they have cones in both lines (it's 9:00pm on a Saturday) but they'll have someone at the register. I feel like the employees are putting cones in the lines so they won't have to work. This is literally all the time and the only location I've seen this at. read more

I was very disappointed in my experience at this location. I got on the drive-thru line, waited for one car to place their order, then I placed mine. It was after a closing shift at work so the fact that it's later at night, I expect a slightly longer wait because of reduced staff, no worries. Well, 15 minutes later, I was sitting in the same place in the drive thru line, just ahead of the order window and no one had moved (except the people behind me luckily so I was able to pull out). Almost 20 minutes and no moves. Unfortunately, I pulled back out and stopped by the neighboring gas station to get some snacks. It was there I saw some of the people that were on line as well and the clerk at the counter says they see it all the time. Stuff happens and that would have been okay, but they just left us there without communication on what was going on. Very disappointing. read more

Hours on door plainly stated that dining room closed at 11:00. We showed up at 10:30 walked in and was informed that we had to go back out and use the drive thru because they had already pulled the money from all the registers. We dined inside here on a Saturday evening. The location was very clean inside and out. The guy manning the register was friendly and smiled for most of our transaction. The food was cooked well and none of us had any issues with our food. I would dine here again if given the opportunity. read more

Color me surprised the cheese burgers off the dollar menu actually tasted like hamburger patties. This site just went through a major renovation--looks nice from the outside. Sadly, the tables and floors inside were dirty with food and napkins. The sweet tea needed to be refilled along with the napkins and ketchup. If you dine in, your food gets brought to the table and they have kiosks where you can order if there's a line for the cashier--both nice service upgrades. Food came quickly. However, when we asked for some ketchup, our server never came back. We did like the 50's style music playing. read more

Due to the oncoming hurricane my wife and I were out running errands and just wanted to sit down for something quick, so actually ate inside. What a mistake. Had trouble with cashier who seemed to struggle with English. But the worst was the guttersnipe emptying the trash cans and and cleaning the dining room. He spent most of his time yelling to the employees in the back and seemed incapable of completing a sentence without a cuss word or four. So that was about ten minutes of him shouting Fuck and shit from the dining room and even at one point proclaiming how little he cared about his job, believe me you little punk, no one would ever confuse you with a person possessing a work ethic. Tonight at the drive-thru, I pulled up with the kids and heard the manager cursing at the employees because she had her headset switched to open-mic and it was coming through the drive-thru speaker. The drive-thru employee couldn't understand our order because of the interference from the manager's open mic. Making the impression worse, the manager was on her smoke break out next to the drive-thru lane. The service here is subpar compared to other similar fast food places in the area. This location needs good management help. read more

On two occasions i have come to this McDonalds and put in an order for coffee, both times ive been told that they didn't have coffee. I waited 15 minutes in their drive thru (10:30pm to 1045) only to get to the window to pay and be told by the young women at the window that I would have to wait because they had no coffee ready. You would think that while I was waiting they could have brewed some coffee. read more
